Excellent service. Andy was very knowledgeable and fun. Andy was very well informed about what we would like best. On top of it all the atmosphere of the location was wonderful. It was open concept with a great amount of natural light. You could sneak a peek into to the back of the vineyard. Although we came in the winter it must be even more beautiful in the summer. Would recommend this location.

Thriomphe Gamay, Cab Franc and Merlot are very interesting and deep in flavour and aroma. The Orange wine is a must taste. I wish I could have tasted the Ice wine. Next time, maybe.

The selection, food, and staff were amazing! Special shoutout to Susan who made our experience so great. Highly recommend checking this winery out. I absolutely loved the Cabernet Franc, Framboise desert wine, the mustards and rosé jelly. This was our last stop on day 1 in the area. I must say that their seating area is super comfortable and was a much needed break at the end of a very long day! Now the wines - we tried the Fun and Funky ones plus the Taste of Biodynamics ones. Very unique and interesting. Each wine and cider being very distinct from another. I can easily say that The Anniversary, which was an aged white wine that was along the lines of a fortified wine, was our favourite and most memorable wine. It was full of rich caramel notes and reminded me of a glass of bourbon. Also, the pizza took very long but it was so delicious that I can’t complain one bit!

We had a lovely trip to Southbrook last weekend and enjoyed some Cabernet Franc on their outdoor patio. We felt safe the entire time as they are following utmost covid19 protocols. Our trip was enhanced when we got the chance to speak with the owner Bill. Bill, like his wine, is welcoming and down to earth. The quality of their wines is unrivaled. Do check out this organic winery - a true gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake!

This is the only winery I visit and show to different friends every time I go to the Niagara region. Why should you book a visit? It’s a sustainable winery. They produce a large variety of wines (pet nat, Riesling, my fav Chardonnay, Pinot noir, gamay, rose, orange, Cabs) all organic and many biodynamic ones. They are very passionate about what they do and will share their passion with you. The staff is always so friendly -yesterday we had Susan and she was very attentive with us. Band if you want extensive explanations, Bill is always there to transfer his passion and tell you stories! The building is beautiful and modern and patio is large to accommodate many guests. They now carry a few of their cheaper wines at LCBO and the orange at SAQ but it’s worth going to try them all, every year brings different surprises. Enjoy!

This was one of my Favorite wineries out of all the ones we visited . Anyone who takes the time and effort to grow grapes organically ,even if it means a smaller yield deserves all of our attention! No chemicals ! The wine , especially rose was amazing. We are going back there shortly to celebrate my daughters 19th birthday. The service was amazing as well!

Last order by mail did not go well. Received two bottles of cider that were rancid. Their remedy was to send out two more bottles, but those were from the same batch and also undrinkable. All we got was sick. Won't be buying from this company again. Not impressed by the products now or how they handled these issues. It's not "complementary" if you can't enjoy it.

Came for a wine tasting for our anniversary. Susan was incredible. Her service was so amazing and made us feel so welcome. I’ve never felt so accommodated. The wine and pizza is so fresh and the fact that it is organic makes it so much better. The owner Bill, came around and talked to each table which was such a personal touch. Bill didn’t even talk about wine he suggested a local shawarma place in our area which we tried and is now our absolute favourite shawarma place. I even ordered wine off the website. This has become my favourite winery and will recommend this to everyone. Overall this winery and the message it sends being environmentally friendly. Everyone should come here! 20/10

Wonderful wine tasting experience! We booked a reservation online the day before, and when we showed up at our Saturday afternoon time slot, we just sat down at a table in the patio and were served almost immediately. The wines were delicious and the atmosphere was super peaceful! We would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My family and I had been to Southbrook Organic Vineyards previously and had signed up for their 'Fun and Funky' wine tour which introduced us to Southbrook's Framboise which is a delicious dessert wine that we bought 4 bottles of - truly fruity and delicious! For today's tour we did their 'On the Sweeter Side' which included their Vidal Icewine and Harvest Vidal and their Framboise. Again all the wines were sweet but smooth and just overall wonderful to sample. As per usual we ended up buying more bottles of each (couldn't resist honestly) and are looking forward to having a bigger glass at home, lol! We also had an opportunity to meet the owner and discuss wines which was a pleasant surprise as well as simply sit back and enjoy the very hot weather with several glasses of great wine. Given that this was our second visit, there are still several other tours we'll likely return to sample soon!

Took a day trip to NOTL with a few friends and this was our second stop and the best tasting experience I’ve ever had - even though it was a rainy day! It started with great service, we called 2 hours early since we saw we were running late and had no problems pushing our booking back. The patio seating area was fully covered so we didn’t need to worry about getting rained on. And the seats were comfortable and spaced out - which made us feel very safe from a COVID perspective. In comparison to a lot of the more “popular” wineries, we were able to spend more time at our tasting and truly enjoy the experience without having to feel rushed. Susan made our entire experience amazing - she was friendly, talked through each of the wines, and recommended the charcuterie which we loved - PSA really wish you sold the cheese from Stratford! (& we ended up buying 3 jams and 3 mustards after). It was the perfect pairing to the 4 flights we tried - The Best Sellers, Intro to Organics, Fun and Funky, and On the Sweeter Side. Also really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy a 5th flight as our 5th was our designated driver (noticed a lot of wineries require an additional fee even for a DD) My favourites were definitely their Framboise and the Gamay, ended up buying a bottle of each to bring back home. Definitely need to come back again and try the pizza next time!

Our local horticulture club took a trip to Southbrook, and all of us were blown away by the quality of wines, and accommodations by the staff. We dealt with Angela and Angelo, who were considerate, respectful, and overall amazing people. They were very knowledgable of the production, history of the company, environmental impacts, and finished products. The building was beautiful, very clean, and easy to navigate. The LEED Gold certification was a bonus too. Amazing experience, 10/10 would reccommend to my family and friends. Love the concept of biodynamics they use at the vineyard, and many of us being agriculture students were truly inspired. Thanks Southbrook!

What an absolutely beautiful vineyard with great service! Guli was very accommodating and helpful, and we were able to sit out on the patio and do some tastings. Their new, limited batch orange wine was incredible and we'd highly recommend it! Hopefully they produce more bottles next year because this one was an absolute winner. I loved this organic and biodynamic winery. They take great pride in what they do. Enjoyed a bottle of 2009 Whimsy 'Renewed Vows' Cabernet Franc and a 2012 Triomphe Cabernet Franc Rosé. But not all at once.

Fantastic ambiance — the building at Southbrook is around a decade and a half old, and very modern, with chic, comfy furniture. Charcuterie boards, snacks, and pizza from their wood fired oven are also available to pair with your tasting experience. The server was very attentive and detailed in providing descriptions of the wines we were tasting. The owner (Bill) was also a very pleasant fellow, who takes a keen interest in chatting with his guests and explaining the philosophy and history of the estate. Fantastic hospitality, with great tasting organics to boot. Highly recommended.

Visited 3 wineries today. This is the only place we disliked. We got a snooty attitude from the staff at the tasting bar with the young lady making a snide remark to another employee with her back turned to us. Note that we are neither wine nor Niagara peninsula greenhorns. Suggest you stay away. Other wineries have much better staff and excellent wine. Goes to show that concept and technology do not replace receiving people well.

Beautiful winery. Decor and facilities are immaculate. Wines are not that bad (considering from the Niagara region). I also love their efforts in promoting their organic and bioethical efforts. I came here during a wine tour and this was definitely one of my favourite wineries. Retail section also had a great selection of honey and kitchen accessories they produce on-site as well.

Roadtrip. Friendly staff at Canada's biggest organic wine manufacturer. Wines are good, but expensive. Cons: We tried one of the white wines and were amazed by it's unique taste (unusual notes of smoke and cheese). We were told that taste is a result of using no other yeasts besides natural ones that live on grapes. Of course we bought a bottle, only to discover later that wine tastes nothing like at the tasting. It tasted like any white wine you can buy at your corner liquor store. 4 stars for misleading. Prices are pretty high too. Otherwise very informational and interesting experience.

I have never been to this winery but found out about this winery online. It is not only providing low sugar organic biodynamic wines that are local and affordable with free shipping over 70$, but their manager of operation's customer service is impeccable! I had a fair bit of trouble on their website ordering wines and Kyle not only surprised me with his promptness of returning my email and solving my issue, he was also generous to include an additional item in my order free of charge for the mis hap. Thank you Kyle! You turned a frustrating experience in to a pleasant one.

We had the amazing opportunity on our recent honeymoon to visit Southbrook Vineyards and we are really happy that we did. It was our very first stop in 3 days of wine bike tours and it’s one we won’t forget! The service we received as soon as we walked in the doors was beyond amazing! We tried a few different wines (4 healthy servings per flight) but we’d have to say our favourite was the Vidal skin fermented white, orange wine. It was unreal so we went back on our way home and picked up 2 more bottles. We also the pleasure of hosting the owner at our table for some nice conversation. Very classy for him to take the time to visit with us! And then had one of the absolute best pizzas we’ve ever had! It was a visit to remember and agreed that we will always make it a part of our future wine tours and are also excited to bring friends with us next time. Thank you for everything! The Perfect First Time Wine Tour Experience. Absolutely stunning vineyard. They are an all organic and pesticide free vineyard located in Niagara on the Lake. We opted for the $25 package: 4 wine + tapas pairing and it was lovely, we learned about the different types of wines they produce and the ideal food pairing for each one. I would highly recommend booking this. We also did the free group wine tour which took us across the estate and sampled four more different wines.

We ordered a pizza to the table to enjoy during our tasting. And, the owner came to chat with us for quite some time. The staff clearly cares to make every guest feel special. Mixed views on this winery. Absolutely loved the wine and tasting experience. Their “orange” wine and fortified wine are amazing. Poor experience in the patio ordering food. Service was quick and friendly, but the server failed to mention (when we were obviously ordering a pizza to share) that one pizza would be insufficient. Furthermore, they have the menu verbally and omitted the most appealing pizza option. I’d recommend it for the wine, but not the dine.
