White SUV Stretch Limo for my Daughters Grade 12 Prom!! What a fantastic evening the kids had, one they will never forget!! Top of the line professional service all around. Their driver Andy was perfect and made their experience even more memorable. He was on time, fun, outgoing and even helped the kid during their photos, which they loved. Andy had a tough job, 14 kids and parents to boot, all watching and chiming in .... he was beyond patient and pleasant ensuring everyone had an opportunity to ask questions or to take photos. We all felt comfortable leaving our kid in his care. The SUV Limo was incredible both inside and out !! Beautifully cared for and in immaculate condition. We had a great experiene with Gem Limousine! Our driver was friendly and helped so much on our rainy wedding day... making sure I got in and out of the limo with an umbrella over my head. Since it rained, we had to change our photo locations at the last minute, and our driver was right on top of it! Only thing is, they said they were going to decorate the limo with the colours of my wedding, and they didn't. Not a huge deal.. but for the price I expected them to follow that!! Other than that it was a great experience! thank you!

The vehicle was as billed and it included a wide passenger side door to provide easy access for the less mobile among us. Our driver, for our ceremony and pictures, Andy, was well dressed, professional and prepared. He was able to navigate around the streets of Milton, some of which were closed for Canada celebrations. The limo was great. Very clean, and able to accommodate our 10-person wedding party and my mom, father-in-law, and 2 brothers-in-law (14 people) for our photos. Our wedding day had some hiccups, but not in anyway with our limousine services. I would highly recommend Gem Limousine for weddings.

The limo was in really good shape and seemed New. I have been on a lot of limos and some are old and things are broken, this one was perfect and a great price. From start to finish everything was perfect. Very professional and definitely worth the money. I called around a lot of places and after doing my research I found that paying an extra $40 for a reputable place like Gem can mean a difference between a limo having insurance and not having insurance. I will choose Insurance all day long! The other places answered the phone like it was their house. No business name at first. Gem was very professional. Well worth it for a reputable company. We booked Gem Limousine for our wedding 2 weeks ago through Wedding Wire. From the beginning they were quick to respond and very helpful. Feb we met in person to pick our vehicle and paid the deposit. 8 months later it was our wedding day. They were on time to pick up the groomsmen and came back for us girls. Our driver Greg was so sweet and he helped open our complimentary champagne. Greg did advise me that there was an issue with my credit card when they charged the remaining balance. My mind was obviously distracted but he said no worries we will sort it out. Later that night they came back to run a shuttle for guests back to the hotel. In the back of my mind I wondered if they would come back because they weren’t paid yet but he did. A few days after the wedding we sorted out the payment and they were very understanding. Our wedding was on May 20, 2017 and we booked the limousine quite late in the planning process but the folks at Gem Limousine could not have been more accommodating. Dean got back to us quickly and we felt so comfortable with him and the arrangements we discussed that we booked right there and then. Our comfort was well founded. Our driver that day was Andy, who was amazing! He made sure the wedding party had everything they needed (including the rings!) and was prompt, courteous and accommodating. We have heard horror stories about other companies and drivers so it was amazing to have this part of the wedding day go so smoothly, with no worries at all. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, we couldn't have asked for a nicer day for our Wine Tour. We had lunch in the garden at Stoney Ridge, it was wonderful! We actually got to tour both Stoney Ridge and Tawse. My wife and I hired Gem Limousine for our wedding and we could not be happier with the service we were provided. The Limo we originally wanted was booked for our day, so we chose another one. We were pleasantly surprised that our first choice showed up on the day of our wedding. Our chauffeur, Alan, was very nice and a very pleasant man. He was happy and engaging, but also very proper and kept to himself when appropriate. Our car showed up 20-30 before they were scheduled to, taking away a source of anxiety on our wedding day. We also went a little over on the time we had reserved the car for, yet not a single word was said to us about it. Alan, was polite, helpful and a pleasure to be around. The car was clean and stocked with champagne and water. It was the best limousine experience I've ever had and would fully recommend Gem Limousine for any event you would like to make more special.

If I could give more stars I would! Gem saved the day (evening) when another limo company let us down with just 10 days to go before my daughter’s Grade 12 prom. I contacted Gem Limo after a quick google search. One look at the reviews and I knew that they were the one. And they did not disappoint! The office staff were friendly and reassuring and very knowledgeable, which put me at ease. There were numerous pick up and drop off location changes in the days leading up to the event,and Gem handled them quickly and professionally every time. Last night the driver, Dave, showed up early with a lovely stretch limo as promised. What a delightful driver! The grads were ecstatic! Dave is warm, friendly, caring and professional. I knew that they were in very good hands with him at the helm. This important rite of passage could have been complicated when our first limo company cancelled, but Gem Limo helped to make the evening memorable for my daughter and her friends. I will gladly recommend them anytime.

Your Driver arrived Andy “Cowboy” early and from the moment he greeted us there is only one word to describe him “Spectacular”. He immediately made us feel comfortable and relaxed the nervous wedding party, his advice to the groomsmen was inspirational ! He helped them put on their boutonnieres, adjust their jackets, fixed their Hair, all with a smile and great sense of Humor. He helped My wife and I at the church get ready to walk down the aisle, relaxed us with a few jokes and fixed my daughters train on her dress. He also shuttled our guests from the Hotel to the venue numerous times, I had at minimum 50 People tell me what an amazing and courteous driver he was and that it was very much a touch of class. Your 22 Passenger limo was also incredible and the talk of the wedding guests. As an executive who demands great customer service from all our associates to our Healthcare customers I know what great looks like, and your driver and company has it hands down. From the reservation and confirmation service to the driver, it was a perfect experience. He was there for us all day, offering ways to make our visits more enjoyable and was so helpful with my mother who had limited mobility. This company doesn't even deserve to have one star. After quoting 425+HST for a limo (after filling out their questionnaire) they somehow quoted the wrong limo amount. After arguing with the manager who is very unprofessional he said that he wouldn't honour the quote even though it was his mistake and we would have to go with a 750 limo! He even said they've been in the business for 30 years. How they still are is incredible with how he handled that situation the manager was completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save your money and time and go with a company who isn't going to screw you over for their own mistake.

Overall a great experience. There were a couple communication glitches (I would have liked a better verification and confirmation system) but once underway Gem outperformed my expectations. Our driver, Dave, was outstanding, our Mercedes Sprinter was luxurious, out private tastings and dinner were superb. I left choice of the wineries and restaurant to Gem and their selections--based on my budget and timeframe--were far superior to what I could have chosen. We had a marvelous time. Gem delivered great value with more services at a price much lower than other tours. I highly recommend this company.
