I was told via email that my booking was being held and to call the next day with CC info to confirm and pay (as it was after regular business hours). When I called they informed me that my spot had been given to someone else because that person had called in the morning before me. So, yeah, don't trust what they say until your money is down.

Jessie made our tour feel like a true VIP experience! From booking to hotel drop-off, this experience exceeded our expectations. Already planning my return trip to wine country and can't wait to book again. Highly recommended as you would be in very capable hands - 5 stars all the way!

Our tour guide Melissa was incredible. We went on the Lunch Fiesta Wine tour. Now the tour promised 4 tastings and a lunch. We were fortunate to have the tour to ourselves in the morning (private tour for your) and shared the afternoon with two other amazing couples. In total we visited 8 wineries and had lunch (9 stops!). We have nothing negative to say about the day. We left at 10am and arrived home at 5pm. Overall, it was an amazing day. We would highly recommend this company and tour guide to anyone coming to Niagara-on the Lake.

What an amazing experience! Jessie was super helpful during the booking process, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Melissa was our tour guide, and let me say, this woman is incredible! From giving us tips and tricks for the wineries to making us laugh, and just providing a really good time to all guests. I'll be definitely booking a tour with them again!

I went on a wine tour yesterday for my bachelorette party with 5 other girls and we had a great time. We had a private vehicle with a fantastic driver. We visited 4 wineries, Lakeview, Between the Lines, Reif, and Josephs. At all 4 we had friendly and knowledgeable staff doing our tastings. We also had a very informative full tour at Lakeview which was fun. We tried a variety of wines and all our guides (from the driver to the ones doing the tastings) were informative, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend doing a wine tour here!

The owner Barbara is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Her energy permeates the whole enterprise and the shop is full of adorable signage to buy, guaranteed to make you smile. Absolutely, worth it. And Niagara is such wonderful wine country that you’re guaranteed a good time. Also they’re so fashionable. And cheese trays. I’m just saying. Cheese trays.

We recently went on a wine tour with Grape and Wine Tours. We booked a lunch tour and enjoyed a great day with lunch and a visit to 3 wineries. The staff and our guide were very friendly and knowledgable. We had a great day and would recommend this tour !

This wine tour was amazing because of the friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, Melissa. Our experience from beginning to end was positive, full of laughs, good conversation and excellent wine! We visited both local and large established wineries. We learned a tonne about the community as well. Our package included lunch at the Riverbend which was absolutely serene. I definitely would recommend this tour.

My two friends and I decided to take a random Tuesday wine tour and it was THE best experience. Not only were we lucky enough to get a private tour, but the guide Melissa was what made the day FABULOUS. She took her time to introduce us to each winery and guide us through the experience. The drives from stop to stop were filled with conversation, information and good stories. She went out of her way, gave us an I depth ride through the wineries and the beauty of Niagara On The Lake all over. I can't wait to return next year!

Eddie was our tour guide and he was such a friendly and knowledge man. Never hesitant to strike up a conversation but also gave plenty of space to us tourists to enjoy the wine tastings. The tour bus/van was new with strong AC and Eddie drove nicely and safely. The wineries we were brought to were all amazing and different from eachother, great dynamic! Would absolutely and will recommend to friends/family.

An amazing experience with Jessie our Tour organizer and Harvey our Tour guide/driver! We were treated like VIP's and Harvey made us feel so relaxed, we were not rushed and we discovered a great variety of wines. Harvey is very knowledgeable and friendly; we would 100% recommend it to everyone! We had a very clean and nice climate controlled van. Good variation of wineries visited. We will sure come back soon! Once again thank you Jessie and Harvey - Great Tour and lots of Fun filled memories!

Went on the 3 winery tour with 3 course dinner at the Riverbend Inn. The driver of the bus was nice and friendly and seemed to care how everything was going. My rating does not reflect her in any way. The wineries visited Lakeview, konzelmann, and Joseph's. The last one was a fail. Wines not very good at all (undrinkable) Our driver, at her own initiative (as she realized it was a bad choice) took us to one more, Reif estates, which was one of the best I've been to. Dinner at Riverbend Inn was not very good. We split a crab cake ( flavourful) and a Caesar salad ( mediocre at best) and we each had prime rib. There was something not right about it but we decided to suck it up because didn't want to hold up tour and asked for horseradish to hide taste. Desert was decided by chef which was a dry chocolate cheesecake tart drizzled with chocolate sauce and two dollops of spray whip cream and strawberry. When back at hotel my husband wasn't feeling great. His stomach was upset and couldn't sleep much but at 4:00am started to vomit severely, at least three times and then had the other end explode. Next day around noon, as we had a slow start, we called tour operator to mention food poisoning. I should also mention I felt nausea too but didn't vomit. Tour operator said they would call back. They had the Riverbend Inn call. They were basically without empathy and basically denying any blame. Refusal to own responsibility. There was definitely something off with that meal, whether the meat was old or sat in sun too long or something. Once it was out of the system my husband felt better. There are so many other great choices to eat at In niagara or niagara on the lake, so save yourself the agony and eat elsewhere. Perhaps just take the wine tour and no meal.

From the moment I first spoke to Jessie about booking a wine tour for our group of 7, she was nothing but friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. She was always available and ready to answer any questions that I had and kept me in the loop every step of the way. We had an AMAZING day in NOTL! Our driver Melissa was awesome! She shared interesting information about the area as well as some hilarious stories! The variety of and timing at each of the wineries was perfect. We really our enjoyed our experience at all of them. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way for time. Dinner was also lovely! Highly recommend Grape and Wine tours for your next adventure in NOTL! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you SO MUCH Jessie and Melissa! :)

Honestly from top to bottom the service was impeccable! As soon as Doug Ford lifted the lockdown restrictions, I contacted Jessie to see if wineries were open for my spouses birthday, and she was the most accommodating and responsive organizer I’ve ever dealt with. We booked the Best Kept Secret Tour, which typically would be in a group setting, but we lucked out and experienced it privately. Harvey, our driver was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We stopped at 3 wineries (4 tastings at each - we were even topped up with more wine at one) and it was the best experience ever. After our wine tour, Harvey drove us to a fantastic restaurant in Niagara on the lake, literally a local gem. The food was delicious (Jessie recommended)! We will definitely book again! Thank you so much Jessie and Harvey for making our first wine tour experience so memorable.
