Beautiful patio, amazing food and wine! We recently enjoyed dinner with friends at Paglione Estate Winery. The food, especially the wood fired pizzas were outstanding! A great patio and setting make this the perfect spot for friends gathering or a romantic night out. We will definitely return. Well done.

They are dog friendly! You can bring your pups to the picnic tables out on the grassy area away from the patio and they will serve you wine and pizza there. Pizza was excellent and there are some interesting flavors of Gelato. Wine is nice and easy drinking.

Wish we could have tried their wines. They were not seating anyone without a reservation despite their website insisting none were being taken. A lot of visibly empty tables that were not being used. Pity.

What can I possibly say about this place that could do it the justice it deserves. We booked dinner for Friday night and we loved it so much, we decided to come back the next night as well! Our server, Carly, was incredibly helpful and friendly, it was like we were all best friends by the end of the second night. The first night I had the arancini for starters - though the outside was a little over fried for my tastes, the inside was the closest thing I've had in a long time to my nonna's homemade arancini. The stone fire oven pizzas were simply incredible (dough: crispy and cooked to near perfection; sauce: when paired with goat cheese, it makes for a creamy tomato delicacy; ingredients: fresh and proportioned well, special notice to the aromatic basil and the sun dried tomatoes that tasted like they came right off the vine; cheese: a little heavy with the mozzarella for the margherita but otherwise good), and the Mediterranean Salad was so good my wife tried to steal the dressing recipe from the chef. Dessert the second night we had the gelato to which we enjoyed the chocolate and coffee flavours, and though not quite like the real deal from Italy it was still very good. We left with 2 bottles of the Cabernet Franc the first night, and one bottle of the Chardonnay the second.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, very attentive. We made a reservation for 1 pm, only one other couple on the patio. All tables had an umbrella except one which is where the hostess wanted us to sit, we refused ,so we did get a nicer table with an umbrella. Pizza was good. But only warm, not sure why. Not a fan of a beer for $8.50. What's with that? The other table leaves, a new couple comes in and they are directed to the umbrella less table and the couple refuse, but they sit them at the table next to us , but doesn't it make sense to spread us out as much as possible. I get it if you are busy, but we were the only two couples. I realize the tables were probably 6 ft apart, but in my view the further away the better due to Covid. I will return and try it again.

Enthusiastic, friendly, and informative staff and owner made our visit to Paglione a very enjoyable experience. The stone oven pizza was awesome. The wines were tasty (the dry Reisling our favorite). Would recommend this vineyard for a fun tasting experience.

Wonderful pizza. Marvelously thin, crispy crust. The Isabella had so much flavor! This was definitely some of the best pizza I’ve had outside of Europe. I hear they also have wine.

It’s like walking somewhere in Italy. Such a warm authentic feel and the smell of a wood burning stove to top it off. Connie was a knowledgeable staff member who took her time walking us through all the wines! She had such a passion for the place and the wines and it certainly made our experience a positive one! Absolutely gorgeous! A patio outlooking the vineyard, fire stone oven pizza, wine tasting was delicious, I bought multiple bottles. Also, handmade gelato! It is an amazing place for lunch and wine tasting. People were nice, super friendly and dog accomedating. Definitely would return!

Such a beautiful place!! Wonderful service, and absolutely delicious food. Strongly recommend the hummus appetizer. They also offer vegan options, including the cheese on their creative, and very Italian pizzas. And yes, gluten free options are also there. This place is a must to visit!

Little slice of Italy right here in Essex county! The Italian inspired buildings, decor, music and vibes make you feel like you’re on a mini vacation. Excellent selection of stone oven pizza, wines, and rotating sangria choices! Finish your experience off with a mouth watering Nutella pizza.

The pizza was excellent, in the garlic habanero sauce was to die for! The service on the other hand was subpar. There appeared to be two servers with approximately 10 tables and it took us a half an hour to be approached after being seated and an hour 4 our single pizza to be delivered.

I was privileged to be here and have a wonderful time with family and friends. The host the waiters the atmosphere!!!! Oh my god it was a fantastic experience. I thought I had the best pizza before I got here but I was wrong!!!! Margarita pizza here is to die for. The appetizers are full of taste and beautiful flavors. The Rose wine was my favorite and all others were just amazing. From arriving till departure the way you are treated here is like you are spending time with family. Absolutely all down to earth host and all sort of attention to details. This place is a must to visit.

I made a reservation for a picnic table and they forgot to write it in then didn’t have have any space for us outside. Best they could do was give us a table inside. Needless to say, we were very disappointed at the lack of effort they put into accommodating us due to their mistake. Drove 40 minutes to get there then left to go elsewhere. We would have stayed in the city if we wanted wine and pizza indoors.

We were less than 8 people and got added gratuity, which does not make sense. Got a few pizzas that were burnt. The server wanted to see how burnt they were and made us flip them over to see, but it was so obvious from the crust. She decided after some time to get two replacement pizzas. The time it took to get drinks food and boxes to go was extremely long. The service took longer than the time we expected to be there. We asked for things we did not receive like straws. Utensils until after our food was served. When we paid, the server did not say anything about our stay and just left. Disappointed overall, customer service was not there.

This is our go to place for a glass of wonderful Chardonnay especially the 2019 ,and a delicious assortment of well prepared culinary treats ! One of the few times I’ve been to a restaurant and was satisfied with every little thing. Nothing to complain about other then not enough cook on the pizzas (although I’ll admit that a lot of people complain about burnt pizza… even if it’s supposed to be dark when it’s wood fired!). Service was incredible, Laura was on top of everything and very friendly. Menu was picture perfect and the food was everything we could’ve asked for.

Ordered pizza for takeout. Barely any cheese or sauce on it. We were supposed to get extra toppings because they ran out of bacon but they were slim. Not worth the $19 for one pizza. And it was cold when we picked it up.

My first time there and will not go back. I was sat outside for my meal on this lovely day, we were verbally offered water that was never brought, our drinks took 20 minutes to get to our table. Our appetizer was brought without cutlery, personal plates, or napkins so we ended up taking turns eating over the plate our appetizer was brought on, our meal took well over an hour to come and my friends order was wrong but she was so hungry she ate it anyways and we had to ask for napkins when our meal was brought out. The food was very good (although not worth that wait). The building and area is beautiful with friendly staff but I will never go back.

How have I just discovered this place! It's like a mini trip to Italy. The building, decor, wine, the pizza loved it all. The pizza was amazing and my sister who has a gluten allergy was so happy to have such an amazing tasting gluten free pizza. Can't wait to come back. Hopefully on a nicer day (was raining) when we can sit by the outdoor bon fires!

We got our wine too late we had to wait a long time to get the wine and the cappuccinos were cold. So when they took our order we didn't get our order until after the table that arrived after us had ordered and got their drinks and then we got ours and when we got our drinks only two people got theirs in the group and then the other part of the group had to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes to get their drinks and it was out of the five people. and also some of our orders were incomplete as well we did not get some drinks that we had ordered

Biked over 10 km to get to winery. Yes, my party of 2 is considered a walk in. But really? Without a reservation we were relegated to a seat without an umbrella because the 4 EMPTY tables around us are reserved for what looks like "no-shows"? I can understand if the restaurant is super busy, it is not. Our server Jill is great, but the gentleman who showed us to our table was quite inflexible. Give the restaurant a pass if you don't have a reservation. Just got served our lunch and it looks and smells good, but the the experience has been marred by the lack of flexibility.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the wines were poor. Thin and somewhat tasteless except for the cabernet sauvignon. Had more body and character but too young in my opinion. Was almost grapey in taste. Not worth the $22.
