The wine at this place was by far the best wine we had all trip. It is a nice small winery and you can tell they actually care about the quality of there wines unlike some of the large corporate type wineries. Micheal was very friendly and loved to talk about his process of making wine. My favorite wine was the Merlot, very smooth and full of flavor. At the time of our visit they had little lambs that were a big hit with the women in our group.

Absolutely wonderful place. Out of all of the vineyards I've been to in PEC this is my favorite. My girlfriend and I stayed for about two hours chatting with Mike and his wife about their wines and PEC in general. I'm so glad we stopped by after visiting the Fifth Town Cheese establishment down the road. The wines are top notch and so are the people. This is a must visit.

Loved this very unique farm vineyard. We hit it in a day where the line up was nil, so we had Mike all to ourselves. I purchased wine and cookies made from their chef. Said hello to the sheep and geese and drank some great wine!

Great unique winery. We tasted all available wines and were totally impressed. Michael gave us a brief history of the vineyard and we could tell he is very passionate about his wines. Needless to say, we left with a box of 12 bottles of wine. We will be back.

Owner was proud of her organic wines. Cute sheep in yard. She was informative and glad to be farming in a healthy green manner. She was not very warm and seemed almost abrasive but wines were nice. Super moon was very good.

We bought a 2018 Merlot without tasting what a surprise in the evening when we tasted this Merlot it's probably one of the best we have tasted. Intéressant sa ménagerie comme nous il a des canards indiens ce qui est rare. On a acheté un Merlot 2018 sans dégustation quelle surprise le soir lorsqu'on a dégusté ce merlot c'est probablement un des meilleurs qu'on a goûté. La personne qui nous a servi nous avait mentionné que c'était un bon choix, il mérite les $40 déboursé. Bravo

Stopped at this winery today. Beautiful place, but unpleasant customer experience. We did not feel welcome at all. That's too bad, because it's a really nice place.

Great little place. Owner very helpful. Love that all grapes are grown on site. Never tasted organic wine before. Will definitely make it back to Cape Vineyards again. Great wine at a reasonable price.

We had the best experience at Cape Vineyards, the host was such a chill guy he wasn't pushy with selling his wine, he gave you space to make your own conclusions and decisions after your tasting. Very knowledgeable. Such a fun experience. Will always be back.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday for a tasting. I had never heard of Cape Vineyards before and did not know what to expect. It turns out that this is a true gem of a producer. Each wine we tasted was impressive but the Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc in particular were of a superb quality. The Pinot was very earthy on the nose and exhibited the fresh berry tasting notes that are characteristic for the varietal, for me it was the best Pinot we tasted in our two day trip to P.E.C. The Cab Franc was every bit as sublime as the Pinot, and I ended up buying three more bottles despite having already depleted my budget (although isn’t this always the case when one goes on a weekender tasting trip). We chatted for a while with Michael and Kristen and it is clear that they are very serious about making high quality wine, and their passion shines through in the delicious and elegant wines they are producing. I will definitely be going back on my next visit to the county.

Tasty and interesting wines. Service lacked a bit of warmth and welcoming, but otherwise friendly and easily knowledgeable. A bit disappointed to see that 2 bottle purchase doesn't wave a single $5 flight.

We received a warm greeting from the owner and her sister. They spent ample time answering questions about their amazing organic wine selection. It's a little off the beaten path from most of the other vinyards but worth the trip. Be sure to say hi to Doris and Helan the roaming chickens.

This winery is fantastic. They have a hopped Vidal Blanc that is fantastic. The Cascade hops really shine in this clear, crisp wine. There are even sheep that help out in the vineyard. To top it off, they are an organic winery ith no added sulfites!

If I could give a 0 I would. The owner's husband Michael was beyond rude to us and just poured wines for sampling without explaining what they were. He rolled his eyes a few times at our group. Don't waste your time or money!

Delicious wines and all organically grown! The way wine should be made! They are true to the core and patient in explaining how everything is grown, barrelled, and finally bottled. Beautiful winery in the county!!

Visited for a few times. Everytime there was excellent white and red wines for tasting. Owners are proud and enjoy sharing their knowledge. Would definitely come back again to buy more wines. This year, the hops white was a pleasant surprise.

Made a reservation a month and a half ago for bride, brides mother and maid of honor for lunch and wine tasting. Owner decides to call me today saying that they don't have staff for our lunch this Saturday with zero apology and to go somewhere else. Don't bother with this place.

Our group had a horrible experience. We walked in and it didn't really have a winery vibe inside. It also smelled strong of soap that they sell. The man serving was rude to us and wine was terrible for the price (although I only tried white).

This is absolutely the best winery in Prince Edward County, though it is a close race with Half Moon Bay. Kristen is an inspired winemaker and a wonderful human.

This is my favourite winery in the whole county. The owner is so passionate about her craft. A husband and wife team, that really know how to craft delicious wine, just can't be beat. The 2014 Merlot became the wine we compared all other winery tastings too. Nothing compared. If you're going to the county, this is a must go winery!

Met the owner and bought a few bottles. Wish we could chat more to learn about how their wines are made, the property and their personal stories. It must be very difficult and scary in Covid pandemic times, customers need to be respectful of rules and understand and respect the restrictions (such as no tastings) or we will loose again the opportunity to visit and see beautiful properties such as wineries.
