Very relaxing tasting. They explain each wine carefully but you can take your time to enjoy it on the patio with a beautiful view of the valley and water. We liked the Syrah especially. The bottle labels are also unique and very pretty.

We visit Rust Winery every time that we go to Oliver - the wine is amazing and the view is absolutely beautiful! Kane and Jackie are so welcoming and Kane is incredibly knowledgeable in answering all of our questions! We also love that they are dog friendly as we always travel with our pup. Make sure to add this winery to your list, it's definitely one of the best!

We went to this winery back in May on a wine tour. We went to 8 different wineries that day (but many over the years) which were all awesome, but RUST was our FAV! They even served us our tastings outside on their large beautiful patio area. We were really lucky that when we arrived, we were the only ones there and they were prepared for us and came out and greeted us with a flight of wine for our group! The ambiance was amazing, and totally our style. Very rustic barn with a clean fresh interior. Loved their swag. We bought a hat, a wine opener, and a ton of the garlic salt (which goes very well with their wine!). Thank you guys for making our day end on such a high note! I was so happy when I saw your wine in our local craft beer and wine store last week, which prompted me to write my review finally. Rust is still our "happy place" even after 5 months. Thank you to you and your staff!

The wines are good. Prices are good. Everything I have seen in these 5 star reviews is true. "However", I did not see a lot of mentions about Kane. The man that runs the show as Assistant GM. Now that is the cherry on the sundae. When we got there I parked under a tree as I needed shade for my Bulldog. Kane told me I could not park there as it was the wheelchair access. But that they are pet friendly so to bring Bentley inside. AMAZING. What a nice touch. That's not all. When I finished re-parking the car, Kane was there, next to my car with a glass of Chardonnay to great me again. SPECTACULAR.And it got better from there. This is NOT just a winery. We stopped by Rust as part of a wine tour. I’d never heard of them before, but they’ll be a MUST for me anytime I pass through Osoyoos from now on. The wines were delicious. The view was spectacular. And the staff were sooo sooo lovely: super knowledgeable about the wines and the area, and suggesting favourite snack foods (hawkins cheesies!?!) to pair with the wines. Emily in particular was such a gem (thank you Emily!). Ask for her if you’re vegetarian and looking for the best meatless pairings for their wines. ????????

Today after a horrible experience at another winery my family and I decided to visit Rust. Needless to say as we pulled up we were in a salty mood but as soon as we got out of the car that was turned around. We were met in the parking lot with a very enthusiastic host welcoming the "thirsty travellers" with 4 glasses and a bottle of wine. Every person here was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. The wine was also delish!!

We recently visited Osoyoos on a girls weekend wine touring around. A friend of ours took us to Rust and we had the most wonderful experience. We were able to do our wine tasting while sitting on their beautiful patio overlooking the mountains. My favourite wine was their Pinot Noir. Kane was a great host, super friendly, and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this winery and will definitely be back.

Went here last weekend. The place is completely revamped and looks amazing! The staff were really knowledgeable and attentive. They have an AMAZING rose. And we normally do not like rose. Same for the merlot. Great place for pictures and a view. We ended our trip here and it couldn't have been any better. Definitely will return. Our only complaint would be that Starlord did not save the galaxy that night.

Came on a wine tour, seeing 6-7 wineries during the day. Some large and established wineries and other smaller ones. Rust, by far, had the best service and top rated atmosphere. The operating mangers (husband and wife?) were awesome and made you feel welcome without being over bearing. Wine was very good as well. Cleaver marketing, branding, and winery set up, paired with nice wine and impeccable service (plus a great dog!) makes it a must-stop in Osoyoos. When i'm back ill definitely stop in again; this level of service is a breath of fresh air from what else we have seen and the couple have a bright future.

A hidden gem. Very unpretentious winery. We were greeted by Kaitlin in the parking lot with two glasses in hand and a bottle of Gewurtz. she invited us to sit on the patio and served our wine tasting to us. Beautiful rustic, unique setting, very relaxing and terrific wines, both reds and whites.

What a great winery! Once there, (cool long gravel road) the view is spectacular. There’s a super old house that’s by the tasting area and it’s really cool to look at and I believe it’s a vacation rental if desired. The wines we tried were lovely and we purchased four of them to enjoy again. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this winery!

Rust Winery is a gem! We were recommended this winery by a friend and it did not disappoint! We visited on New Years Eve day. Walking up to the winery it was eerily quiet but the side door popped open and a gentlemen holding two glasses and a bottle of wine said I've been waiting all day for you ladies! We were welcomed inside and had a private (**added bonus of visiting in the off season!) FREE tasting. Their 2014 Cab/Merlot is to die for! We also sampled Pinot Gris, 2 Merlots from different regions, Syrah & Gamay (another delightful choice). Our host described all the wines, entertained our questions and offered local advice on next stops. We grabbed the Pinot Gris, Cab/Merlot and Gamay to enjoy at a later date! Thank you for a fabulous experience! We will be back!

Dropped into Rust while up in the area for a quick visit. A charming winery, and love the artwork inside. But of course the main reason we came was for the wine. On the 31st of July we held a family dinner of 14 people at this winery and it was beyond our expectations ! we were treated like royalty and the food was amazing and so plentiful and presentation was so lovely The service was outstanding ! and of course the wine was delouse!!!!!! we also did our family pictures there and although it was very hot that day it was a perfect setting i would highly recommend this winery for any function you would like and the plus to the whole thing is its very "affordable !!" We ❤ Rust! I had heard fantastic reviews from friends and we finally got out there and were blown away. Coming our of the car, we were greeted with our first tasting. We had our kids with us and they played outside while we were served our *complimentary* tasting flight in the beautiful sunshine. We loved it so much, we became wine club members and have since recommended so many people to visit! Definitely a fantastic experience, we will be back, 100%!

The covid policies seem effective and reasonable. A group of not more than six at table seperate from the other groups servers bring the tasting to the group. Unfortunately they were out of the Gewurztraminer which was our favorite of there wines.

We visited 10 wineries in 2 days and this one was the standout favourite. Top notch customer service included being greeted with Pinot Grigio “Welcome thirsty travellers!” to being served tastings from anywhere on property. They have an amazing outdoor patio with comfortable furniture and a fantastic view. This winery doubles as an art gallery. Their space is well-planned and visually very appealing. I could have spent an entire afternoon here.

I absolutely loved this place, from the view to the staff and the wine!! I came here on a tour by "Wine Tours Gone South" for lunch, and the food was amazing! Also being greeted as we first arrived with a glass of Gewürztraminer. Not one complaint by anyone in our group, we all fell in love with this place. The reason for the four stars is because I wanted to bring my 14 year old daughter back there before we left back home the next day, for a bite to eat. As we walked up to the front I was asked by a slightly older blonde lady in all black on what I would like to taste, I had then advised that I would like to order food for my daughter and I. She then rudely informed me that this was NOT a restaurant, and proceeded to pour me a glass of Gewürztraminer to taste. I then informed her I was already there a couple days ago on a tour and did a tasting, I just wanted to bring my daughter so should could enjoy the food and view. There was an absolutely amazing girl that came up with short brown hair who had recognized me, and informed that because it was raining the cook might be holding off until the rain stopped. She informed she would double check and come right back to let me know. Unfortunately we were not able to have lunch and enjoy the view due to the rain. However the blonde lady being front and center could work on her professionalism - being the reason for my four stars.

We were really glad we decided to check this place out. Unique wines with a slightly different character than your typical Okanagan offerings. The Merlot was a little too funky for my taste (my husband liked it) but all In all the wines were exceptional. We were greeted by the most lovely host. She was so friendly, down to earth, and wonderful to chat with. We left with a bottle of the Pinot Noir. Will definitely tell our friends!

Amazing experience and awesome customer service. Had some fantastic wines to taste and a really cool area to do the testing in. We got a bit lost when driving through the field to reach the Winery but found it fairly quickly. Really cool buildings and a really interesting building just off to the side that was cool to look at with a rustic roof. Looked like something out of a movie! Got to taste 5-6 different wines which were all very unique and great to try. Ended up buying two bottles, a bottle opener and some Popsicles. Would likely return with others in the future.

Keep coming back year after year. This time we had Kaitlyn pouring our wine and it was an amazing experience!!! I appreciated the fun low key tasting...the reds were on point. The syrahs are a must try along with the merlot. I was pleasantly surprised with their zinfandel. Their extended hours were also a huge bonus! Thanks to the Rust team;)

I liked the contemporary style of this cool winery. Their rose wine are pretty good. And there is a nice old cottage beside the winery which is very rad! There are tall trees with long shades to comfort the hot summer days! I wish they have food or some hot snacks like pizza or bbq. I'm sure you will enjoy visiting and tasting there!

At Rust Wine Co. on our way down to Osoyoos. What better way to end our trip than some wine and beach. Very pleasantly surprised by this place. It's hidden off the side of the main street but fricken gorgeous! Wine was delightful, but was made so much better by the explanation and conversation with the sommelier and views from the tasting area. If you're in the area, I recommend you stop by. Adorable merchandise, great company, terrific view, and the wine ????
