I loved it at Vancouver Urban Winery, or Belgard Kitchen, (it has two names, idk why). The wine flights are unique and something I haven't experienced at anywhere else. They have wine flights for people who like whites, rose's or reds. The service was impeccable, and our server was super knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing! Perfect for a girls night out. :)

Mind blown!!! What an amazing oasis in a very rough neighbourhood. The decor and so nice and the appetizers were way better than average. I totally recommend this place! We tried different wines and beers, it was so much fun and we want to return soon. Has a bit of a hipster vibe but it was definitely a nice change from the Edmonton bar/restaurant scene.

The space itself is very cool and hip and has a sweet vibe. Our server was friendly enough but it kind of felt out of necessity rather than sincerity. The wine was not good, there were four of us and we all agreed that the wine was meh. There was nothing really going on in any of the wines we tasted on our flights, I have had some great BC wines but none of these blew us away by any means. We did have the roasted cauliflower which was good but needed a little more roasting to brown the outside in my opinion. To sum up looks can be decieving.

Went there for lunch and had a delicious pork, eggs and hashed potatoes dish. I like the simple menu, still has lots of choice and variety but isn't overwhelming. The wine and beer selection is excellent, and the decor is simple and welcoming. Friendly, fast service, we've never been disappointed.

Easy place for lunch. For lunch my companion and I shared a mushroom pizza and a Choucrouterie Which could have feed 3. This went well with a bitter dark ale. Reasonable price and service.

Vancouvet Urban Winery is situated on the East end of Gastown close to the railway. They offer a selective range of wine and beer tp be enjoyed with food. I found their wine list to be reasonable priced and pretty well curated, buy weren't as impressed with their tapas. The Tapanade was ok and olives tasted very green. Great for big groups, but be aware they have a 2 hr seat limit and notorious for informing you about this, 15 min before they ask you to leave.

Amazing wine selection and small bites. The service is always great as well. Don't bother going on a weekend night if you don't have a reservation. The wait is horrendous otherwise, but that is the problem with being a great place to go I suppose :)

This place has three of my favorite things: beer, wine, and food! I only had one of the three but was very impressed with the wine flight that they brought out. I haven’t seen or had a wine flight before so naturally I was really excited to have one. The food that I saw other tables order looked delicious and the service and ambiance in this place is awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better experience here.

Was visiting from LA and I loved this place so much came back 3 times! Pro tip: sit at th bar for good people watching and so you can talk to the bartenders. Both Ethan and Gian were amazing ! The food is out of this world. My favorites were the salumi board and gnocchi. The wine flights are a great way to try different wines and everything is reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough

One venue, three vendors. Serves wine and beer on tap as well as tapas from the kitchen. Got a beer and kombucha mix that was super tasty. Ordered grilled cheese and gnocchi that was a bit overpriced but very delicious

I went there for dinner on Sunday and really enjoyed the atmosphere (regardless of the location). They have a decent selection of wine, and I love that it’s all local. Restaurant menu is small but still pretty good. I tried their wine tasting, and selection provided was alright. I would most likely try something different next time. I had yam gnocchi and they were able to make it vegetarian to accommodate me. The food was delicious. Four star review because of slow service. Had to wave down server to take our order, and bills. Other than that, it was A+

Food was tasty but pricey. They ran out of the night's special pork chop even though we came at 630 and the menu doesn't really offer anything else substantial after that unless you want a half chicken. Beer I had was great but the selection of beers on tap was minimal (about 5-6). Enjoyed the atmosphere though. Might come again but only for a glass.

Went to this place with friends for an evening out. Great atmosphere with good vibe. Beautiful setting. Good food! Their own wine may not be the best wine you ever had (but they do have quite a decent wine list so you will have plenty of wine choice) but it was fun trying the local wines. Overall it was a great experience and we had so much fun here.

What a cool place To discover!! The ceilings are vaulted and beautiful, the space is intimate with low loghting and many different rooms and spots to be seated. The menu looks wonderful and they have multiple wine tasting trays. Only thing is the area isn’t so great but then again, that’s just Vancouver

Great beer. Amazing wine. Gorgeous space.... Need I say more? It's a bit off the beaten path in terms of brewery tours. But it is definitely worth the trip. The building is gorgeous and the decor beautiful. Their food is great and their brunch menu is phenomenal. This is a must do, must see, must eat in Vancouver. Also, grab a growler or some cans/bottles and bring it home too.

The manager heard my fiance wasn't drinking as we had a long drive home and gave us a bottle of wine to take home with us! The food is always fantastic the menu is always diffrent which I love. You have to try their mushroom bacon pate it is one item that is always on the menu. Can't wait to come back!

I have been here for a stagette and last night for my mom-in-law's birthday. This place attracts many different types of people that didn't make us feel out of place as we had our parents with us. Service was friendly and the boys enjoyed their beers from Postmark. We also ordered athe red wine flight (pre-set fyi) and their house merlot. We also had he chance to try their charcuterie plate from Belgard Kitchen which we enjoyed with the different spreads (i.e. mustard seed, pate) and meats that we subbed the beef for more chorizo. Decent prices, great quality food/drinks, and nice balanced energy. ***The only sour part of our night is that both of our cars were towed and we found 5 others leaving the restaurant that had their cars towed too. Beware of the parking signs --no parking from 9pm-6am-- eventhough the area seems empty at night it is notorious for Buster's towers to lurk around and tow cars on Railway Street for street cleaning.

Three venues in one, winery, brewery and bistro. We had three different wine flights that featured Urban winery wines and other BC wines. The wines were all good quality, a pleasant surprise. Meat and cheese platter very good. A great way to experience wines from a variety of wineries without driving all over and without having to sift through bad stuff. The venue itself is bright and hip. Note that the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. It was recommended to us by a friend and we see why! The area around the restaurant is a little bit challenging but as soon as your walk through the doors you’re greeted with a huge smile. The decor and vibe are excellent. My husband got the beer flight and I got the white and rose rating flight and both were very enjoyable. We split the pacific board and I highly recommend it!! A great taster of some local seafood and treats. We especially enjoyed the bee pollen cream cheese, the focaccia and smoked salmon… and candied salmon and mussels. Basically everything on the board. One server heard it was our honeymoon and brought us a gifted glass of sparkling wine to celebrate which was so sweet. We loved the focaccia, smoked salmon and cream cheese so much we asked for more and the server and kitchen worked together to make a custom sandwich with those!! You HAVE to try it if you go - ask for the honeymooner. It was amazing. I can’t say enough about how kind and friendly the service and kitchen staff were. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon!! We finished with another glass of local wine and a whit beer. 5 stars from start to finish. Highly recommend this place.
