This Winery belongs to the category of Pharmacy.
Went to Pharmaprix today and was served by Svetlana. I can't remember the last time I experienced such friendly personalized service. She was working at the cosmetics counter, I guess because they were low staff, and it was some of the best service I ever got from Pharmaprix or the mall in general. So impressed. Thank you Svetlana and Pharmaprix team. Your service is top notch.
Managers are bullying employees and are very unprofessional. Cosmetic manager Lise is rude to customers and gives expired products to the clients! Be careful, you might get a reaction ;)
it's your everyday pharmacy, but also with other accomadies.
It was closed when it was supposed to be open. If they are going to close earlier on a specific day, they should post it online as well.
If there was an option for 0 stars, that`s exactly the rating this pharmacy deserves. Each time I`ve gone to get presciptions, there`s always an issue at the lab and they always have an excuse or they simply don`t know what`s going on. And judging by previous reviews, clearly, I`m not the only one who has this opinion. As a result, we`ve changed pharmacies. EVEN THEN, Pharmaprix forgot to transfer all our files, so the new pharmacy had to call back twice while I waited. It`s just incredible how unorganized Pharmprix Cavendish is... Not sure who`s running the lab, but clearly, they need to step up their management skills. Since changing pharmacies, there hasnt been a single issue when we go get prescriptions.
Excellent service
Agree with this being the worst place with the rudest employees especially the grumpy old lady who takes prescriptions. Extremely rude, talking over me, saying she would not refill my prescription, and even got into an argument. Why not just explain, and tell customers you will see how you can help your customer? This is the nth time I have had an unfavorable experience here, I just put up with it because it is near my place. Unbelievably horrible customer service.
Always confusion or some nonsense with these people. My latest incident, I called in to fill a prescription, thinking that would expedite things, but no. When I went in in-person to pick my meds up, I waited 15 minutes before I finally asked if it was ready and was told I would have to wait another 30 minutes as the pharmacist was busy, despite only me and one other customer present though. I asked why I should have to wait if I called it in on the phone but people coming in-person would get their meds filled in ten minutes? No logical reason or explanation given, and instead of being at home with my kids I spent an hour waiting like an idiot for my meds.
If you made an online purchase, do not go here. One of the issues was that I got 20$ off online. I went back several times to exchange foundation I bought online for a different shade, the entire staff (head cashiers, assistant managers, staff and managers included) were never shown how to to a return or exchange for an online product, let alone a promo used for an online purchase. I went at nighttime, their excuse: SORRY WE ARE JUST THE NIGHTTIME STAFF. Multiple calls to customer service proved useless since they kept telling me the store HAD to reimburse me or exchange it. Customer service's solution: SEND IT BACK BY MAIL SO THEY CAN RESEND ME MY SHADE. The end result: they had to do a return without a receipt (but I had one) since I was fed up of going back and forth, so I decided to return the product and they gave me a GIFT CARD.
Cashier told me to use self service. No clear indication that screen cleaned between customers. Left store and merchandise. Not taking clear safety measures!
Dont bother coming to this pharmaprix to pick up your medications... the staff are the rudest people ive ever seen and have 0 patience. They are always too many employees and sometimes it can take up to an hour to finally get a prescription. I dont understand how most of these people havent gotten fired yet cause they are very unprofessional and make me feel bad for even being there...
Pharmacy counter service is atrocious and rude. A young lady pharmacist with no name tag was very arrogant. When I asked why it's taking so long to fill a prescription she snapped back they are very busy. I had been waiting for 20 mins and there was no one else waiting there but me. I hope she is not related to the owner - for the owner's sake. Pharmacists should realize that patients are customers and without customers ...
Large selection of items. Cashiers friendly.
its okay.. i guess but staff is fine, at least most of the time. stuff is exensive here
Good drug store
Good overall. Product selection is not as great other Pharmaprix. Customer service lacks to be desired but in my experience its a Montreal thing.
Pharmacy clerks are often not polite or very cold. Floor personnel much friendlier
Waited 30 minutes for a prescription, and they got the wrong one! Wrong dose. I asked for generic they gave me the opposite. Everyone was complaining and waiting forever. Not returning.
Very expensive and absolutely horrible customer service. Most of the cashiers are sullen, rude and very unhelpful. At the front cashes, they spend their time talking amongst themselves, rather than acknowledging the customers. I usually have to ask them to put my purchases in my bags and they get annoyed. Uh, it's your job. The pharmacy counter is awful too, the cashiers are so obnoxious and condescending. Before I transferred my file, I used to order refills by phone. More often than not, when I would go to pick it up (even a few days later), it would either not be ready, or the cashiers couldn't find it, or there would be mistakes. Then I would have to wait in the store for eons, to get the problem resolved. Once I switched to Jean Coutu, I realized that this Pharmaprix was also charging a lot more for medications. AVOID and spend your hard earned dollars, where they appreciate your business.
Staff is rude, and line-ups are REALLY long! Jean Coutu in this neighborhood is way better!
I don’t recommend to shop at this pharmacy Pharmacy staffs are very unfriendly Each time I order prescription, they make mistakes.
Unbelievable, they never, ever get the online prescriptions right. I use their MonDossier, and the pharmacists never, ever, read the comments such as "Make sure you give me the actual prescribed dosage". I note that my prescriptions often are filled to their economic advantage, and not what I requested. Not happy, looking for a better, local alternative
Ive been getting my drugs from here since I’ve been a baby and never had a problem. Best dealer ever 10/10.
They overcharge by 9$ baby formula and I think it's really disgusting for them to profit over food our babies needs. I will go to Jean Coutu or Walmart next time.
Worst service place ever!!, I wait 1 hour for my medications, when I decided to make a delivery the pharmacist promised me it will not take long. After 5 hours they called me to say that someone will bring it in 5 minuets but no one came. When I finally called they said there is no delivery anymore and I should get it the day after. IF You can dont go there !!
(Translated) The people who take the prescriptions are very cold and nasty with the francophones. It is better to speak English or Russian if you want to be well served and have preferential treatment. The pharmacists are very competent and helpful. It is the same for the staff at the cash register at the pharmacy in general. I put 1 star because staff often arrogant and discriminatory towards the Francophone community.
Best Pharmaprix ever. David is the best pharmacist out there. Great service and you can find loterally everything there. Amazing perfume selection too.
Correct
Very helpful staff especially for the elderly.
They always try to make you paid more, for example giving just on week of medications with excuses is the insurance or giving you to different concentration capsules instead of the one to complete the dose. Today they wanted yo charge me 85 dollars because they didn’t have the concentration prescribed ( and it does exist). Bye bye moving my prescription to another pharmacy.
We were just notified of Credit Card fraud of over $700 perpretrated at this store. Managers response was far from appropriate.
Terrible I repeat terrible customer service do not go ther ther rude mean unfriendly u have to look things urself they don’t care speacily with covid 19 they leave empty stock no speacil rude cashier it’s a disaster!!!!!!
Clerks are very rude. Family member told to go to a dollar store if she did not like the prices there. Will never shop there again.
Worst customer service ever! The people in the lab are very rude and not helpful to their customers at all!
All of the staffs are expensive and has no any friendly cashier
Omg I don’t recommend this Pharmacy to anyone. Pharmacy employees are very unfriendly. I wish the owner take customer’s feedbacks seriously and improve their customer service.
(Translated) Unbelievable I went to buy a cream. I am told that the price is $ 55. When I pay, I am told that there is an error and that the price is $ 80. So I ask for the name of the product and I look at the price on the internet then I decide to cancel the purchase because the cream is sold for $ 55 everywhere. and the oddly the price becomes $ 55 again. It is very funny...
OMG. They are terrible! First time, After more than half an hours, They gave me wrong medication and I had been overcharged for that and it took 30 minutes further to makeup! Second time, I was in front of reception desk for 15 minutes and no one cared about me and took 30 minutes to receive my medication ! And again last night I went there to pick up my medication, I've been charged for one month but in the pills' bottle there are just for 15 days! They really drive me crazy! The cashier was rude and impolite as well. In one word, Don't waste your time, money, energy and save your day!
In general I'm satisfied with this pharmacy. I buy items & pick up prescriptions regularly; the cashiers run the gamut from extra helpful to a tiny bit unfriendly but most are professional and other staff are helpful.
Expensive. For a behind the counter medication that cost me 4.87$ at another pharmacy (the same evening), this Pharmaprix wanted to charge me 16$.
Sometimes closes before they are supposed to
Post Canada’s office functions on its own timing on the desk here .. Saturday sundays are worst .. they closes at anytime they wanted ..
No room to pack up the stuff you bought so you must do it on the floor and if you ask the cashier for help she looks at you like you are crazy. I asked her to move the flowers so i could use what little space there is but she said she wasnt permitted to do so. Shopping at Pharmaprix has become an unpleasant experience. When pointed out to management they don't care.
(Translated) very bad service! (Original) très mauvais service !
The service is very sloppy They don't pay attention to choose a medication that is covered by the insurance And before ordering we asked for the brand that was covered by the insurance Total lack of professional service
Cashier spoke to me only in french even though I asked her a question in English. She made ZERO effort and was extremely rude. Also, told me I couldn't buy a gift card or lottery with a credit even tho this wasn't indicated anywhere. She had no tact and was rude the whole time. If she's so miserable maybe she should go work elsewhere
It is Jan 28th 2018 around 3:35pm. I was patiently waiting to be served at the pharmacie cashier. One young lady was serving the customers before me and one of the counter was opened but the blond older cashier was standing away from the counter doing nothing. She saw me standing there but did not attempt to serve me or even acknowledge me. 5-7 minutes later, her friend showed up to pay her purchase and all of sudden, the older cashier came up to her post and start serving her friend. It was outrageously unprofessional and worst of all, it is not the first time with this particular cashier for her rudeness and cold heartedness. She is one of the bad appples that ruins the reputation of this pharmaprix.
No client consideration at all,
