Had an excellent experience today on their tour. My partner and I learned a lot about the process of wine-making and the winery itself from our host, who was knowledgeable and very personable. It was just the guide and my group, which made for an intimate and personalized experience. The tasting gave us the opportunity to try a good selection of white, red, fruit, and ice wines. Though we were not under any pressure to do so, we opted to buy a few wines to go because they were so delicious! I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't have the charcuterie pairings (covid restrictions), but the winery compensated us with a choice of products from their store. Guess I'll just have to come back after the pandemic!! Overall, this experience was well worth it, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. (Re. covid: During my winery experience, I felt completely safe. The winery does a good job of following protocols...mask-wearing, sanititation, distancing. The second half of the tour was outside (in a covered area), so make sure to bundle up!)

It was a great tour, great information on making wine and lots of amazing wines to sample but I was disappointed that they did not want to allow me to video anything. At first, they told me sure no problem as long as I do not video the tour guide to which l agreed and followed then the tour guide started to snap at me every time I was videoing on the tour saying that I am being distractive to her even though I was not speaking and ensured I was not getting her in any shot. We are in the age of technology and with businesses everywhere struggling due to no tourism you would think they would appreciate as much publicity as possible especially from YouTube Vloggers trying to bring more business to local businesses.

Booked the paint and wine night in the dome, and I was a little disappointed with the event. For 100 bucks per person, you get one bottle of wine for your group, 2 hours of painting (a paint kit with 3 brushes, a canvas, and canvas stand, and acrylic paints), and each member gets their own small charcuterie board (with crackers, humus, nuts, meat, fruits). PROS: - the charcuterie board was more than enough for each person. - the two hours of painting were more than enough for us. - the dome itself was VERY cute- very well set up inside, it was heated as well - they had a bluetooth speaker for us to connect our devices to - the individual who was taking care of us that night was great- very kind and helpful - I have a broken ankle, and she was open to us adjusting the furniture so that it was the most comfortable for me - I called the site earlier in the week to ask a few questions, and the individual who answered the phone was so kind and helpful CONS: - the wine wasn't the best- you only get ONE bottle to share with the group (there were 5 of us) and we are so glad we didn't buy more bottles before actually trying it. We couldn't even finish the one bottle. - the dome was actually leaking of water, and you can imagine how uncomfortable it is to have cold water unexpectedly trickle down the back of your neck lol - it's only one dome, in an awkward place in the parking lot- we thought it would be multiple different groups, but it's just your group, and the same dome that is used for the next bookings. Although, once inside, you don't even notice this. - as we were packing up, we were a little slow, primarily because of me and my broken foot, and a lady (not the one who was attending to us during the event) said "ok let's go, time's up" as we were trying to make our way out. Thought this was a little rude. In general, the event was very enjoyable. But I don't really think the price is justified. And the wine was not very good. Our group of 5 paid a total of $530.

My friend and I went for a tour and tasting and then decided to buy a few bottles of what we were drinking. That’s where the experience went from good to horrific!! We opened up the first bottle and not only did it taste off but the texture was horrible. I called in to get this resolved and at first they said they would reimburse me and how sorry they were. Two hours later I get this brutal person from the winery saying I had to drive from downtown back to the winery for the reimbursement and that I had to bring in the wine. My first question was why did their story change from absolutely we will to no you now need to drive to us? Her reply was cause I’m telling you and that’s it. Horrific customer service!! When I asked would they reimburse me travel time and gas they hung up. PLEASE DO NOT bother going out to this winery!! Go to a BCLS buy better way and no hassle or lies from the winery!! This place should be shut down and or fire they staff you have in house.

Great service by staff. Regular whites and reds though were less than satisfactory. There are other wineries with higher quality wines for way cheaper price. Their fruit wines are in the same situation. Their only decent wine is the white icewine. It is still fairly over priced for the quality though. The winery is more catered towards Chinese busses so If you are not in that category feel free to check out other wineries in the area like township 7 and chaberton. Went here using a groupon tour. If you like or know wines at all, the selections here are entirely forgettable, several are completely undrinkable. The tour is minimal, and the facilities are poorly kept, dirty, and have some questionable viticulture practices. This seems to be a place that caters purely to the mainland chinese market, and therefore lacks what one would expect from other wineries found in the valley, or Okanagan.

Purchased a wine tour off Groupon and I was not disappointed. I’m not a wine fanatic or anything even close; to be honest I could care less about wine BUT we had Tiffany as our guild and it wasn’t a dull moment for one second. She made me and my boyfriend extremely interested in everything she had to say. I would recommend her if you ever book anything with this winery! 10/10 would come again!!

The tour was an awesome experience and very informative. We visited the winery on December 2019, on a rainy day. I recommend do it on spring or summer. I've called one day in advance to do the reservation and to make sure it was not crowded. The person on the phone ask me to buy the Groupon offer and bring the voucher over. You don't need to print it, Robert scanned my iPhone. Robert is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to answeer all of our questions. When he didn't know the answer, he said so. I like when people is sincere and honest. The tour and wine tasting takes an hour to complete, but Robert was with us around 1.5 hours. We visited the sale huge rooms, and the factory. Since it was raining, we didn't go to the fields. I didn't know about Ice Wines till today. I didn't like the fruit wines, raspberry and blueberry, but that's my personal taste. My wife liked the Ice Wine and the fruit ones. I more a "red wine" guy, I like to enjoy the wine as a company of a BBQ or steak, or watching a movie in a relax environment. I really like the red wines. Robert prepare a board of hams and cheeses with crackers. At the end of the tour there was no pressure to buy any wine. However, you will not fine any of their wines on the Liquor Stores or online. If you are in the Vancouver area, this is a must visit.

The alcohol in Blueberry wine is very faint (taste like juice). The red wine Merlot is fruity flavor. I bought their Pinot Gris White Wine because I love the sweetness finish of it.

Decided to go visit the winery today with a couple of friends, and were given a spectacular wine tasting experience by Jeffrey (I think that was his name?). He was super thorough with his wine explanations and knew exactly what to suggest based on our preferences. 10/10 would come back for a tasting with him. However, one of the lady employees kept staring at us and hovering from the moment we stepped into the winery, which was super unnerving and kind of made us want to leave (don’t want to say it was because of how young we look or our ethnicity, but who knows, because that’s definitely happened before). Regardless, we still ended up buying 6 bottles of wine from them, and will definitely return again.

What a great experience this place was. A place full of history, welcoming and you don't need to drive four hours to naramata for amazingly tasty wines. We went here with a larger group of people and did the full tour of the place with wine tasting at the end and everyone had a blast. They have possibly one of the best ice wines in Canada that i have experienced. Highly highly recommend this place.

I have attended their winery tour and had wine tasting. Staff was very nice and detail oriented. I could learned a lot about wines. They mostly use Okanagan grapes, and I could taste red ice-wine which is very rare. White, red, fruit and ice wines, they were all tasty. I bought a bottle of raspberry wine from Lulu but I was horribly disappointed. Not only was the wine cloudy, there was also soil and sand in it. They did a terrible job filtering impurities out of the wine. Also, it tasted more like fruit juice than wine. I will never go there again.

Went to do the Winery Tour through Groupon. Customer Service was excellent. They allowed us to use the Groupon that expired last year. The Winery Tour including the wine tasting ran for about 75 minutes. Robert was our guide and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and just enjoyed what he was doing; very casual, made some jokes. Did not push us at all to buy anything. Nice for a winery to have someone like him around. Great to see the grapes, the barrels, the equipment in person. The wines were tasty, we thought that the icewines were very sweet, but they tasted great nonetheless. They gave us packs of salmon jerky in lieu of the charcuterie board they usually serve.

Tour and wine were OK. The hostess were inconsiderate and left a bitter taste. Four of us visited and we're told another group would have tour together. After the introduction and tour around winery, the actual wine tasting took place. A plate of cheese cracker and ham was presented and placed in front of the other group and we were supposed to "work it out with them" as per hostess. Unfortunately the other group just hog it and we we ended up having is much less than leftover. For the price we paid for tour, a full plate simple snack for a group is not even justified to the description. Now we not only sharing with another group but just a tiny bit because the ignorance of hostess. The wine is each for his/her own taste but we all thought you can find a better value alternative at the same price level. Maybe that's why they cater to more oversea demographic who weighted more on name more than the what wine really is.

I've never done a wine tour before, only a few tastings in and around Kelowna. So this tour/tasting itself was amazing because of our guide, Tiffany. Most of what I've experienced so far were kind of boring but she really made it a fun experience from beginning to end. 10/10 recommend anyone doing this groupon and asking for her to do it. I Lulu winery is known for their ice wines. I can't say I knowledgable in wine. Other than it tastes great to drink with food pairings.

We were planning on going this as a part of the tourism challenge this weekend but after a rude phone call with a lady who was very short with me when I was inquiring about services & tours etc.. we decided not to go. Later that day our friends had gone to the tour and I was told they were treated horribly. They described the hostess and the tour guide as "extremely rude". It's pretty surprising how rude the lady was on the phone considering this establishment is part of a tourist attraction and even a part of the 2018 tourism challenge.

With an unplanned afternoon in Richmond, we made a snap decision to tour the wineries of Richmond. We started at Lulu Island. It is definitely the winery you want to start a Richmond wine tour with because you want to have a point of comparison for drinkable wine. I actually think everyone should visit this winery, but not for the reasons you would normally visit a winery. The host at the tasting bar was very kind and took us through several of their offerings. Staff get high marks. The 1-star rating isn't about the staff, it's for the wine. It was the worst wine I've ever had at a winery. The whites were austere or non-existant on the nose. Flavour profile was mostly 'mild alchohol flavour' and 'mild sweetness'. Usually, it is the balance of the interplay between fruit flavours, floral and grassy aromas, and acidity that normally create the backbone of a good white wine. Poor offerings tend to be unbalanced. Lulu Island whites were a new experience for me - they seemed to be missing the fundamental components. The white wines bore a close approximation to a low-alcohol version of Silent Sam vodka - they offered very little in the way of flavour or aroma. Most bordered on undrinkable and definitely didn't present value for the price. You are better off buying a bottle of Silent Sam and mixing it with 3 parts water for each part of vodka and a splash of white grape juice for good measure. The reds were also uniquely bad despite being priced at the upper end of the VQA wine market. Here, one can find wines that are drinkable, but drinkable in the sense that if you bought them as a $10 special, you would be reasonably satisfied. Most VQA wines priced at $15 are better than offerings Lulu makes at $30. Overall, nose on the reds was austere, tannins were light, the fruit flavours were hard to discern. Strangest of all, a couple of the reds had a distinctly brown coloration. Again, a unique experience that, thankfully, isn't reproduced elsewhere. So, why would I recommend you go here? I don't think I've ever had the opportunity to taste so many poor wines at once. This offers a truly unique experience in BC wine tours - a winery that has the cajones to bottle and sell largely undrinkable batches for premium prices. This opportunity is unique, so if you are touring Fraser Valley wineries, this is a great stop to make if you are okay visiting a winery for a tasting without actually buying anything from them. Note: We aren't really ice-wine fans, so we didn't taste them. Perhaps this is where they shine?
