Friends and I visited North 42 this Saturday and just wanted to give a big thank you to all of the staff. It was organized, all of the staff was so kind and managed tastings so everyone felt safe and taken care of personally. We had our tasting outdoors with Monica who was knowledgeable, and had such an awesome personality. I don’t leave reviews often but felt this one felt very necessary. Keep up the great work and thank you for a great day.

Wonderful experience. Great food. Friendly staff.

Feeling conflicted. Lavender or wine. Lavender permeates their tasting room and even their Cabernet Sauvignon. Not my favorite cab in the area. Nice spot though.

We love North 42 Estate Winery & Bistro. It is our go to place for a wonderful meal & excellent wine during normal times. As we live through this pandemic, North 42 has been a lifesaver. Thanks to the new chef, Cameron McDonald 's wonderful new weekly menus, we have been able to enjoy his fantastic meals with our favorite North 42 wines every week.

Had a great experience here with a winetasting tour – a private one that I organized. All staff I dealt with were very helpful and kind. As with all wineries on Lake Erie‘s North Shore, the staff were very knowledgable and outgoing. I didn’t eat any of the food here but saw some of the meals others were eating- I will definitely come back and have a meal here!

The best Lobster Mac and Cheese!! And many other delicious choices. Highly recommended!!

Wow! I don't even know where to begin about the experience we had at this winery. It was impeccable from beginning to end. Our server Emma was an absolute delight and ensured our time was fantastic and full of laughs! The food was delicious, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients---portion sizes were great. The lavendar cosmo was out of this world. Cheers to Martin for the good conversation. We'll definitely be recommending to our friends, and we'll be back asap.

Not only do they have great wines (try the Gewurztraminer) but North 42 Degrees also has a Serenity Lavender Farm shop for wine tasters to peruse. From lavender sachets to soap and lavender themed gifts, the shop seemed to have everything. Great one-stop gift shop!

Brian Zimmermann

This place had terrible service. Very nice venue but they really need to figure it out with there staff. Once they have a few more people working we will be back to try it.

This is definitely one of the best places in the area, and now my favorite.!! Went back today! Always awesome. Always wonderful. We had our wedding this July at North 42. Steve was a fantastic host, and the food was really incredible. Nice wines. The wedding turned out to be really better than we could have expected, and it was a beautiful place to throw a celebration of any kind. Looking forward to going back and having dinner at the restaurant once it's open. Wishing all the best to Steve, and North 42 Degrees!

Wonderfull experience as a destination or on a bit of a tasting tour. Beutiful functional facility for a group or just a romantic two. Great restaurant and wine bar with inside or outside service sporting 3 patio decks, refreshing music, amazing food and yes a wine selection for your temptation. Today, the Summer Chill was my favorite.

David Lipton

Service was 5+ stars and made the experience what it was. Thanks to Sean for being the most attentive and warm server that I can remember. Our groups weekend was made that much better because of Sean.

John Taranu

We had dinner at the reopened patio. The entire experience was exceptional, from start to end. The food is sophisticated with surprisingly hearty portions. We had the mussels and fries, Gougeres (French cheese pastry) and the fish specials. All we're outstanding, and paired expertly with their white wines, especially the superb sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Our server Aaron was warm, friendly and prompt. There's really no better place to enjoy a long summer sunset dinner!

Jason Lortie

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Love the food here, something different every time we go. Service is spot on as well. Very attentive. The atmosphere is great too, choice of indoor or outdoor dining and both are highly recommended to try. Worth the trip out and every dollar spent. Definitely looking forward to our next visit.

We went on saturday for my daughters 21st birthday. We had a reservation for 7 people at 4 pm. We sat upstairs with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Beautiful building, kind, hospitable staff and amazing food!!! Will definately go back!

North 42 Winery was our second stop on a pre-planned wine sampling afternoon (yesterday, July 8) with my daughter who has recently moved to Red Lake (6 hours NorthWest of Thunder Bay) and her new boyfriend. They are only in the area for 3 days before they travel to Toronto to visit with friends, so I wanted to show them the best of what the area has to offer. After our experience, I can assure you, I wished I had spent that time back at the winery we left to come to North 42. I had made reservations 3 weeks in advance of us coming. The gentleman that answered took down my information and was thrilled that we had chosen the winery to do a sampling of the best wines from North 42. When we arrived, we were hastily greeted at the door and I gave her my name and that we had a reservation for 3:00pm. She looked at me very strangely and asked if we were here for a wine tasting appointment. I explained that I had a reservation for 3:00pm, and she turned away and simply pointed to a gentleman near the bar and said he would be looking after us. We were not invited in, told where to wait, we simply stood there until the gentleman finally came over and said to follow him. He took us out on the patio and handed us the menus. We expressed an interest in doing a flight and he explained what our options would be. My youngest daughter was with us, and she is not of legal drinking age, so our question to him was what our choices of non-alcoholic drinks would be. He looked up at us, and said with a bit of a grimace..."Uhhh...water?" like we were asking some very detailed complex question. We made our wine selections for our flights and the server brought out the first one. As we were enjoying our choices, we overheard him as he approached another table say "I'm sorry for the delay, but I had to open many new bottles of wine." Since we were the only other table in at that time, it doesn't take a genius to know that he was implying that we were the reason for his delay. Now I'm quite sure, opening bottles of wines at a winery, for flights, is part of the requirement of a server. We were made to feel like it was a chore for him. We also were interested in ordering a charcuterie board for us to enjoy and he very bluntly stated that the kitchen was closed. When making the reservation, this was not mentioned. If I had known ahead of time, I would have either changed our reservation to a later time (if the kitchen opened later), or I would likely decided to choose another winery that offered a small menu. From beginning to end, this experience (at what was once my favourite winery along the wine route on County Rd. 20) has left me feeling like my time would have been better spent trying out a new winery that I haven't been to yet. My daughter and I both love the Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc and I have purchased many items in the past from both your Lavender Boutique and orders of scones from the Bistro for special occasions. And then to top it off, my daughter and her boyfriend were ready to purchase 4 or 5 items from the Serenity Lavender Gift Store, and the machines/computer system went down, and they were told their items couldn't be purchased. An unfortunate chain of disappointing events yesterday will make me re-think putting North 42 Winery on my list of places to visit in the future when we have friends come into town.

We had the pleasure of having dinner at North42 last Friday. It was a last minute plan. But was a great experience Monika was amazing and the food too die for. The wine was really nice and the Manager also very friendly. Will definitely be one of our favorites and recommend it . The room was very nice and view amazing

Dada Todorovic

Very disappointing with dinner service, chef refused to make vegan dish (sauté some vegetables) as they claimed to be too busy. Place like this should go out of their way to make their customers happy, not to say that they are too busy.

David Beckette

Waited for over 20 minutes once we were seated for waitress to offer water, it was like we were invisible. Food was ok, view was better.. suggestions? Well just get your staff to acknowledge once customer sits down at table that you exist. On a high note waitress that finally served us was excellent, she made up for the wait at least..

Top notch wine and anything from their late summer collection is fantastic. With the atmosphere and quality of the food and drink I'd recommend North 42 to anyone looking to spend a nice day out and about.

You will like sitting on the patio, the place is well organized .

Although I would like to rate this, unfortunately we never got served after waiting for 20 minutes. We had made reservations and asked to sit upstairs as we were told that this was the best view. We were informed that there was a large group upstairs and that it would be noisy. As we made our way upstairs the large party was actually a small banquet of what looked to be about 40 or so people. Why they did not close the upstairs to other tables is beyond me. We were seated and after 20 minutes of no one coming to the table, we decided to leave. We informed the general manager of our displeasure with this and will not return. We were looking forward to trying the Bistro out and instead were extremely disappointed We ended up stopping at Garfield's where we were had a great meal and a great time. Very disappointing.

Bryce Phillips

The Cabernet Franc was fantastic. And the food was delicious. Definitely a place to stop and visit.

Hana Marley

I couldn't recommend this place more for a really special night out! We had a wonderful birthday dinner here on a quiet Monday evening in the middle of winter. Had the place completely to ourselves! Loved it like that … got to sit anywhere we wanted and had our own personal waiter (Jay - he was great). We chose a window table downstairs by the fireplace with a view over the vineyards … perfect. The food was delicious … couldn't fault a thing. Just too bad we ate so much of that yummy, fresh homemade bread as not only could we not finish our main courses but we had no room for dessert. Boooo. But good excuse to come back again! ;-)

Diane Guerard

The wine and food were okay but very expensive. I didn't like that with the purchase of a charcuterie board and lunch they didn't absorb the five dollar cost of a wine tasting.

Kristina Kova

Absolutely loved it here! Atmosphere is relaxing, beautiful and welcoming. Staff were so knowledgeable and kind. Our experience is definitely worth repeating! See you again soon :)

I was visiting the area about a week and a half ago and picked this winery by chance, and loved it!! The wines were very well done, the sparkling Sauvignon Blanc and the Rosé were fantastic!! Best part though was my server Monica, she was phenomenal!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and just went above and beyond to make sure my visit was one to remember!!

Over the moon to have found this place! The architecture is truly one of a kind. The views of the vineyard is absolutely breathtaking and as an added bonus there’s beautiful lavender growing throughout. We had top-notch service for sampling wine. Each wine was full of flavour and depth. It was so great we came back another day to try the food and maximized our time on their gorgeous patio. This winery will exceed all your expectations!

Lynne Eedy

A casual outdoor wine tasting of four, 1 oz selections beside rows of vines & numerous lavender plants in full bloom, started us off. The lavender scents are heavenly & a number of lavender items can be purchased in their gift shop in addition to bottles of your favourite tastings in the indoor wine shop. Very impressed with the Pinot noir, Cab Sauvignon reserve & the Chardonnay. There are also rieslings, rose, & a bubbly on offer. The second story deck overlooking the vineyard looked so inviting that we decided to check it out for a glass of wine. Menus are available for lunch or dinner however we had a late lunch earlier. A lovely wedding reception on the main floor was about to commence so this is a fully functioning winery! The view of row on rows of grapes from the outdoor balcony is so peaceful & along with soft breezes & blue skies it made for the perfect winery experience. You won’t want to miss this winery!

The young lady on the tasting bar doesn’t seem to understand what’s involved in helping customers who came for a wine tasting! This is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable experience, people don’t come here to see your rude attitude. She didn’t even bother using a fresh glass between white and red wines. If you don’t enjoy what you’re doing, maybe it’s time to find something more enjoyable for yourself. The winery looks nice and modern, they might want to consider better attendants at the bar.

Great wines.. The owner was a lovely guy....he took a lot of time to explain things about growing vines and answer all my questions. I will be back, with friends, for sure.

Came here for lunch on our wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it!! We had the scallops to start and gnocchi for main course. Scallops were amazing! Very tender and tasty! Sweet potato gnocchi was delicious! It had salmon, pickled red peppers, and asparagus in a Chardonnay cream sauce. Eating these separately was delicious but trying them all in one bite.... Not so much, lol. That being said, I'd order it again! She some bread to do in the sauce!! The service we received from Marie was very friendly and professional. The view is great, inside and out! Overall, fantastic experience and we look forward to coming back!

On the recommendation of one of our good friends, my daughter and I journeyed from East Windsor for lunch at Bistro 42 on a recent Friday. We, of course, had reviewed the information on line and had some idea what to expect still we were both pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the grounds and the impressive stone, wood and glass Bistro building. The pleasant and informative young man who served us and took care to check in with us periodically was a delight. The mile-high quiche of the day was exceptional and the cheese puffs were so light and tasty; the onion soup and farmhouse salad were beautifully presented and flavourful; and lets not forget the wine, Chardonnay and Cabernet so good! We finished our afternoon strolling the grounds, enjoying the lavender gardens and the other beautiful flowers, trees and bushes. Unexpected surprise were the beautiful and plentiful butterflies. Even the bees just went about their job and were courteous to we humans.

We received a bottle of the Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from a wine subscription we belong to and loved it. Went online and ordered it expecting it would take a week or so with Christmas days away. To our pleasant surprise the case of Sparkling arrived 2 days later in Ottawa. Service and Quality are great.

Great food, beautiful location!

Delicious wines and food as well as an incredible view from the patio. We were on the upper floor of the patio and the view felt like we were in Napa Valley! I recommend the Rosé or the Gewürztraminer.

LOVE this spot! Incredible wine, awesome food, and beautiful facilities. My friend and I visited and were served by Emma, who was an absolute rockstar and made our visit so memorable. If you're in the area, you must visit!

Rude and disrespectful. A group of us went on a wine tour to a bunch of wineries throughout the county. We were all very excited to try North 42 for tasting and lunch. As we arrived, a German male (wine maker) assisted us to the side of the bar for our tasting. Initially, we were trying to make small talk and be friendly but he was very stand-off and clearly didn’t want to serve us. We asked if we could do half of us for a red tasting, half for white. He said “no I will do all the same and on one bill”. We explained that we would like to have a variety as we wanted to purchase wine on top of our tasting. He told me “I’m the wine maker, I know what I’m doing” and poured us all one glass of white (without our say of which wine and it was not good). After we asked for a second time if we could do half red half white he said “no it’s inconvenient for me”. We asked to speak to a manager, he turned his back, helped another group and ignored us. For large groups looking to go to a wine tour, STAY AWAY. We felt very disrespected, unaccommodated, and hurt by the comments. I have been to several wineries and all have accommodated large group needs where 10 of us ordered different wines for each tasting and it was no issue. I was excited to try a new winery in which I’ve never been and this left a horrible taste in our mouths (not just from the not so great wine). I would not recommend to any groups looking to go on a wine tour. Horrible service from this gentleman.

Courtney Adams

Food and wine are amazing! I hope they bring back the vegetarian pasta.

Birgitta Astrid

Loved it. Great wine and informative staff. Thank you Monica and Lisa!

Stopped in here on a winery tour on a September Saturday. The space is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, modern and full of windows. The woman at the tasting bar was nice and knowledgeable but the place was so packed it was deafening. The experience was majorly lacking for me for that reason. Thy have some really cool events, a restaurant and a gift shop. Also lavender fields. If you come here, try to go during a slow time so you can actually enjoy your experience.

Katlynn Bukenberger

Visited for only a wine tasting Negatives: 1. Uninviting & Unfriendly Staff: when we arrived they asked if we had a reservation. when we said no they looked upset at us and said they’ll “check if we have room” in a very arrogant manner… the place was literally empty. We even made a point to arrive right after they open to beat the lunch rush so there’d be room. The attitude was completely unnecessary and unwelcoming. And again, we’re only here for a quick wine tasting. 2. Unaccommodating: we were a group of 7 and they said they couldn’t put 2 tables together so we unfortunately had to sit separately… even though the tables we were seated at were right next to each other lol. As mentioned above, we were the only customers there so they could have easily combined the 2 tables and seated us together but instead they made us feel like we inconveniencing them. It felt like they were punishing us since we didn’t make a reservation lol. Positives: 1. Waitress: the young blonde waitress was very friendly to us still, despite the rude older ladies at the door who greeted us and refused to seat us together. She described the wines to us and made great recommendations. 2. Wine: They have a nice selection of wines to sample from, there’s something there for everyone to enjoy whether you’re a red, white, rose or sparkling wine drinker.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The chef prepared a set menu and we could not have been happier with the dinner from appetizer to dessert. Try this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed

Lo La

Nice wines, service was good. Definitely worth a stop. Cab reserve was very nice. The tasting comes in actual wine glasses which I much prefer. They seemed to not have a system to deal with the volume of people they received. Atmosphere outside was ok, but not terribly intentional and sitting at picnic tables gets old real quick. There was confusion about closing time for tasting vs. Bistro.

Michael Tercheck

Delicious wines, lovely people, beautiful setting.

Julian Dennis

Very good meal, wine was excellent.

Their sparkling wine was the best. They do have an elevator for those that are in need.

Had a fabulous dinner just before "emergency brake" took affect. Food and libations excellent as was our amazing server Emma. She certainly made the evening for us! Potato Leek soup albeit a very small portion was excellent- better than getting a bucket full as appetizer or first course which is very overwhelming. My request for a different cook on the tenderloin was rebuffed (?......not sure why as we also heard other couples requesting the same) as was "no garlic" in the risotto. Emma sensed my trepidation as to what to order under these circumstances and asked the chef to omit the garlic. The risotto was outstanding despite the "no garlic". Husband devoured the lobster and mussels. Emma recommended the Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc for an after dinner treat and is was superb. Kudos to the chef, winemaker and EMMA!

Jdrum

The wines are very good. The food in the bistro is simply amazing! There is a great menu with a wide assortment of dishes. They are going to need a bigger building. They also accommodated a last minute walk in with a full house. Excellent service at the tasting bar and the bistro. Keep up the great work.

How disappointing!!! We came back here on a wine tour about 3 wks ago.. we first visited this establishment a few years back when the tasting was literally under some stairs in an old building .. But the service was good and the wine was ok.. Well we have been hearing such great things from our friends we decided to give it another shot. The upgrades to the buildings are amazing.. The view from the restaurant spectacular. We had a great lady at the bar for the tasting (wish I could remember her name- short spiky hair super friendly) everyone was having fun until one of the corks got stuck!! She was struggling so one of the other tasters offered to help.. She let him (admittedly probably shouldn't have however there was zero other staff around and the bar was packed) well ."Michael" one of the staff yelled at her infront of everyone - "what's wrong with you you NEVER let a guest touch the wine" (at this point everyone is starting to get uncomfortable- the gentleman apologized saying he was only trying to help.. He would buy that bottle) Michael wouldnt even acknowledge him- he proceded to "scold " the lady infront of everyone.. I left in search of a manager and finally found one and explained what happened - she didnt seem to care! I returned to the bar and the poor lady was clearly embarrassed she apologized to everyone and tried to keep the atmosphere cheery but it was too late.. And then HE CAME BACK AGAIN TO YELL AT HER!! He told her to "turn around " so he could address her- now everyone at the bar was agitated- so I simply asked for his name - which he reluctantly told me- and I told him that was quite enough! I asked him if he was a manager- no- a supervisor- no "just a fellow co-worker" yes!!! I proceeded to tell him he just lost this establishment a lot of money because no one from our group or the other party would be purchasing anything! I then found Shelley the "other or actual I'm still not sure" manager and told her that he came back again and how umprofessional he was! Even if she shouldnt have let that man help her how dare he act like that in front of all these customers! She had the decency to apologize but I do not believe she ever spoke with him.. Needless to say this is not a stop our wine group will ever make again and ive told all of our co workers about our awful experience! How embarrassing... Esp when you can see that they have put a lot of money into the "bistro" area$!!

You'll know you've arrived at North 42 when you can smell lavender and see a beautiful modern building. I had my birthday dinner here and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our waiter was very knowledgable of the dishes and made great recommendations. In my opinion they have the best charcuterie board in Colchester! If you're a fan of lavender (like me), it's a must! I will definitely be back!

Dinner tonight was fabulous! The beef and the chicken were both amazing. The mashed potatoes were fabulous. And the wine was excellent! This was an amazing take-out experience during this time. When things are back to a new normal, the dining room is beautifully appointed with painstaking attention to detail such as beautiful flatware and an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Atmosphère nice but food quality not good... Chicken undercooked and portion too small also got food poisoning from mussels.

Fantastic wine tasting and charcuterie board. Odette led us through our wine tasting with great knowledge of their wines and a great deal of humour. She took what would have been a really good experience and made it amazing. Will definitely come back again when we are in the area. Great wine, great food, fantastic service.

Food was amazing. Was there on May 4th for my boyfriend's aunt's wedding. The food was mouth watering. Staff was the best service ive ever had, sweet and friendly. Beautiful even though the lavender wasn't out and nor were the grapes.

The tasting room is quite nice with knowledgeable staff pouring. Had a great time and brought home a bottle. Looking forward to our next visit.

I loved the wine the wait staff was awesome! Loved her! She had all the tables for herself. She could of used at least two more staff.

Thank you so much for the amazing take out dinner tonight. We enjoyed the roasted striploin and chorizo meatloaf along with some amazing side dishes. We had heard great things about the new Chef and he did not disappoint! We will definitely be ordering again! Whether you are from the area or visiting from afar, you have to check out Bistro 42 at North 42 Degrees Estate Winery.

Beautiful place, poor service, poor food quality. Our server was very rude, may have been having a bad day, but unacceptable to treat a guest poorly! Beef tips I ordered were uncooked and like rubber, I couldn't eat them. My two friends with me found their food equally unacceptable. I took the beef tips home and even my dog wouldn't eat them! Its a shame for such a beautiful place. I am a world traveler and know good food and how it should be cooked and served. This place is not one of them, I will not be back.

What can I say, everything was a wonderful experience, from service, to wine tasting, to a beautifully presented meat and cheese platter, everything was tasty, all 4 of us wiped the platter clean. Add to all of this, the weather was great. We sat in the outdoor patio section overlooking the vineyard. . Good time and appreciated by all.

The wine here is good, easily a 4 out of 5 stars, however, as we know it's not all about the product and there is something to be said about the service. We are staying at a local bed and breakfast for the weekend and we made dinner reservations here almost two months ago only to have them cancelled a couple days before we arrived. We were curious to the reason for the cancellation and naturally assumed when we showed up for a glass this afternoon that a wedding had been booked which was the reason for which they couldn't accommodate our existing reservation (if this was the case we would have totally understood). When we were leaving we asked about our reservation, hoping perhaps we could still get in for dinner tonight if it was an oversight and we learned that the menu was changed to a different type of set menu (with wine pairings throughout) and only select guests were invited. Obviously this rubbed us the wrong way because we would have gladly kept our existing reservation even with the change in mind knowing that set menus are expensive at wineries are expected and aren't cheap anyways. Now we have been left without a reservation on a Saturday night for a trip we planned almost two months ago - it certainly doesn't feel nice being treated like a second class citizen. Then as we were leaving we were waiting to check out with bottles we were purchasing for family who had recommended us here we were stopped at the checkout. The lady in front of us had several bottles of wine and the cashier informed her if she bought 4 more she would get one for free (this is great, I appreciate when an establishment informs their customers how to get the most of of their money), however, she advised us that we had to wait until the customer went back into the other room to pick out her other four bottles before she could check out our three bottles. If you are looking for a winery that treats you like a second class citizen this place is for you. If you are looking for a proper full on wine experience with a great dinner that won't get cancelled check out Two Sisters or Foreign Affairs in the Niagara area, you won't be disappointed like we were here (plus the wine is better). The reason this review got 2 stars instead of 1 is because the wine is decent but the service is trash and a 0 stars rating isn't possible on Google at this time.

Terrible service. Asked us to pay before we were even done. Lots of flies and bees in our drinks as well.

Horrible experience. We went with a group of 24 people. Waitress was not friendly. Food took forever. One couple didn’t even get their meal and there was no apology. Would never go back there ever again!

We had a fabulous 12-course tapas meal with wine pairings in a wonderful high-ceilinged room over looking the vineyard. Food and service both excellent.

extremely expensive, expect a large bill... only place that does cheese separate on their charcuterie boards on their charcuterie board expect only 3 types of meat, and 3 types of cheese, at other wineries their charcuterie boards are much more cheaper with a bigger variety of deli and cheeses. no fruit at this place. beautiful scenery, and beautiful inside

First time visiting North 42 Estate Winery. A very relaxing and beautiful place. My husband and I had the Calamari and Mussels for lunch accompanied with a glass of your Summer Chill and Dry Riesling. Enjoyed it so much we had to bring a few more bottles home☺ Will definitely be coming back with our "amigos"!!

I came to this winery with a group of 12 and we all had a great time. The service was top notch and we all came away feeling like we had the royal treatment. It’s a beautiful building with incredible views of the vineyards. I’ll be back soon for a date-night with my wife!

Kathy Cooper

Fantastic experience, great service and the wine is divine!

Just came back from dinner. What a great night. I opted for a few small plates insteas of dinner and everything I tried was meticulously crafted. If you're looking for a nice night out...bistro 42 is a must try.

Last night we did take out and the food was absolutely wonderful! The wild mushroom tart, Gnocchi and the roasted red pepper soup tasted so fresh. We had to have the cheesecake too. Enjoyed it with the Cabernet Sauvignon rose (my favourite). Always a great time at North 42, looking forward to sitting on their patio!

What a delicious surprise! The Lobster Mac and Cheese was creamy and flavourful without being heavy and overloaded. The Basil Panna Cotta in the Farm salad is still swimming in my mouth, and the Lemon Posset is so dreamy and smooth. 10/10

Lovely place. Excellent service. Had the prix fix tasting & pairing dinner which was amazing. Highly recommend!

We came for dinner. Food was great. Service was great. The new building is beautiful. Can't wait to come back when the weather is nice to sit on the outdoor balcony. Very nice.

Cindy Diemer

Very disappointed with the food we had when we did the golf and wine night. The burgers were half the size of the bun. The cost of the portion of the meal was way too expensive for the food you got. The owner did not seem to care or do anything for us. He said he needed to make money which I understand but $35.00 for a burger meal, potatoe salad, tossed salad and ice cream and wine tasting and the people were not even there to taste the wine. The owner asked for my email and said he would get back to me but we have heard nothing and this was 2 weeks ago. Will never go back!

If you need to go to a winery in Essex county look no further. We were greeted by an amazing hostess, Lisa who made us laugh so hard. The wine was excellent and our server Emma B was very knowledgeable about all the different wines. Also advised us of a too die for cocktail. She was incredibly friendly, she was one of the best servers I have encountered. Highly recommend!!

Steven Beardshaw

Amazing service from our server. She had a strong knowledge of the wines and made a great effort to connect with us at the table. The rosé wines and the sparkling whites were favourites at our table. Our only issue is that the tasting fee was quite a bit higher than most wineries in the area, I felt like it was a bit overpriced

This was an incredible dining experience, definitely in my overall top three; up there with Hawaii and Italy. I highly recommend taking advantage of it. The food is simply incredible. We will definitely be back.

Best wine I've EVER had! The staff are so friendly and funny. I will drive 2 and half hours just for there wine and lavender.

Love it here. The sparkling white wine is delicious. Went for the 5 course food and wine pairing. Really enjoyed the experience. The food was very well thought out, beautifully plated, and well executed. One person in our party thought it was a touch ovely salty but ultimately we thought the food was very tasty. The chef did a great job. This is great fine dining, the service is impeccable. Highly recommended.

We went once when they had first opened and absolutely loved it. The view and the building are both breathtaking. We loved the gnocchi but, their menu has changed we were very disappointed with the food on our last visit.

Shannon Munson

Great ambiance and beautiful view for outside dining. Consider buying some lavender short bread cookies or lavender products from the store. Wine is fantastic!

Mark Jutras

Phenominal food and unique dining room views. Must sample wines and check out lavender store.
