Decent wine but a nightmare. 45 minutes for a loaf of bread... Being a younger couple, we didn't seam as appeasing as the 4-8 top tables and we're not waited on. We had to take our orders inside. Same with our loaf of bread. We had to grab our own water pitcher and cups. I wouldn't go here unless you are planning to spend over an hour waiting for a glass of wine and a snack. If you do, go in a large group to be noticed by the staff.. overall, just go to the Old Mill Winery to save yourself some hassle. We will not be returning. The wine was good but the lack of service was not good enough to return.

We had a tasting of some of their wines and ciders. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I settled on a Blood Orange cider and my wife had a Riesling. We ordered a garlic and cheese flat bread and a smoked Gouda cheese plate. The flat bread was hot and the cheese was gooey. The cheese plate came with 4 different types of crakers, pretzels, grapes and apple slices. All was worth the price.

We had snacks and wine tasting. Disappointed that it took 40 minutes to get soup and pretzel bites. We feel that it probably would have been longer if we didn’t ask about our order after 30 minutes. I am sure that the wine is great, however, the wine tasted like wine with a chemical/weirdness. Noticed others were not drinking their samples much either. Perhaps the plastic cups are really cheap and give off taste.

Lovely little winery! They have many choices for wine and a huge craft beer selection also. The menu is small but good enough. We came on a Sunday and they had live music outside in the huge back yard area. There is also a very cute gift shop! We were staying as part of a Harvest Host member so we got to watch the Moon rise and sunset while staying in our RV. Awesome place and worth a visit!

Fantastic wine selections. I loved a variety of their red wines. My husband enjoyed the craft beer selections (sold in cans or bottles) as well. We both had flat bread pizza which were delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

We stopped here as a part of my birthday celebration and I'm glad we did! Cozy, at home atmosphere and spacious seating. They do also have a wonderful gift shop and bakery. We had eaten dinner at another place before coming but we did have dessert and it was delicious! We all did the wine sampler which was a nice option. They do have more dry then sweet wines which is the only reason it is 4 stars. Our waitress was great and informative! Answered all of our questions and requests in a timely and friendly manner. Very welcoming place. I would definitely reccomend if you happen to find yourself in the area.

Very slow and uneven service. Our order wasn't taken until our guests dinner was served, and they were done long before my burger was served, over an hour after we arrived. Update, August 14, 2021. Stopped in with friends, but left after first glass of wine as the band was just way to loud. They were playing like at a stadium.

I have been here several times throughout the year. Mainly on the weekends. I have yet to be disappointed by the bands they have come in. The staff is incredible even when they are swamped. Quite find of their trialing and wedding parties that come in always seen to have a blast. I highly recommend this establishment.

We found this place alive and well. Live music and great wine. There is plenty of good options and a very large seating area. Plenty of food from meals to snacks. Danced the night away to a throwback band called Back Traxx. Highly recommend this winter and this band.

The teenagers that work there aren’t very friendly and have no manners. Ordered a cheese board plate and it came out on a paper plate and looked like something a 5 year old put together. The Niagara wine was great but too bad.

We really like their wine, but the outside needs some maintenance. Several of the tables have rotted boards that are taped off which makes it look run down. We are going to be heading there again in a few months and I'll be curious to see if any repairs were made. It would also be nice if they had umbrellas because it was very hot in the sun. I'm not bashing this place, we like it. But in comparison to the other wineries nearby it has lost some points in my book.

The Winery at Spring Hill is amazing. I had my fiancee's surprise birthday party here. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything. The food was great and they did an amazing job with the cake. I would highly recommend Springhill for any event you may have or just to go enjoy some wine and food.

Unfortunatley do not laugh at this establishment or have any sort of fun because the bar lady will ask you to be quiet! Stating that people were complaining ... unfortuabaltey at the time we were here there were 4 tables seated other than us! I would not recommend this establishment to any one ever!

So disappointed. No one to accept folks coming in, no one to answer any questions. Very frustrating! When we arrived Friday night there was udder chaos! A class reunion was going on and people were gathering and visiting at the entrance so that other people not involved with the reunion could not get through the dense crowd. If it wasn't for the nice lady in the band we would still be wandering around for the table promised to us for our Birthday party celebration. The food took forever and Our order was totally forgotten about. Not like the classy Winery it was several years ago. Along with no table service, the long lines for people to order their wine and food was ridiculous. Seems like the Winery needs to rethink their organization. If Covid is the basis for this confusion then perhaps they need to devise a better system.

Such a great potential with a beautiful outdoor area, and a beautiful inside. But unfortunately it seems that potential is not fulfilled. With such stiff competion all around, the wine quality was very disappointing. Our visit was over a year ago. We have made 4 trips to the area since and have not thought about returning. Hopefully things have improved dramatically.

We were there tonight for a birthday celebration, 3 tables. One person got their chicken wrap after 45 minutes. One grandson waited over an hour for a burger and they finally gave the other burger in a to- go box cause we wanted to leave. Waitress said there was a problem in the kitchen. Very disappointed

I went on a Saturday night with my friend to hear the band and have some wine. I had the pizza along with cheese and crackers and the Covered Bridge red wine. The service was excellent and the staff was very nice and friendly. The food and wine was very good. Looking forward to going back soon.

My wife and three friends pre paid 10.00 ahead for a adult Easter egg hunt a month ahead of time.They were told 200 tickets were sold for Saturday, and 200 tickets were sold for Sunday that they attended.When they arrived one hour early for the egg hunt and there was no where to sit.The winery was allowing people in that didn't pay for the egg hunt to come and take seats that other people payed for ahead of time.They finally found a table for the four of them to sit down. They sat for over ninety minutes before anybody said anything about what was happening for the egg hunt. There was no table service at all! for the entire time they spent over two hours at the Springhill Winery,No one ever stopped by their table to ask how things were going,or if they needed anything. It is clear to many people that have given Springhill Winery many times over a long period of time to do better.But the employees and management of Springhill Winery do not care about the service of their customers or the income they bring to the Springhill Winery!

If you’re not a local do not bother going to the winery at Spring Hill. My party visted this winery as part of our bachelorette weekend and we were very excited ! When we arrived at 6pm we gave them our reservation and were seated right away. Patty 2 greeted us pretty quickly as we were one of two tables in the restaurant and she preceded to ask us for our drink orders. We received our drink within 5 minutes however it took about 15 minutes for her to come back and get our appetizer order and after asking several times she finally remembered to bring the cream and sugar to my coffee which at the point was cold.she finally came to take our order after trying to flag her down for about 10 minutes since she seemed more interested in taking to everyone else . At this point we had eaten our appetizers and were waiting on more drinks.... while she was taking our order at 6:45 she stopped in the middle to talk to a regular then resumed taking our order only to tell us she needed to speak with him because when he was there last he decided not to pay his bill and she needed to make sure he paid. We all just kind of looked at each other finding it weird she would tell us that. We flagged her down to ask for water to no avail because she kept forgetting since the place was starting to fill up for the evening. She returned and gave us our salads and soup, and proceeded to tell us our burgers would be up soon. Furthermore, our bride was brought Italian dressing instead of oil and vinegar, and patty 2 said she didn’t put it on there and the kitchen put it on the plate and then she walked away only to talk to another table for 7 minutes instead of getting her the correct dressing and since she didn’t bring our water I went up and asked a different employee for her dressing. We gave patty 2 another 5 minutes to get water but she was still too busy socializing so our bride went up to the bar to get our pitcher filled.... so around 7:30 we were at our wits end I flagged down patty 2 and told her we just wanted our checks that we were done waiting and instead of saying I’m sorry or we are backed up she just turned her back and walked away.... she came back 3 minutes later to tell us our food would be done in 3 minutes we said that if we could just get it to go that would be great since we had been there since 6. She left our table to talk about us to the table behind us who turned around to look at us while she was talking about us and they then proceeded to talk about us. 5 minutes went by and we finally received our food as she dropped it on the table and just walked away..... so two of us went up to the counter to pay and she handed it off the the manager who was very apologetic and took a percentage off our bill but patty 2 remained by the bar to see if we would say anything Bad about her..... and here it is patty... we got home to our cottage and opened our to go boxes to find burned burgers. The fact that they were incapable of putting cheese on a burger so ridiculous .... I’m sure this is a great spot for regulars but if your From out of town I would definitely avoid this place at all costs!!

Absolutely atrocious service. My partner and I waited more than 45 minutes to have our orders taken, while other guests continuously bumped into us and cut in line, simply shoving their way through. There were three staff members taking orders, in between having long, personal conversations with a "friend" or perhaps "regular" while the line continued to grow. I am not sure why this establishment has signs posted at the door referencing wearing masks due to Covid, etc, because no one in that establishment was wearing face masks correctly, both staff & most patrons. Staff & visitors would wear their masks on their chin, or take them off completely, all while being inches away from others and/or serving food. When we finally got to the bartender to place an order, we asked for one soda, one beer, and a buffalo chicken dip appetizer. We received the beverages immediately and were told we would receive a text when our food was ready. 45-50 minutes later, my partner received the text stating our appetizer was ready. I'm glad we only ordered an appetizer. I can't imagine how long an entree would have taken. When my partner came back to the table with our buffalo chicken dip, I was just absolutely disgusted. At both the time that it took to receive our appetizer, the quality of the food we received, and the price paid for said food ($9-10). What we received was a disposable aluminium foil cup filled with greasy, grocery-style pre-made buffalo "chicken" dip. The chicken was nowhere to be found in that dip. But, it did come perfectly paired with stale, bottom of the bag, tortilla-style chips. Steer clear of this place at all costs. Unless bad food, poor service, and contracting Covid-19 is your style. Horrendous.

Want to say thank you for the staff here last night. Our wedding rehearsal party found themselves without a destination after our reservation at another site was canceled & turned us away. Things happen for a reason. Food & drinks were very good & customer service excellent to accommodate a 25 party guest list last minute. This was our first time at this winery and we where not disappointed. Great wine, food and entertainment. Owner Rick was everywhere making sure everyone was taken care of. They even lit some fires after sunset to keep us comfortable.
