Although this location has a more limited selection relative to BC Liquor store across the street, the staff member are quite helpful in my experience. They have always been quite helpful when I needed their assistance. This location also has a membership program so if you purchase alcohol regularly, this is a great location to consider.

This is my go to shop when I'm visiting BC. The selection of beers is outstanding compared to some other shops around. The staff are always knowledgable and friendly . I would recommend this shop if you're in Burnaby .

This is a quaint little liquor store in the Brentwood area. They stayed open much later than BC Liquor on New Year's Eve which I appreciated. Their inventory is rather limited but they have a decent selection. Worth a look.

This was like the 4th time that I was refused service here because the cashier has never seen a European passport in his life before and didn't accept it as ID. In additional to their stupid no cash policy, the stuff is constantly coming up with new excuses to not serve people who look younger than 40 years old. They dance around 60 year old men telling them about 20 different kinds of craft beer but refuse to sell a bottle of wine to a 25 year old who has shown 2 pieces of ID. I would never come back there even after the 1st time I was refused but BC liquor store across the street closes at 8pm. The manager is rude and irresponsible. Whoever owns this business should really re-consider their human resources. No star

Went into this location on our trip earlier this month. This location was close to our hotel and they are open late. For a small store, they have good selections of wines and soju's, etc. I must say that the staff were outstanding at this location. Kudos!

Recently I passed a full-license test, my new ID is not yet available. When I came to this store I only have photos of my N-driver license. The cashier refused to give service and insisted of a physical photo ID which is non-existed for me right now. Does a 30-year-old man look like under age? I'll take that as a compliment. The point of a photo ID is to verify the person's age, while the drinking law in North America itself is weird enough if you check it worldwide, is anyone really going to make a fake ID just to trick your cashier so that they can buy booze? When you're giving your customers a hard time doing business with you, the only consequence is self-explanatory. Good job on being a lawful citizen, what a genius way of running your business!

used to really liking coming here, but you are the only liquor store that doesn't take cash, every other store takes cash. I am a server and i do not always have money on my bank account, always have cash, but hey thats your problem, i will just go somewhere else. When i receive money in my job...i do what? i wash or santize my hands, try it!

The manager really rude. I tried to buy here today. I only had my MSP card and credit card because I leave my wallet at home and I didn't have pockets. The manager didn’t accept that as ID. Told him I’m 22 but he just didn’t care. Sometimes you have to be more human... I went to BC liquor store and they didn’t have any problem.

Solid place to get an ice cold beer from a variety of places. They have a great selection of individual beers, local and internationally. Also have a solid member program! Can’t beat a cold beer store that’s open at 10pm on a Sunday! Aside from selection the staff are always there to help, be it advice, suggestions or helping with an order! Solid group of people and recommended.

I show my Icbc card to the cashier to buy the red wine. However he rejected me. The reason is I need to show another passport or something to prove. I think this is not a normal. In my past experience I can buy the liquor with my Icbc card in other store. Icbc card is a document to prove my identity which is deliver by official. It doesn’t need any other document to prove myself. I think there is something wrong or some of glass of ceiling in there. I cannot find out the reason, but somehow I want to write an comment and I find there have another comment which similar to my situation.

Went here to look for one thing, and lucky me, they had more than what I was looking for. Great location, helpful staff, and reasonable prices (getting a points card with them could be beneficial). Very clean and organized store. Great for locals near by!

Never seen a process as easy as showing your ID become so complicated and annoying, on my previous and last visit to this store a staff member was not willing to accept my IDs because they were in another language, which I am sure happens a lot in vancouver, I had to translate both IDs line by line before I was allowed to buy, not worth it at all
