I love the store, good selection of stuff. But did they get rid of all the happy people that worked there?? Anytime I go in there, I seem like we get a grey short hair lady who never cracks a smile and just looks miserable about her life. A little advice from someone who does work in customer service. Don't like the job that makes you bitchy. Change the job. Or if you are just a bitchy person in general. Don't work in customer service.

Ran into an extremely creepy staff member a few months ago who would NOT leave me alone. But other than that, this store is okay, but it's nothing special. It's just your average dollar store with a slightly larger selection of .. tinfoil.

Store layout is well organized and staff is friendly. Self checkouts not always cooperative especially the puddle one. I didn't put anything unexpected in the bagging area. And when I remove something to please the happy machine voice she complains that I took something off it that needs to be there. Frustrating, I like humans

Everyone loves the prices at Dollarama. There are usually a variety of useful and often quality items that can be found here for a reasonable price. My kids love coming here to find something they like or can use. I shop here often. This store is obviously an equation for success. Anytime I have spoken with staff, the interaction has been polite, professional and helpful.

I am a crafter and would like to see more crafting supplies. My biggest pet peeve, there was only one till open and a long lineup of customers waiting to make their purchases. More staff was needed at that particular time.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Tidy store. They have more 'clean products' then they did 7-8 years ago. Change noticed and appreciated. Great place to shop when you're looking for items you don't want to spend a lot on, experiments of any kind, and of course my favorite: notebooks with funny and motivational quotes on the cover. They've got a lot of good ones presently.
