Then 22 minutes later we are told that we will have to wait at least another 10 minutes because they are just starting to prepare our order in the kitchen. Fortunately the waitress told us "it won't be long". Result of the races I ask to see the manager who tells us that it is normal on a Saturday and that it is the same in all the restaurants, whereas it is false because we were among the competitors opposite the day before. Caraquet ". We would have liked to have been warned of the waiting time of at least 40 minutes because with a 3 year old child we would not have stayed .. no gesture of commercialism for our ordered drinks, and just a blame on the part of this charming manager who blames the client for "our impatience" and reports his incompetence to his fellow restaurateurs by saying that they are also long! FALSE! I strongly advise against and if you are looking for bad customer service, I recommend this address! Fortunately, the other restaurateurs with whom we have eaten in this beautiful Acadian peninsula leave us with wonderful memories of our stay in the region. (Original) UNE HONTE! Résultat des courses je demande de voir la gestionnaire qui nous dit que c'est normal un samedi et que c'est de même dans tous les restaurants, alors que c'est faux car on était chez les concurrents d en face la veille "Le Caraquet". On aurait aimé être prévenu du délais d attente d'au moins 40 minutes car avec une enfant de 3 ans on ne serait pas resté.. aucun geste commercial pour nos boissons commandées, et juste un blame de la part de cette charmante gestionnaire qui blame le client pour "notre impatience" et reporte son incompétence sur ses confrères restaurateurs en disant qu'ils sont aussi long! FAUX! Je déconseille fortement et si vous chercher un mauvais service à la clientèle, je vous recommande cette adresse! Heureusement que les autres restaurateurs chez qui nous avons manger dans cette belle péninsule Acadienne nous laisse un magnifique souvenir de notre passage dans la région..

I've only heard good things about this place, and my review is solely based on the dish I picked. The establishment itself has charm, great views. The staff seemed a bit off tonight, I'm sure it's not the usual. As for the food, I ordered a lobster roll with sweet potato fries. The fries are as good as expected, but they are only a side dish. The lobster roll was overfilled with lobster, which is a positive, but the taste was a bit overpowered by the amount of mayo in it. I wouldn't put it in my top 10. Which is why my review isn't as great.
