No problems in terms of the bottling end of things (setting up a time etc.) however I did notice some sludge in the last batch that I bottled. Going in next week for another batch, and whether I stay with this location or not hangs in the balance. I've NEVER had sludge in any of the wines that I've bottled here over more than twenty years. I suspect that the location has had a change of ownership? I did notice a change in the staff last year and thought that to be suspicious. If the quality starts to suffer, I'm out.

We got a 25l mini keg . Set it up as described but still lost half the keg to foaming . Beer wasn't all that good to begin with . Won't be a return customer .

Have been bottling both white and red wines here for several years. Each batch has been great. Staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and even helped point out special offers when they were available. Equipment and setup have always been clean and well maintained. Will be in again in 4 weeks for 2 more batches of wine. If anything changes, I'll be back to update my review.

After multiple failed beer kits and now a failed wine kit, I can't recommend this place. The beer kits used to be awesome; then, something changed and the beer comes out stale, discolored, and tasteless. My red wine kit suffered from secondary fermentation and had to be poured out. The staff are courteous and nice, but the owner is reluctant to admit his beer system produces crud. I feel bad, as I want to support a local business, but there is no point literally flushing money, beer, and wine down the drain.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not order wine from here. You will never get what you odered but instead whatever is available. And do you know why? Because Dale says his customers are to STUPID to notice. Think about that his customers are stupid according to the owner. Too many regular customers return wine because it is wrong but he just blows it off. Also be aware he has purchased Magnotta wines as they where cheaper then Winexpert product. This is against the Winexpert contract, maybe that is why people return the product. This business is horrendous. Dale does not know how to run a business and be successful. Ever wonder why the majority of reviews are by Suzanne. Well that is because Dale pays her to write them.

This was the best wine making experience! I've tried all the local wine making shops and Winexpert Burlington was the best BY FAR. What made the difference? Their staff is a TEAM! Helpful and so knowledgeable... definitely recommended if you're a first-time wine maker as they will help you with everything and make it fun. And the wine quality was very VERY good. Bought a batch of merlot, after fermenting opened the bottle and the whole batch was bad. Sale replaced it but the second batch started tasting poorly about 5 months later... When we questioned him about what was going on he said it was kept properly at the right temperature. A white Savignon Blanc tasted ok,but we should have been called after 4 weeks and nothing... we called them Not confident we received what we paid for. Sad really as we use to be loyal customers
