I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Customer service is always fantastic, and the people there truly make it feel like you are like family. I was a bit hesitant about buying 31 bottles of the same wine, but then went in on it with a few friends. Each of us got a different wine so we could do a wine swap. Turned out great! Anita (the owner) is fantastic and truly knows her wine. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing! We've been coming here for years to bottle wine and we're never disappointed. The wine is always delicious, cost effective and it's really super easy to do. Naturally it was a no brainer to bottle our own wine for our wedding and it turned out perfectly as usual. A great way to save money if you're doing an open bar like we did! Anita is always so accommodating and lovely to hangout with while you bottle too ???? we recommend the fermented grape to anyone who will listen!

Great wine and convenient location, but best of all is the wonderful staff! They always give a warm welcome and are very knowledgeable about the wines. If you have very little idea of what wine to get or how to bottle it don’t worry because they can help you decide on the perfect wine and will walk you through, and help, with the bottling process so it isn’t daunting. If you’re thinking about trying U-Brew wine, don’t hesitate. This the place to go! Perfect whether it's your first time making wine or hundredth!

Why only 5 stars? We rate the Fermented Grape with 10 stars! There are a multitude of reasons that FG has been awarded “ Best in Burnaby” for countless years consecutively, but simply put, it is because they are THE BEST. My husband and myself have used other u-brew establishments in the past, yet none can compare to FG for service, quality of product and professionalism. We have been loyal customers since March 2011, and are always impressed with their continuing to upgrade the process and equipment to enhance the wine-making experience. If you are looking for cleanliness, friendliness and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to go.
