Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The store has a nice layout that is easily navigatable -- I never have trouble finding what I'm looking for. Also, if they don't have something you're looking for, let the staff know and they'll see of they can bring it in!

This is close to my for starters but the big decision maker is the free ice with purchase. In the summer I always have a cooler of food and beverages with me and free ice saves me a lot. Now the bad news! The staff there are all very nice and usually get the money I save on ice as a tip.
