(Translated) Although I had a lot of fun with people I met on site, I admit to being a little disappointed with my experience. It was more of a demonstration than a lesson, in my opinion. We did not cook, except for the few moments when the chef asked for assistance and assembly pastries at the very end. It's not at all what I had in mind when I went there. Also, I do not think it would be a luxury to add thirty minutes to the class: the last hour was very expeditious, as if the chef had realized that she was running out of time to complete everything. Unless I get it as a gift, I do not think I'll go back. I did not feel that my $ 100 was invested. Despite everything, the staff was very nice, very friendly. The course was still interesting and the chef was very competent :-) (Original) Bien que j'aie eu beaucoup de plaisir avec des personnes rencontrées sur place, j'avoue être un peu déçue de mon expérience. À moins de me le faire offrir en cadeau, je ne pense pas y retourner. Je n'ai pas senti que mon 100$ a bien été investi. Malgré tout, le personnel était très agréable, très chaleureux. Le cours a quand même été intéressant et la chef était très compétente :-)

Fun evening with friend/family. We've done the bar and food Atelier, both of which were excellent and fun! We had a great time and the hosts were part of the reason why. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good time, something different than just going out for drinks or a restaurant.

I'm surprised by the high rating this place has. Maybe my experience was a one off. However: It wasn't worth it in my opinion. We were a big group of 18 for a birthday party. The staff were rude and unaccomodating. The cocktail making was rather underwhelming. The bartender/ teacher was all around lack luster. We had fun because we're awesome; and because we were all laughing at the joke of an establishment it was. I think this place is a good idea, unfortunately it's poorly executed. I wouldn't return/ recommend this place, and speaking with other people from our party, neither would they. Save your money.

Great place with a variety of workshops in cooking, wine tasting and cocktails. The staff is amazing, and your night will be as informative as it can be entertaining (especially the cocktail sessions, after 2 drinks!). All you have to do is sign up and pay online, then show up. The rest will be taken care of. If you're going with a group of friends, you're going to have fun competing to see who's able to make the best plate or drink. Workshops are usually organized around a theme or ingredient - every week is different. Highly recommended!

My husband and I did a French pastry course. It was 12 people total. We expected to be 'doing' more baking, but it's more of a demonstration with tips and techniques, and you get to do the final 'dressage'. We would've preferred to do 1 dessert, but make it from beginning to end ourselves (instead of watch 4 being made). The course also ran short, so the end was a chaotic rush. The final result was delicious though and we go to take it home. I did email the place the day before to know if there was something we needed to bring or wear, and nobody responded.

While the ambiance is cool and fun I was treated with the upmost disrespect by the serving staff. That had barely no vegetarian and never mind vegan options. When I complained about it and mentioned that it takes little to no imagination to include legumes and tofu, I was told in a very confrontational manner that I should be thankful that the restaurant would even accommodate my food restrictions. I would argue that this institution is lucky to have customers given the condescending tone their staff takes and the waitress is very lucky to have a job! As a vegan, I have never been treated with such disrespect and candescence!

I was there for a company get together and I must say, this place is great, a lot of fun. I learned a lot about cocktail-making, tricks that I will try to use at home. Staff was very friendly and fun. We prepared three drinks: Apero, Mojito and Marga del Sol, the three delicious. Who knew counting to four could be fun!

This is the perfect place for groups and team building activities. We were a group of 15, signed up for the Battle of the Chefs where we were two teams cooking and playing some small games against one another. Our two instructors were both friendly and helpful, and of course were very skillful cooks. For such a large group, I was surprised that they found a job for every single one of us and got everybody involved from the start. Our meals were super delicious (the instructors did the marinating, preps, etc.. the crucial steps) and we all had a lot of fun !

The cocktail making class was a perfect addition to our bachelorette weekend in Montreal. Alex was nice, funny, and great at teaching us. We had time to socialize and learn a bit about mixology. The cocktails were delicious and tapas were also amazing! My only complaint is that paying at the end was difficult if you wanted to pay cash, and very disorganized with a big group.

I went there with my husband and another couple of friends. We followed the tequila mixology class. We had a really fun time, learning how to make three cocktails. We had a bit of really tasty food between each drinks. The barman was really good and interesting, explaining a bit more than just the quantities that needed to be add. Also, it lasted exactly as long as they advertised. Definitely worth the money; will try another class some day!

I never really take the time to write reviews, however this one was sooo bad and a bit e pensive that I have to share. We had a private class since we were a large group for a birthday. They did not allow us to bring a cake and said that if we did we had to pay 4$ more per person, which would be a total of 80$+ which makes no sense given the fact that the cake was already bought. The teacher/bartender kept on making rude/out of line comments all night, which made the experience more uncomfortable. The 2 tapas we got...1 one then was a soup that was water a bit of veggies in a shot looking cup. The second tapas was a bean salad that even I can make better than that. I think that because the tip is included and they take a deposit, the bartender cares less about what experience we get since he is getting his 15% regardless Anyways, I just hope that they can improve their service

What a blast!!! We were a group of 10 that participated in the mixology course. We had the opportunity to learn how to make some delicious cocktails, munch on some delicious tapas and having so much fun doing it! They were kind enough to share their recipes with us by the end of the activity. I am so lucky to have discovered this gem!! We will be definitely coming back! Can't wait for the laval location to open! :)
