Our experience was wonderful!! Our host was delightful to talk with and very friendly. The wine tasting was fantastic. Highly recommend this small establishment to all experienced wine drinkers and non experienced wine drinkers. We will definitely return next time when in the area.

This winery is amazing! The owners are friendly and warm people who will actually go out of their way to talk to guests and make you feel welcome. The service is always professional, friendly and the staff is always very knowledgeable and eager to answer any of your questions. The vineyard and grounds are beautiful, the wines are top notch and the charcuterie boards and pizzas are delicious! I’m not sure why somebody randomly gave this winery a 2 star review, they seemed to like to complain a lot but my experience has always been nothing but superb whenever I visit. A MUST for anyone visiting this area!!

What a wonderful experience during an afternoon. It wasn’t too busy and staff followed Covid protocols, we felt very safe. Wonderful tastings, was shown the property, it was great. Staff was very knowledgeable and everyone else I saw that worked there said hello! I would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this winery. We decided to visit after reading the reviews but were very disappointed. There are definitely better wines, atmospheres and picturesque set ups in the region that you should skip this one. The young lady giving the wine tasting was easily overwhelmed, asking our party of 7 to only taste the same wines because it was too hard for her to bring different bottles to pour in our glasses (it was not a flight). She also had very little knowledge of the wines and the winery itself, doubting her answers and not verifying when she didn’t know. The two stars are only for the pizza and the wines which were good. Not worth the detour and the winery experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Commisso. They have an amazing selection of wines and the tasting experience was superb. We were welcomed right away upon our arrival and had a great tasting session and charcuterie board courtesy of Leanne and Erik. It was the perfect ending to our wine trip in Niagara. Commisso came highly recommended and I have to agree that they are a must visit!

A very friendly and welcoming winery. We've enjoyed walk by drop ins to pick up wine and learn more about what is happening with the winery. we've enjoyed wine tasting overlooking a beautiful landscape. I stumbled across this winery while looking for hidden gems and I am glad I did. I have visited Commisso 3 times imcluding once with my family. Professional, prompt, passionate service coupled with outstanding passito, ripasso style wines. Portions are very generous and food quality is stellar. Looking to attend a culinary experience soon and I can't find better things to say about Commisso. I highly recommend this winery. Thanks

I tried a few different wines and ccharcuterie board; had them delivered and I was tremendously pleased with the wines and board. I would welcome that you not the kindness of each and every person I spoke with on the phone and deliver person were so very kind, patients with the, generous and very helpful and supportive as I have some disabilities and do have to have them repeat, etcl. I HIGH recommend the red wines I tried unfortuanltly I don't recall the names. I look forward to ordering more and would not hesitate to order a charcuterie board to have with their wines. I am so very grateful , THANK YOU! for your amazing products and pleasantness each time I reached out to you. Have a beautiful day.

Truly a gem! We had an amazing wine tasting and charcuterie board experience! Leighanne, our host, was warm, welcoming and immediately put us at ease with her wonderful sense of humour, knowledge and attention to detail. The wine was so delicious we left with several bottles to enjoy at home. Highly recommend visiting Villa Bacchus and booking the charcuterie board experience! Both oaked and unoaked wine varieties are available! Covid protocols are in place.

Staff is excellent and the wines outstanding. This is a new and upcoming winery that will be the one to follow. They have beautiful grounds to walk and a heated tennis court to rent all year round. If you haven't visited this winery it's a must.. pet friendly!
