Exemple, j'ai demandé à la "superviseure" de me montrer les tables disponibles, elle me dit: "les seules que vous voyez là-bas sont disponibles" ni elle prend la peine de m'accompagner pour me présenter les modèles ni elle me donne la bonne information, pourtant il y avait un autre modèle de table disponible sur le site web. Après j'ai demandé à Josée de m'expliquer la différence entre les deux modèles de chaises, si un est connu d'être un peu plus confortable que l'autre, elle me répond sèchement :"c'est les mêmes" et pourtant ce sont deux prix différents... Ect.. J'ai quand même pris mon mal en patience car j'avais vraiment besoin du set de patio pour ce week-end. J'ai donc fini par demander à Josée si elle pensait que la table rentrerait dans mon auto berline, elle a appelé sa même superviseure pour lui dire :"elle me demande à MOI si la table rentre dans SON char" comme si que j'étais une personne innocente, tout simplement. Bref, ces deux dames là: pas de classe. Elles devraient être interdites de travailler avec des êtres humains.

Le gars au téléphone nous a clairement dit que ça ne fonctionne pas comme ça, et que si nous ne sommes pas content, il y à d'autres place ou acheter. C'est ce que nous avons fait, nous avons commandé chez RONA à la place. Nous sommes dans le service à la clientèle aussi, et je peux vous dire que votre service souffre énormément si vous n’êtes pas capable d’ajouter des tubes de scellant et des clous dans une commande que nous payons le transport. Je recommande RONA à la place, les prix sont les mêmes et vous avez du service.

The car park is much bigger and easier to get around than at the other branch. It is well cleared and maintained. The store is large but easy to navigate, everything is well identified. Service is the only thing missing. You have to be patient if you want to talk to a wood advisor or paint counter. There are not enough people in my opinion to serve all the customers, but it is a problem that is everywhere. This is ok since the service I received personally was good. Not all the time courteous and friendly. I appreciate the variety of products that can be found in stores, for the price is worth it to move. And since it's near the highway, I highly recommend it. Le parking est beaucoup plus grand et facile d'y circuler qu'à l'autre succursale. Il est bien déneiger et entretenu. Le magasin est vaste mais facile à naviguer, tout est bien identifié. Le service est la seule chose qui manque. Il faut être patient si on désire parler à un conseiller du bois ou au comptoir de peinture. Il n'y a pas suffisamment de gens à mon avis pour déservir tous les clients, mais c'est un problème qu'il y a partout. C'est correct puisque le service que j'ai reçu personnellement a été bon. Pas tout le temps courtois et sympathique. J'apprécie la variété de produits qu'on peut retrouver en magasin, pour la qualité prix ça vaut vraiment la peine de se déplacer. Et comme c'est près de l'autoroute, je le recommande fortement.
