Terrific food and service. Really impressive.

Gino Cavicchioli

Nice environment and very pleasant service. I was very happy with the pork schnitzel , but a bit disappointed with the salad. Overall pleasant experience and would return in the future.

My family just enjoyed a wonderful visit to the Good Earth Food and Wine Co. including lunch. The food exceeded our expectations and the service was fantastic. Everyone we met in the wine and gift shop and in the Bistro was friendly, professional and accommodating. We were celebrating my Mom's birthday and she was absolutely delighted with everything. Thank you!!!

As a frequent patron of The Good Earth due to it’s charming environment, 5 star quality gourmet and delicious fare, pre and post Covid, I would like to commend Nicolette and her staff for continuing to provide the same quality and friendly atmosphere in spite of existing challenges. Yesterday’s special was a bucket of fresh Nova Scotia lobster, 2 x 1 1/2 lbs. , coleslaw and butter. The lobster was so sweet and delicious , I wish I had ordered 2 buckets. This winery and restaurant is a Niagara gem!

Usually I choose to say nothing if there is nothing good to say. However, after today's experience in this restaurant, I feel obliged to say something in the name of justice. My friend took me here for lunch. First impression: Wow, right in the vineyards. Expectations: great view; great food; great service… There were some fancy cars parked outside; some high end people must think it is good. Get ready. Friday afternoon, cloudy and about to rain, so we chose indoor air-conditioned seating. The room was about 60 - 70% occupied. Again, shocked, but not by the occupancy level. It sounded as if we had just entered a terribly noisy market square. At this moment, I wondered who the architect was…they had overdone the acoustics of the dining room. Everybody's conversation was magnified through a superb echo effect. No loud speakers needed. I could hardly hear my friend talking, and he was sitting right next to me. And for the record, I am not someone who needs hearing aids; and I have also been in many fine dining places. In came a middle aged waitress. Her speech style, which was like a sergeant giving drills, could still not be heard despite the echo magnifying acoustics of the room. I kept staring at her to see if she realized that I couldn’t hear a word she said while she talked of the menus. When she finished, she asked me what I was thinking. I told her that I was trying to decipher what she had just said. She had no grace nor serving manners. No eye contact (while speaking of course) to see if customers had needs. After introducing the menu she did not come back for a long time, but we eventually ordered some food, which took even longer to arrive to our table. The prices are indeed the fine dining type. A 335 ml craft beer $10; Hamburger with fries $26. With prices like those, I was waiting to be impressed by the chef and service. The food was decent, a bit better than usual, but not at fine dining level. I don't know what is considered to be good by food critics, but upon tasting the burger, all that came to mind was a FIVE GUYS burger (the only difference being the Bistro’s environment). For almost 1-3/4 hour there, we constantly had to shoo flies away. I suppose it is country living. Shouldn't complain too much about the flies though—they wouldn’t have eaten too much after landing on my food even multiple times. However, I did not appreciate their bites on my arms. That's not food. Fine dining has 3 components: fine environment, fine service, and fine food. Many people have given this place fine reviews. Maybe I am just someone who is very hard to please.

wood oven pizza on Saturdays ! "A" mazing we did make a last minute reservation, as we know this place is a gem and very popular. the food was truly amazing, the service we received was stellar the atmosphere is picture perfect The Good Earth is not your ordinary winery. They are not commercially driven winery and, this truly makes them special. If you want to be treated like you're in a winery in France, then go the France. You will appreciate the Niagara wineries that much more we cant wait to come back

Awful experience, overly priced for rude and terrible service with mediocre food! Of all things the salad was served last after all the hot food came late as it is, my burger was made with sauce I don't like and there solution was to slightly wipe some of it off and replace the toasted bun with a cold soggy one, for the prices here this is just unjustifiable. Never going back and warning everyone I know.

Their cooking classes are deceiving. There is no cooking CLASS per se. the Chef cooks and you watch while the chef explains the recipes when YOU ask about it. There are no recipes given and you get a tiny tasting menu for a ridiculous price. I don’t know if she the owner but a lady by the name of Nicolette coleads the cooking class and both times I have done it, she feels this immense pressure to entertain and it is just sad. She is also very biased towards men and maybe a bit of racist. I am all about giving the feels when you do something like this, but the experience here was disappointing!

(Translated) Nicest place to have lunch at one of the wineries! Large portions of food (but very cared for and good flavors). (Original) Mooiste plek om te lunchen op een van de wineries! Grote porties eten (maar wel zeer verzorgd en goede smaken).

I am not sure where to start except to say, go go go! A wonderful female run winery, cooking school, event venue and the most delicious of restaurants. The gardens are stunning in a perfectly wild and beautiful way. In the summer eat under the wisteria with twinkling lights and cozy purple blankets when necessary. Take a tour of the vineyard with knowledgeable staff and shop their lovely store. I cannot wait to return. Please follow @joannasable on instagram for more food and travel.

Over the years The Good Earth has become my favourite restaurant in the world. It’s a very special place. If you’re looking to experience the best of the Niagara peninsula wine and dining experience this is the place. Come a little early, and indulge in a wine tasting. Talk to the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and pick your pairings for lunch. In the summer the tables on the patio are truly idyllic. You can watch the bees buzz around pollinating the plants and crops. See the amazing wines growing in front of you. The fruit trees and crops growing around you will be feeding your body and your soul. The menu evolves constantly. Come again in the winter, like we did today and experience the best of the local environment. Fish, fowl, beef and vegetables to die for. Today I was served the best appetizer I have ever had in my life. Anchovies, on toast. Sounds so simple but underlying the simplicity of the ingredients is an elegance of execution and attention to detail which exceeds the best restaurants I’ve been to in Paris, Cannes, Los Angeles, London, Etc. After lunch, take a stroll through the groves. Bring your wine if you like. Enjoy your life, and your afternoon here on this Good Earth.

Great place for lunch or dinner love this place

Anna Lacaprara

Amazing place! Live music, beautiful view of the vineyard, gorgeous spot... the food and the wine are delicious. Love this place and highly recommend it.

Jerry Bilous

Amazing view... .. great service delicious food. Nice ambiance. Thank you so much

Robyn Alexander

Had a lovely brunch here in December. Really excellent food, beautifully presented, and wonderful service. We will definitely return when back in the area. The only one thing that we didn’t appreciate was the $3 extra charge for hot sauce & maple syrup. When a breakfast dish is already $27, the extra charge seemed unreasonable.

Andrew Colgoni

Had an Amazing meal as part of the cooking course we attended today for my dad's birthday. Chef Andrew and Proprietor Christine were wonderful hosts. Small intimate group in a great setting.

Jacqueline Gazzola

Food was prepared well. Very expensive for this area. Service was not great. Also we were disappointed when we tried to order a plate of vegetables for our toddler and was told the Chef would not accommodate because it wasn't on the menu.

Joseph Jeremy

We had the take-out lobster for a B'day celebration. The lobsters were very big for 1.5lbs!!! - and they were fabulous!!! The accompanying wines (2018 Pinot Grigio & 2016 Cabernet Franc) were superb!!! Thanks Nicolette

Dave Stillman

Chill place to hang out and have a delicious gourmet lunch on a winery patio. There was a lovely live musician on the patio as well.

Ms. Foodie T

Small, cozy winery and restaurant. I will have to review their wine another time when I can sample more. But our family loved the food, it was plated beautifully and tasted delicious. Loved those yellow beets! And the duck was tender …

Carlos Vique

The service here was terrible after being huffed at that there was no reservation although there were many empty tables, we waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. Once having our meal we were asked to move to make room for a larger table and then we were shoved in a dark corner. After paying our bill and leaving with our to go box we were chased down to clarify that we had paid. The location was nice however the service was most definitely not. Not only were they rude to us, they were rude to several other tables that did not seem happy with the service either.

Randy Vermeer

A beautiful setting, attentive staff and always fantastic food offerings. Already talking about visiting again.

Interesting out buildings. They have a nice bistro once you enter the building to the left. Upon entering, they have the retail area for tasting and purchasing. Would return for a meal on a nice summer or fall day.

Jenny Trenh

Amazing food. Absolutely delicious and short waiting time. Would recommend this place for many

amy sloan

Phenomenal food! Farm house fresh.

Becky Prokova

We live locally and The Good Earth is one of our favourite spots. The servers know us as regulars and treat us like family. Nicolette (the fabulous owner) always tries to pop out and say hi. We were just there to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary in late August, the sun was shining, the gardens were buzzing with bees, the music was live and fabulous, the wine was cold and delicious and food and service was impeccable as always. Even on a very busy Sunday with 15 of us! I can’t say enough about this little piece of paradise other than you have to go check it out for yourself.

Todd Gradson

The food is AMAZING! you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu .They have a great selection of items aside from wine (jams, ornaments, etc). Began with a tasting of mulled wine, freshly roasted chesnches, and sparkling wine. Staff were friendly.

Amazing service and amazing food. We sat on the patio and enjoyed views of a well kept and colourful garden and vineyard while we enjoyed live music and perfect wine accompaniment. We enjoyed fresh and well cooked pizzas from the wood fire oven and local cheese charcuterie.we were a large group of 13 and we were graciously welcomed. We will return.

Scott Shannon

Food was pretty good. Service alright. Price was ridiculous for the serving size (if the quality had been higher I'd have been alright with it -- it was not). Cute atmosphere. But Niagara and Fruitland area have so many great options that are cute and lovely and yummy you can skip this place. Or put Good Earth on the bottom of the list. A real let down. Will not be back.

Roger Sampson

Amazing food and wine experience! Cozy place, highly recommended.

Food good but 3 out of 4 were served and the wait was a good 20 minutes. Server kept apologizing but was pleased that they comped his lunch.

One of the most beauty wineries I have been to. Gorgeous area, patio, fields. The food is wonderful, service was just as wonderful. Shop has a neat and tidy layout - their Merlot is one of the best I’ve had!

Placed an order over the phone with Nicolette, she was bright and cheery dispite everything going on. Went to pick it up and she had them ready to place in my right in my trunk so we could keep a safe distance. Great experience all things considered!

Dayse Batista

I was really impressed with the Bistro! We sat down for dinner at 4pm in the beautiful patio that is surrounded by gardens and the orchards, what a unique experience! I can’t say I’ve ever sat on a patio like this. Our server Naomi was attentive and made great recommendations! We tried their Burratta, it looked so good (and tasted good) I forgot to get a photo! Their wood fire pizzas are on a nice thin crust and a good size (6 slices), you can taste the quality and freshness of all ingredients. We had the special (a Big Mac) and the margarita 2.0, both worth it! We tried both desserts, the cherry cheesecake was a classic New York style with fresh fruit - however the chocolate pate was the favorite at the table, very silky and creamy chocolate, would definitely go back just for this! Over all the food was high quality, fresh, delicious and not too heavy.

Jennifer Cheddie

Had late lunch with 8mo grand daughter and parents and we had great time. Excellent service, wonderful appetizers. Asparagus salad and charcuterie board. Best steak sandwich in a long time. Grand daughter had entertaining time

We had a reservation to celebrate a 60th birthday and I heard good things about the winery so I thought it would be a special way to celebrate. We arrived 1/2hr early as we drive almost an hour to get there .. the restaurant wasn’t open yet so we casually walked around the grounds enjoying the scenery. As we walked the owner pulled up... no hello, no welcome ... but a Kurt..we are closed! I apologized and said we have reservations at 11 ... understood they weren’t open yet ..she responded with..whAt I am trying to say is...your in my way. We moved out of the way (didn’t not realize we were in anyone’s way and we only stopped walking because she spoke to us). The rudeness caught us off guard. Needless to say we left and didn’t return for the reservation. By no means did we intend to bother anyone or be in the way ... but her rudeness was extremely harsh. I never write reviews ... but I honestly was so caught off guard by how we were treated I felt I needed to state it.

Beata B

Beautiful spot, delicious food, excellent service and of course, very good wine! Away from the busy wineries in Niagara this is a must try! We will definitely be coming back. Reservations recommended.

David Keldsen

Awesome place. Visit here if you are in the area

My family and I did a citrus themed cooking class/wine pairing event. The staff were very nice and the food was to die for. Beautiful country location. 11/10.

Such a lovely and beautiful place to dine in. I had my birthday lunch with my boyfriend. We were greeted and seated immediately. Food was so tasty. Our server was so accommodating and polite. I would recommend to visit this place for a romantic lunch/dinner.

Sid Van Abbema

Wonderful lunch and wine tasting! The team was so friendly and the lunch absolutely spot on. We had the lamb shank and the fish and chips and loved them both. Finished with a really lovely wine tasting - fabulous people!

Honestly, I was quiet impressed with the professionalism and appropriate social distancing procedures in place during my visit. The staff is very pleasant and the wine/food was delicious! !!!!

My wife and I ate lunch at good earth today after hearing lots of positive feedback from friends and reading encouraging reviews online about the food and atmosphere. We had a wonderful experience for the most part as the servers were very delightful and happy to give their opinions/ recommendations on which foods we may like, the property was beautiful and the food was decent, no complaints there. However, on our way out of the winery we noticed an extremely sweaty, unkept man (who looked to be a chef) standing behind the counter and dripping sweat all over the floor and the desk he was at. We were appalled at seeing this to the point that I was nauseous thinking about how this man may have been the one that made our food while profusely dripping sweat and getting it into our meals. He showed a complete lack of self hygiene and should not be anywhere near a kitchen where meals are being prepared for paying customers. I understand that sweating is a natural bodily function but this went above and beyond that it was thoroughly disgusting to see. My wife and I will not be coming back and I warn anyone who wants to try the good earth winery to be weary of who may be making your meals.

Andrew Xiao

This is the most authentic winery experience in all of Niagara! Such a stunning, tranquil, natural location offering approachable wines and a culinary presentation to meet all expectations. Loved my time there and already booking my next lunch with my wife!

Jan Gorzny

I attended a wedding here in the Summer and the venue was beautiful. The meal was fantastic. Worth the drive from Toronto. I'm excited to return and try dishes from their regular menu. Highly recommend!

Loved the Good Earth Winery and Bistro! It was not just a dinner, but an experience and one we wont soon forget. The outdoor patio was spacious and beautiful and the view stares right out into the vineyard and the orchard. We experienced the most wonderful live music by artist Christian Parry. He's worth looking up on Spotify! Was not expecting live music or certainly not of this calibre. We or treated too complimentary sparkling rose for our anniversary- a very nice touch. Thank you Good Earth! We also owe a huge thank you to Harlie who was our awesome server. He did not rush us or ignore us and made great recommendations! We ended up with their Sockeye Salmon and also the margarita pizza 2.0. We highly recommend both dishes. Both were very flavorful and incredibly light. We did not leave feeling full or stuffed, but rather perfectly satisfied. Overall, the food is fresh, tasty and very good quality. The ambiance is fantastic and very special. We were treated like gold from beginning to end. Thank you Harlie and Good Earth! P.s take a stroll around the grounds before you leave. You won't be disappointed and you can bring a glass or wine around with you while you stroll. A great way to end the experience!

Mark C

My wife and I were on our way back from Niagara when we stopped for lunch at this beautiful winery. A little piece of heaven. The food and service were outstanding. We will definitely be returning soon. The outdoor patio is charming and peaceful looking over the vineyards. Well done????

Zuzana Kollarikova

Really great food, location and service! The bucket of chicken was a surprise hit! Tender boneless chicken dipped in buttermilk, some of the best fries I've had, and a decent slaw. Staff warned us that the scotch bonnet hot sauce served with the chicken was quite spicy, my mileage varied. For me it was 5/10 spicy where 8 is "unpleasant". The burrata was really great, cherries, perfect grilled tomatoes, wonderful burrata. Would definitely do again. The chef's board was quite good. Loved the cheeses, pickled beets, smoked salmon.. very well put together and a great starter. Peach and corn chilled soup was nice enough.

Cassidy Allan

Stopped by for lunch here today. This is my second time visiting. The second time was even better than the first. The pizza was absolutely perfect. Thin, crispy with some amazing toppings. We ordered two as an appetizer. Then we ordered a fried chicken special that was accompanied with quinoa salad that had feta and a hint of onion, perfect fries snd scotch bonnet dipping sauce. Absolutely out of this world delicious. Our server was a real pro and really looked after us. That seems to be the mission of this. Looking after their guests and creating a consistently exceptional experience. This is a place you must visit.

Alex Montana

Amazing food and wine tasting experience. The owner lives for the restaurant and you can see it in the quality of the food served as well as the professionalism of the staff. Highly recommanded if you are in the area!

We came this summer for a last minute wine tasting and the owner was kind enough to squeeze us in. Her and the rest of the staff were lovely, the patio was full for dinner so the food must be as good as the wine! We are excited to come back for a longer visit.

Simon Mortimer

we have been going there for last 6 years. Food is absolutely mind-blowing, fantastic wine and the most important great vibes and amazing stuff. Family friendly , our 11, 6, and 2 years old absolutely love going to The Good Earth for lunches. Also, if you are single or have a babysitter, highly, recommended for nice romantic lunch or dinner. I hope this place and other like that will survive Covid times. !! cheers

Got the pizza was just ok, then the burger arrived and I wasn't that good, the fries were just terrible... don't recommend it.

Janou Horne

We had a management retreat in the area and instead of going out to a regular restaurant we went to Good Earth Food. Our group of 13 all sat around the island while our cook for the night, Andrew, went on preparing the food. Nicolette, the owner, was serving the wine to match each course. The food was simply amazing. The fact that Andrew prepares it in front of us also allows us to interact with him to take a few tips home. Both Nicolette and Andrew were very entertaining. They are definitely a big part of why this evening was a success.

Steve Bein

Enjoyed lunch there and the wine tasting was nice. I enjoyed the white wines the most.

Kathy Renwald

I had a wonderful time at Good Earth Food and Wine Co. Beautiful space, excellent wine and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Ben Drayton

Great views, great wine (we got a bottle of their Rose). The salmon was really well done, served with veggies and a chive sauce..this was my favorite. Margherita pizza 2.0 was good too!

jackie burke

It's a cute little boutique winery with a lovely bistro. Short drive from Toronto and in the heart Niagara wine county, it's location is complemented by the views of the escarpment. Come here for a quaint family meal or a lovely romantic getaway and you won't be disappointed. Shout out to the mouthwatering pizzas in the bistro. We tried the Viognier and it really went well with our meal

Ayolt de Roos

What a lovely experience! We were on a nostalgic roadtrip, visiting where I grew up and what a delight to discover Good Earth on Lincoln Avenue! The peach orchard, the gardens, the delightful vine covered dining area, the sweet picnic tables and the wood fired oven - all nestled between a peach orchard and grape vines. What a delight! We had a spontaneous lunch and despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a picnic table with an umbrella. We chose the rose and shared a pizza - perfection! The crust was divine. I will be back with family, friends, my birthday, our anniversary, any excuse I can find to try everything on the menu, take in the view of lush green and the escarpment, and stroll in the peach orchard. I grew up near Mountainview Road and Hwy 8 and this truly felt like home. Thank-you for keeping the farm in your family and for offering this jewel to the public! See you soon!

Great wine and food parings, beautiful environment and friendly atmosphere.

Had Sunday lunch on the patio. Had 3 different servers one of which was rude and condescending ( not our main Server). 3 out of 4 meals came at the same time. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes for 4th. Salmon was undercooked and had to be sent back to be cooked properly.

Everything was bang on - wine, food, service and ambiance. I typically dread live music at restaurants but the singer and guitarist was great. We ordered a glass of rose and a local craft brew for drinks and the "bucket of chicken" shared meal. Sides were really good (I am not a quinoa kind of person but ate more than my share of the quinoa side salad) but the chicken was clucking awesome... I am at a loss for words to describe how good it was. Stop reading. Go to Good Earth right now. Go. Get the chicken.

Honestly can't say enough about the service and food at this establishment. Would have been 5 stars except for our encounter with the owner at the retail checkout.

Great food - it tasted good and looked good. The wine selection was good too, though we mainly came for the lunch so we didn't leave with a bottle. The poutine was worth sharing (but not with too many people!) And the coffee is served in a personal French press.

Fantastic evening, fabulous food, incredible ambiance and first class service! With regards to operations under the current Covid-19 conditions, the whole site was incredibly clean, safe, and the staff were extremely considerate with regards to practicing everything at a safe social distance. Without a doubt The Good Earth Food and Wine Co is highly recommended, we're already planning our next visit while the weather's on our side and the garden patio is still open :)

i adore introducing people to this hidden gem. Gorgeous location with delicious food and yummy wines to boot. It’s like entering a different world. I always recommend reservations - if you are coming on the QEW, remember to count on traffic so leave LOTS of time My friends were an hour late but fortunately I had a table booked and wine to keep me company in the garden ????. Staff are conscientious and do their utmost to accommodate reasonable requests. Thanks for another fabulous experience Good Earth!

Dan B

Excellent on so many levels...kinda on the expensive side, but yet you get what you pay for. Wanna cheap meal? Head to McDonalds. Want curry poutine that will give you memories for weeks to come? Go to the Good Earth. A weird touch that was so cool was the bathrooms opened to the vineyard. Such a cool experience to open a door and face a vineyard face on. Straight up the best meal I've had in years. Can only afford to go a once/twice a summer, but I'll be back.

Jennifer M

My partner and I had an incredible experience at Good Earth Food and Winery. The food was spectacular and our server, Darren, exceeded all our expectations. The patio offered an incredible view of the winery and the manager, Rich, went above and beyond to make our visit special. Would highly recommend.

We did wine tasting here for my husband's 40th Birthday in Oct 2020. The owner herself, Nicolette, explained every wine we tasted and spent rely good quality time with us chatting. She is so kind, so attentive, and very accommodating. Out of all the wineries we visited that day (Peninsula Ridge, Thirty Bench, Peller Estates) The Good Earth Food and Wine Co. gave the best wine tour and service. She is the only one that actually spent time with us and gave us infos about the wine, while the other wineries just placed us in a corner - gave us the wine without any adequate explanations and never came back. I guess it does make a huge difference when you visit a smaller family owned wineries compared to bigger wineries. We love the scenery here and lots of opportunity to take photos. We saw a lot of people and the food seems amazing and very hearty. We enjoyed Aria Rose Wine and The Big Red Fork. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you Nicolette!

Emma Richard

If you are looking for a patio dining in the vineyards, here is the place. Wine tasting topped off with delicious food. Super friendly staff. We had vegan tacos, truffle fries, margaeita 2.0 pizza and our friends has burgers. Best fries in a long time. Their stone baking pizza oven is gigantic and next to the patio. Hope they add more veggie option; at least a veggie burger. Limited with only couple of options. Highly recommended. Will be visiting often as it is only 45 minutes from our home in Mississauga. A destination charger for EV drivers will be excellent. We are looking for charge our Volt but couldn't.

Been here many times and got married here as well. Saw a couple of the negative reviews so thought I would chime in. Have ordered many different things here and 90% of them were amazing. I don't think any restaurant nails every dish every time. If you are going to this restaurant order something that showcases the fresh farm produce they use from local farms...they make absolutely amazing and unique salads. Dont go to a fancy restaurant and order a burger and fries and then complain when it's not ketchup and mustard.

Top quality food prepared by a chef. Right in the orchard fields is this unique and cozy restaurant. Food is localy grown and incredibly tasty. A fantastic experience

Natalie Anna

I have eaten that The Good Earth 4 times over the past 18 months and every time I have experienced delicious well thought out and beautifully presented food. The staff have always been attentive and curious. Love to eat out on the patio in the summer surrounded by a beautiful garden. Oh and the wine is great too

Christopher Richardson

Beautiful place for a patio lunch, lunch was very good. Will be back!

Arvin Ramlakhan

Rude hospitality! Bad pizza!

Quentin Stossel

I have always loved The Good Earth and their events. I went to the dinner last night arrived right on time at 630 and obeyed instructions that someone will note and let us go into the tent. Seeing the man walk around taking notes with others we found ourselves still left alone until 710 at which point i tracked him down. Late to find a place to sit we would have liked withiut being split up! and no one to take a wine order. So again ...for that money the stars all are for the food and chef..delicious. service lousy. Disapoointing.

Today we picked up our date night dinner and 6 bottles of wine. Although we did the cooking along with the perfect instructions from the chef, dinner was outstanding. Our beef tenderloin was tender, carrots and potato au gratin were fabulous. Our wedge salad with creamy blue cheese was fresh, crisp and delightful. All went well with my lovely bottle of merlot. You didn't let us down. We will be back next Saturday.

We had lunch here a few times while on the Niagara Falls visiting my friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We sat on the front patio and enjoyed the view with our delicious wine and lunch. Must try!

Christiano Almeida de Castro

The food, service, wine and location blew me out of the water. What an amazing place to spend the afternoon in the sunshine. The wine was excellent quality and there were many to choose from. I’ll mention the food one more time. If you’re looking for foodie quality delights, this is your place. Will definitely be back to try out the cooking school in the fall.

. Food good. Found the music a bit too loud for outside dining.

I would give a five star rating for the atmosphere, delicious food and amazing staff at the restaurant, especially Thomas. The staff were all neat young people dressed nicely in beige and white, working like bees in the searing heat, with a smile on their faces. Thomas, who tended to our table, was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and so kind. This young man is outstanding. He compensated for our bad start at the winery and made our lunch memorable . Our challenge was with one officious woman in the wine store. Avoid or ignore her if you want to enjoy your time there. Ask this lady one question and she's off on her monologue. (admittedly, some may find this amusing). She does not listen to what you ask or say because "she knows it all." She assumes things and lectures you in a condescending, loud, pretentious way. When asked about a wine recommended by a friend, instead of simply saying we are sold out and suggesting another wine, she felt the need to go on a loud rambling lecture about how "I should do the tasting, but I have to line up, but I cannot line up for the tasting because I have to reserve in advance". When asked if we can do the tasting at the table, she went on and on about all the things that one can or cannot do due to Covid 19. Saying contradicting things. I didn't want to do tatsing, all I really needed was to buy my wine and jam and then go to our reserved table for lunch. It really is a shame to encounter people with this attitude in any businesses because they can spoil your experience. I pity the people who have to put up with these behaviors and personalities regularly. I don't know her position at the winery but she could use some training and polishing. Curiously, after she noticed I chose not to engage with her and after buying few things, and my friend making great effort to distract her with jokes, she started to act nice. I wonder if people like her feel embarrassed. Still the rest of the restaurant experience was amazing and we will go back for sure.

Great quality ingredients and delicious pairings, highly recommanded place.

Food is good, but pricey. Atmosphere is great! However multiple times we’ve had brutal snarky service from various staff. It’s clear they think they will fill the seats despite being short and not flexible with clientele. Sad for such a beautiful place.

Such a great place, hard to even know where to begin. We arrived quite unfashionably early for a dinner reservation in the hopes of trying some wines first, but with no expectations of being accommodated, and the staff were so welcoming and gracious. Wine tasting provided by Nicole was a great experience; she was a kind, funny, and knowledgeable presence. The 2018 Pinot Noir and 2019 Pinot Grigio were standouts for us but we enjoyed everything we tried. Harley & Thomas were super wonderful hosts for dinner. Our appetizers were especially noteworthy -- baba ganoush and the anchovies on toast -- genuinely so good I could have cried a little. The only adjective I could muster was "ridiculous"; such poise and eloquence, I know. Infinite compliments to the chef. The chickpeas in the roasted atlantic salmon dish can only be described as a stroke of legumy genius (and the rest of the dish was fantastic as well). This is a very special place, thanks to all the staff for hosting us, we wish you all the best and look forward to returning in the future.

Great wines, they are interesting and easy drinking! The Winery is very nice, with a really nice mission and purpose. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this winery to others as they have something for everyone. The are mostly an orchard so they don’t produce as much wine as some others, but have a great selection!

What a pleasure to come back to the location -- ten years to the day -- where I had my wedding (this time with a kid in tow). Some things have changed, but it remains an enchanting little spot where you feel like you've discovered a secret and you sort of want to keep it to yourself. In short: good service, good food, served fast, and a decent Riesling to wash it down. Glad it's still here.

Blake Buiks

Beautiful place with very peaceful people who provided an amazing day for us with their fine quality and selections of their amazing wines. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous afternoon exploring this delightful Estate. The food and wine was excellent. Staff and owner were informative, passionate and charming❤️We look forward to returning for cooking classes ????

We took a client of ours to The Good Earth for a business lunch during summer 2014. The outdoor patio was perfect for a mid-summer's lunch and the combination of delicious food, well-paired wine, friendly service and good company made for a memorable experience. I definitely recommend this unique experience if you're looking to relax with a spouse, friends or family and enjoy a summer's afternoon.

I had one probably my favourite meal here in the past six months. The food is fantastic and the wines really complemented the food. If you are on a wine tour go to this place for lunch. It’s really spectacular.

Jeanine Van Hout

This was one of my favourite dining experiences ever! Incredible food, beautiful scenery that we were pleasantly surprised to be invited to explore while waiting for our food, delicious wine, friendly service, and even live music! A perfect way to spend our anniversary. Worth noting that the space felt very welcoming to us as a lesbian couple as well. 11/10 would recommend!

Rebecca Chin

Great wines, great hostess for tasting.

Agnes Rozwadowski

The best dining experience I have had in a long time! The atmosphere and location was beautiful. We went for my friends 25th birthday and were so happy with our picnic table on the lawn next to a stunning garden. Our server was extremely kind and knowledgable about the menu and wine! We tried a little bit of everything on the menu and it was all 5 stars. We will definitely be coming back!!

Van Leeuwen Tony

Amazing food "Día de Muertos", I'm ate many times in this winery at lunch time and those special events they do are incredibly delicious ????

Caroline Wong

Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised...it was great. Delicious food, fabulous zen ambiance, gorgeous setting, great service, covid safety precautions in place with distanced tables, staff with masks, and no menus. This is a hidden gem. Definitely a go to... cant wait to go back!

Michael Williamson

Such a great spot for lunch! Thoughtful flavour combinations created a wonderful meal and such pleasant staff! Great experience check this place out. But a pricey meal

Had a beautiful lunch at Good Earth this afternoon! Quaint, natural ambiance, delicious food and wine and excellent service. When making the trip back to NOTL, we will definitely add this to our trip again!

10 Stars! We have been twice and are looking forward to the next time we're in the area to stop in for some great food and wine. Service is elegant, and exactly how it should be. Food- first bites and your body knows it's in for a treat as you melt into your chair. Wine, great pairings. Some how we have walked away, both times, with a bottle of our suggest pairings.

The good earth is clearly filled with passionate individuals. From the owner, to the host to the server. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic! The charcuterie board was plentiful for 2 people and they accommodates dietary restrictions. The chefs special pasta was great, lots of rich flavors and texture. The duck was cooked well and super tasty! Overall there's no question to me as to why this restaurant is so highly rated in the area. I will definitely be back!

Rita Samaha

None of the wait staff wore masks. They kept diving in with water/food/serving things and were way too close! It was VERY uncomfortable and, if I had driven myself, I wouldn’t have stayed. All of us were uncomfortable and it cast a pall on the whole lunch. The fact that they were “outside” (we were inside the open enclosed area) doesn’t change the need for guaranteed distancing and usage of masks. I’m not going back unless this changes. Everywhere else, that I’ve been, insist on servers wearing masks both inside and outside.... Food was good but not worth the stress and lack of consideration of the social expectations and rules.

We came here as a group - two of us were 7 and 8 months pregnant feeling really uncomfortable in the chairs provided at this particular table. So we both switched to these armchairs that were at the next table. I should also mention that these armchairs are all over the patio - at various tables - and the patio was almost empty. Two different servers rudely came to each of us separately and told us to get out of the chairs we were sitting in. They made us both stand up while we were still eating our meals, and walked to another place to grab these other uncomfortable chairs for us and made us stand there waiting. We were all bewildered by such rude and inconsiderate behaviour. How could you take a chair away from a person while they are eating, especially two pregnant women??!?!? We told our server, who didnt see what happened. He was clearly embarrassed by his co workers and told us we could get those other armchairs back. ???????? The burger I had was also too big to bite and very messy. Not happy with the service or the food.

Had a wonderful dinner tonight at the bistro. The food was incredible and the service was beyond expectations. Personal, friendly and accommodating. Already can't wait to go back!

Stopped in around 6:15 PM to try some wine and were told (rudely) that they were done doing tastings at 6 pm. This would not have been a big deal but the people right next to us just arrived at a table and just started their tasting. They did not even choose their wines yet. We then thought we would sit down at their restaurant and have a glass of wine. I wanted to leave but my husband said we should enjoy it since we went out of our way. There were plenty of seats available. It was actually rather empty so we asked if we could sit near the vines with all the empty seats. The hostess said all of those seats are reserved for reservations. Needless to say, we left. I couldn't tell you if the food or wine was good because we left based on the service alone.

Cathie Sonderskov

If you look through these reviews, you'll notice that the majority of low star reviews come down to poor service... Unfortunately the service is not going to get any better as long as the owner of this establishment continues to treat her employees poorly. You know the old expression "happy wife, happy life?" Well I strongly believe that that message applies to business' as well. If you do not treat your employees well, your employees will not treat your customers well. Yes, the atmosphere is pretty and the food may be good, but unfortunately what happens behind the doors of this beautiful location is just ugly.

T Martindale

Everything is great, from start to finish. Great place, great food, live music, one of the best places we've been in a long time! We'll come back for sure!

Great service, great wine

Mikulas Necekal

This absolutely the worst experience I have had. I identified to the server that I had a food allergy and asked about menu options his response was no substitutions. In the end the only thing I could have was the poutine. What I can saw about them was they tasted like frozen store bought fries, I could not tell if they were real cheese curds because there was so little of it and the gravey was watery and lacked taste. Now 2 of our party ordered two things and the server did not ask if he should server them all at once. So In the end the other 2 of us sat for over a half hour with nothing. When he brought the food there was no wine to be found ... Considering this is a winery you would think he would of made a minimum effort to bring us the wine. We had to ask another server for our wine which he brought and 10 minutes our server brought the cooler for the wine without saying a word. As much as I hate to say it I get better food and better service from MICKEY D's. And yes I am comparing this to Mickey D's and Mickey D's wins Of course this is only my opinion.......

Bryan Blue

The ambiance was equal to the savour of the food and choice of wine. We absolutely enjoy a beautiful evening. It will be worth anyone's time to try this place and for us it would not be our first. Great staff and service,Harley was an excellent server????

Last night I had the pleasure to attend a fabulous event at The Good Earth... it was a special Italian feast called ”Ferregusto”. It was a magical evening... from the lovely welcome glass of bubbles to the seamless service of the staff to the old school crooning of the evenings entertainment, the night flowed like fine Italian wine. Guest Chef Roberto Fraccioni was on his game and delish course followed delish course. Thank you everyone for a fabulous taste of Italy right here in my own backyard!

Fantastic service, great wine and food! This is the coziest place. I will be back with everyone that visits

Great food, kind staff. My first time, and it won't be my last.

We had an amazing first experience here!! The surf & turf and wood fire pizza was delicious. Live music and a great atmosphere! The staff were all incredibly nice and we will definitely be going back

BM42083 M

We have visited the place several times and we love it. The food was always incredibly good, genius vine paring and very friendly services. I am surprised to read some negative reviews on the staff as we've been treated always very well. Make sure you make reservation for the weekend tho as it gets really busy in the summer season.

Nicolas Pignol

The setting is beautiful. The food was not particularly good and very expensive. They charged us extra $5 for a tiny bread basket.

Suzy Caiger

Awesome lunch and a great French press coffee

Paulina Chan

A fabulous experience. The Good Earth hosted our recent wedding and the venue, the service, the food (and the wine ! ) were all exactly what we had imagined. Our guests had a great time. Our thanks to Jenn the wedding planner; all was very professionally taken care of- we had no worries also to Nicolette who made us feel very welcome at The Good Earth and all the staff. Tuscany Music started off the evening and set the exact right mood for our ceremony and then 2 Sheets to the Wind played wonderful light jazz through out dinner and the rest of the evening. We loved the whole Good Earth experience and encourage anyone who enjoys great food and fine fine to check it out. (And if you are lucky, maybe Tuscany Music or Two Sheets to the Wind are playing when you visit. ) Bill Boehlen and April Shaw.

This is off the beaten path and you'd never stumble upon it driving around. But it is an absolute must while touring around wine country. The brick oven pizza is delicious as is the chorizo turkey burger. But you should always trust the chef and lean towards one of the daily specials. The outdoor patio is gorgeous.

Rude staff, overrated food and pretentious. Appetizers were average, mains expensive and dessert was mediocre. Needs online reservations so people aren't wasting their time showing up for this place.

Mary Rycroft

Eight of us were at the Good Earth recently for lunch. It all started off very well, our table was ready and our waiter did a fine job. The food was good. However , when it was time for our bill an older gentleman, perhaps a manager , approached our table and told us that it was too difficult to put everything on debit with individual bills and that we should have one person pay and then figure it out with her. We agreed at first but then decided that would not be necessary since we all had cash to pay our bill . He agreed to this and awhile later our bills arrived but we were told that hopefully we had the right change. We managed to sort it out with the waiter making change for a few of us. . Within a minute or so after paying the bills, while some of us were still drinking our coffee, the older gentleman appeared again to tell us that he needed our table. There were many empty tables around so it seemed that he just wanted us to leave, for no obvious reason , as we were polite guests. Needless to say our group was pretty dismayed at the very rude treatment and it is highly doubtful that any of us will be returning to this restaurant again.

Mary Lou Lawlor

Lovely Brunch spot with a tasty menu and great wines

Dan McLean

Had to update everyone on how great TGE STILL is! We went there on a thunderstorm-type day, so between the weather and Covid there were fewer tables available. However, the food is still fantastic and fresh, the servers are still friendly and fun, and the ambience is still wild and wonderful! We enjoyed a burger, featured soup, featured pizza, and an absolutely delicious blueberry and peach crumble. We had their famous tasty Aria Rosé with lunch followed by a great cup of French press coffee! Just like they always are, the focus is on the food AND making sure the little things are done right. We were sitting outside next to the wood-fired oven when it started to rain. The staff quickly helped everyone outside move their food and beverages under cover of their patio or inside. Here's a great tip: eat next to the outdoor oven! It makes transitioning to a covered area very easy. Thanks TGE staff, you're the greatest for a wonderful lunch experience!!

Jane Johnson

Brutal customer service. We arrived at 11am on Saturday morning and asked for a table. The restaurant was empty except for two tables. The employee asked us if we have a reservation and when we said no, the attitude started. " Well we have a wedding tonight and 130 reservations". And how is that relevant to seating us in your almost empty restaurant now? He walking off in a huff as he muttered "I need to check my schedule". He returns and tells us we have a choice of two tables near the front entrance with such a condescending attitude that we turn around and left. I will never return there and make a point of letting my friends and business associates know that they should avoid this place.

Wendy Taylor

Thank you Nicollete for a wonderful lobster bucket for Father's Day. Complimented with your unoaked Chardonnay it was a beautiful experience. Good luck through these difficult times for the restaurant industry. We enjoy your enthusiasm and hard work.

Elliot Vine

Best place to enjoy a glass of wine and a bite to eat. The owner and staff are SUPER welcoming!! I enjoy my visits there.

Mark Glowacki

Great wines, great food tasting

Sarah Cairns

So happy that their bistro is open again after this very long lockdown. This is one of the most romantic and beautiful places I've been to. If you go in the evening, you can catch a gorgeous sunset. We were also greeted by the cutest dog of all time... His name was Nacho... Definitely made my day! Our server was very kind and attentive and the food was so delicious. I definitely recommend the steak frites because the truffle fries are so yummy. Another thing I just mention is that the tables are spaced out safely and all staff were wearing masks properly. They didn't take them off even for a second which I greatly appreciated. It definitely made me feel very safe!

Jon Santha

Another wonderful visit to The Good Earth. Excellent food and wine, great service and such a lovely setting. We always enjoy ourselves here.

Jason Newton

Had a great social distance lunch. Enjoyed a burger and a bottle of wine with my wife out by the garden. Very friendly service

Dean Cruickshaks

I visited the Good Earth winery mid afternoon for my friends celebration this weekend. We were seated in a garden with what has to be one of the most breath taking views I've had in a winery. We chose to split the feature pizza as well as their classic margarita pizza, both of which were excellent. However, half way through our meal our experience took a wrong turn when someone (a middle aged man in plaid shorts who possibly seemed to be a supervisor or manager?) angrily scolded a server for not immediately picking up two water cups from a finished table near us. We then continued to watch him stand in one spot, crossed armed glaring at workers. We are industry veterans, and had remarked to ourselves how well the FOH staff were handling the volume inside the restaurant. We found it incredibly upsetting to watch them be demeaned and abused in such a public way. The beautiful scenery and delicious pizza aside, we will not be returning to a business that treats its employees in such a callous and degrading manor.

Pretty location and good food. However, the prices are quite high, the wine is not great, and the owner is unbelievably rude. I would never visit again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else, unless you enjoy being insulted. Not a positive experience. Edited to add: love the way the owner only responds to positive reviews. Blows me away that this mediocre spot continues to be popular...so many better choices in the 20 Valley. Go elsewhere.

I had been looking forward to trying their brunch for months as their web site has such nice pictures of a cozy farmhouse ambience but my husband and I were quite disappointed at the mediocre food and preposterous prices. We were going to taste their wines while we were there but after such a letdown we decided to pass. Such a shame as the idea of the farm to table type experience is nice but it's as if they have students in the kitchen churning out their experiments. We could've made the trout and eggs as good at home, the coffee was overpowering, the key lime pie runny and too sweet and the deconstructed cheesecake looked like a toddler put it together. What a shame.

David Domani

Gorgeous property! Amazing staff! Great food...oh and lets not forget the wine!

We dined at The Good Earth this past weekend to celebrate our engagement and we could not have been more thrilled with the restaurant, staff, food and ambiance. We were greeted so warmly by all the staff, and they all went out of their way to congratulate us and make us feel incredibly special following the big moment. On top of the wonderful staff and service, the food was delicious. We indulged in the oysters, burrata (which was phenomenal), the pizza of the day, and steak frites. The live music and ambiance was also phenomenal - really we don't have enough good things to say about the Good Earth. We will definitely be returning!

David D'Cruz

Really great service and amazing food and scenery! Definitely will come back again ????

Such a cute place for a nice patio and meal. The burger was a amazing and cooked wonderfully. Even sitting on the patio with a bottle of their Riesling would a great afternoon.

Mike Risavy

The perfect quaint winery experience. The Good Earth only produces 3000 cases per year, but each of those bottles are special! Perfect spot if you like crisp, dry, fruit forward wines that drink fantastic on its own or will wash down a meal with elegance. Their food is well known in the region and also sell housemade preserves.

This place was like something out of a movie. Tucked away under a beautifully constructed patio roof with beautiful natural wood, vines framed the neat little pergolas that surrounded the tables. Adjacent to the tables were a beautiful garden and a clay pizza oven with chefs cooking away. Server was extremely friendly and the service overall was great. The food was splendidly plated and tasted great. Perfect place for a date night or to enjoy a glass of wine/cup of coffee. Surrounding the restaurant was also a vineyard and a cooking school for exploring. There's various beautiful gardens and chicken roosts scattered around the estate as well.

Sara Arthur

Great food

Pat Hogan

Absolutely beautiful place for good food in a relaxing atmosphere with live jazz band playing (probably not all the time, check with the restaurant for days and timing. No bands on my previous visits), nice glass of wine, just right portions, made with locally sourced produce and meat (they have a small chicken farm & a herb garden). Friendly staff. Only one thing I have to say negative about this place is, they put me on a seat that was wet. I didn't realize until I sat on the cushion, which didn't look wet. Staff should have checked before seating guests. But that's just one staff. Overall experience was excellent. Slightly pricey but fully worth it. I would visit again

Akshay S

We took advantage of the Mother's Day "to-go" dinner on Saturday which my wife and I had great fun preparing together. The food was excellent and the Cornish hen gave me a reason to use my new Le Creuset skillet. It was accompanied by a bottle of TGE Viognier, picked up a couple of different wines for later. Looking forward to doing it again. I know COVID-19 has been devastating for small business but these innovative curbside endeavors make it possible for us to show our support.

Chris Wylie

Went first during summer, beautiful gardens, outdoor seating, live music, excellent food & wine with top notch service. Went back now in December and great ambiance on their glass covered patio. Intimate, friendly service and staff. The food is fresh, delicious and definitely bistro-like. Already my favourite, and can’t wait to be back next time. Highly recommended!

BJ Saunders

Great service, great food, great wine, great views!

Danielle de Lopez

Absolutely enjoyable! Great ambiance, food, live performance and great open spaces to enjoy the vineyards.

Smita Borrison

My favourite place to dine in the Niagara region, hands down. Incredible and inventive food, beautiful surroundings and the best service around. The staff are attentive and friendly and the whole operation is like a well oiled machine. Special shout out to Rich and his entire team who make dining there an absolute pleasure. Can't wait to go back again and again.

Megan Edmunds

Darlene Romer

Great food - flavorful and presentation stand out!, excellent wine, service is okay, pricey.

Terry Berman

Lovely patio and garden set up, properly socially distanced. Wine tasting is set up in the garden. Musical entertainment was very good. Wine is sold by bottles only. Prices are higher compared to previous year. You're asked to take a picture of the menu - great idea! Outdoor oven pizza had a fantastic thin crisp crust. Service is friendly and efficient.

Jaclyn Sainsbury

Great food and service

The 2 old women working the wine tasting were very rude and sarcastic. There was no need for it and ruined the greet ambiance that the winery could have had. They had unnecessary Anti-American comments. I expected more out of this location, and the people.

Adam Calderas

AMAZING food! Always fresh and in season. The wine here is wonderful too!

YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!....There is something about this winery that makes you want to come back for more and more. The amazingly friendly staff in the garden or the restaurant area, the delicious food, the beautiful scenery. The atmosphere is so comfy/cozy/relaxing...The staff were also very kind and accomadating to our 6 month old Scarlett that we brought with us which made our day so much easier/better. Ive been to alot of wineries in beamsville and NOTL and Good Earth is in a class of its own. I cant wait to come back again and again and show friends and family this amazing gem we found.

What a lovely winery! Staff and owner were all super friendly. The charcuterie plate was wonderful along with the server’s suggested red and white wine. Both wine were great so we purchased a bottle of each after. We brought two of our small dogs and walked around the property afterwards. They had both shaded outdoor seating areas as well as few picnic tables without shade which were all distanced well. Highly recommended.

Great food, great wine and even better service and atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the owner is truly a wonderful and amazing person. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy a breathtaking view while eating and drinking some of the best food and wine this area has to offer.

Having lunch on a winery is one of my favourite things to do. It never disappoints. Lunch @goodearthniagara was exceptional. Salmon with heirloom tomatoes, zucchini fresh herbs and spices Haidacore Tuna Ceviche - Lime, chilli crisp, coconut milk, watermelon and cilantro Strawberry poundcake with chantilly cream. Accompanied by a refreshing glass of rose.

The relaxed atmosphere and the country ambience is quite refreshing went there for two birthday parties the food and the service is outstanding would recommend this for a quiet get away in the Niagara region

Excellent scenery and even better food. Not a wine drinker but there is a selection of fine local beers.

As a fairly new resident to the Niagara region, I was very much looking forward to visiting good earth as the food comes so highly recommended. The grounds are simply lovely, just beautiful. The ambiance at the restaurant with the lush pergolas and gardens is just perfect. And the food and wine were delicious. My bestfriend and i were invited to adventure around the gardens, by who i think was the owner of the house beside the restaurant and chicken coop, she was just so lovely and friendly. HOWEVER, my rating is low because of the service at the restaurant, on two occasions, our server commented on what we ordered in a pretentious and rather snobby manner. We had already eatten lunch at another winery so we order a glass of wine and some fries, i guess it was our lack of spending money that prompted these comments. I felt to be made a child, and being in my 30s I am much too old for this type of profiling and lack of respect.

We love Good Earth. Such a nice garden and vineyard. Patio dining is great there. Food is excellent. The featured burger was exceptional. My wife does yoga in the vineyard too. Cool spot!

Food was amazing, staff are all super friendly and even during these times we all felt safe the entire time on the property. Sitting outside among the plants and vineyards, you just cannot top the atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Amazing food and very friendly staff. Soup of the day was a butternut squash which I loved. Seared steak cooked perfectly served with roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes. Definitely want to come back.

Attended a group cooking class as part of a planned bachelorette over the weekend. What a great experience overall - I would highly recommend! Well organized, absolutely BEAUTIFUL space, and the food exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the price if you're looking for a unique event with a group of 8-ish people. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

We were there for lunch and it was great! The fish was perfectly cooked ! The rose was excellent! Thomas the waiter. Very professional! However I was very uncomfortable!! Staff don’t were a mask and they get really close! I asked the waiter and he said the owner does not believe !!!!! What ???? people are dying and you are sitting and staff it’s just talking to you like nothing is wrong !!!!! That was very uncomfortable!!!

Amazing place! The setting is great, looks gorgeous and is very calming. The staff is friendly, give you your privacy, but are quick to react whenever you have a request. And the food: delicious! We had the charcuterie board, chicken bahn mi and Chinook salmon... All perfect, up to the sauces and fries. If you’re ever in the Niagara region, add this place to your itinerary!

Delicious food, service and atmosphere were great. Service was a bit slow, but it was busy and it was the first day of their new brunch menu. well done.

My friend follows Good Earth on Insta and has always wanted to try it so this past weekend we did. The setting was idyllic and the staff were attentive and friendly, but unfortunately, the food was not as great. We ordered 2 glasses of wine, the chicken liver parfait, the burrata and the margarita pizza to share. There was barely any parfait in our dish, it seemed as if they were more concerned about presentation than actual substance with a scarce smearing of it on the side of a bowl. There was more honey and mustard seed than actual parfait. The burrata was ok/good, but not worth the $20 price tag and the pizza was completely charred all around the edge and had maybe 3 small leaves of basil distributed on it. They attempted to excuse the charring with the fact it was in a wood burning oven, but I have had many pizzas from wood burning ovens that were not burnt. We absolutely should have said something, but we didn't and came out feeling completely under whelmed for the $100 price tag that our lunch came at. Would recommend if you want a nice setting to enjoy a glass of wine, but that is it!

Beautiful location.I had the Betty's Blend, a blend of their chardonnay, gewurtraziminer and riesling, which had a very light and refreshing taste. Ashley, our server, was a delight! I recommend coming here for lunch while visiting the Niagara Region or Hamilton Area! We had the charcuterie for two people and it was large enough to be our only meal, and absolutely amazing.

Surprising to find such quality tucked away in this rural setting. Brunch was very tasty. Very nice food wine pairings.
