I stopped at the new Dennys in Brooks last night Dec 17th at 9:00 pm. The host sat me at a table told me that Aneal would be my server.While I was waiting I noticed there wasn't many people in there, maybe 5 other customers. After about 5 minuets a lady asked me if I had been waited on yet, I replied not yet, and placed my order with her coffee,water, and sausage and eggs with hash browns. I waited 17 minuets for my meal which was brought to me by the host who sat me. Half way through my meal Aneal showed up and asked me if I wanted another coffee I said yes and I never saw him again. By the time I had gotten to the end of my meal I had observed the waitress grab a broom walked towards the the other side of some tables twirling the broom like a batton sending broom dirt all over the tables.I left feeling very unsatisfide. To top it all off I got 3 miles down the road pulled over and spent 10 minuets vomiting my supper. So if your hungry don't stop at Denny's in Brooks.

It’s my first time to give 5 stars in all my reviews, and it is well deserve one. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Our server was really great, shout out to her, her name is Mayolin, she made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Had the best experience at Dennys today! My server was Rebecca, I never saw her stop running once. She took care of the whole restaurant with help for her managers, it was incredible to see. The FOOD was amazing my husband order a triple bourbon burger and the chef layered the ingredients between the Pattie’s. The care that the showed us was simply amazing will be back again.

Eating out is something that has happened rarely for us over the last two years and it was John's birthday. Our meal was terrific and a great way to celebrate. It's fast. It's good. If you order an Eggs Benedict order one harder. If you want medium say hard. If you want soft say medium. Prices are ok considering how many staff are on duty and how quick you are served. The Philly omelet is really good too.

I had the fish and chips last night. Although they had a slight fish flavour they were very niticeably overprocessed patties. Evry single time we go there we wait an extrme amount of time to even place our order! We went one time with 2 waitresses working and only 5 tables and it took over half an hour to place an order we where ready to walk out espishly when the person who came in behind us by 10 minutes got his food before us... the only reason this isnt one star is cause wben we told the manager about the service he was understanding and vary happy to listen and even gave us a duscount! The manager and the food was great but the worse service ive ever had:(

Only put 1 star because I couldn't post this review without putting a star. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. This was the worse place I been too in forever. Service was terrible had to ask if I could get a coffee after sitting there for 5 minutes then after a half hour nobody came around so I had to ask the lady at the counter if we could get someone to get us more coffee and take our order. Waited another 10 minutes and had to ask again. Finally a waitress came and filled our coffee and she was walking away I said are you going to take our order she was awe ok what do you want. Then walked away then had to yell to her and ask if we could get cream for the coffee and waited another 10 mins we had to ask the lady at the desk again if we could get cream finally after the 3rd time we got cream. Then 2 older ladies asked about their order they been waiting a very long time for it and the waitress was awry we are doing the larger table 1st then your order will be done. Then one of the older ladies went to see where these larger tables were and come to find out that the waitress didn't even put their order in so they left. Table beside us their food was all burned and nobody came to check on them or did anything for them. Worse place ever to go never ever recommend

the reason for 2 stars is because I ordered chicken and i found hair in my food, the chicken tasted burnt and the fries had no salt in it. when i got my drink there was black stuff in it the waitress asked to rinse it out and give me another drink, so i waited got my glass back but with the same black stuff in it but more. I love this place! I always come here after working a late shift. The staff are wonderful and know me and my boyfriend's drink orders by heart. I waited 1 hour for eggs and bacon. Half hour for our drinks and at the end the waitress ask me if i wanted more peanut butter for my toast. I said yes and 20 min later i was paying my bill and had no peanut butter. No aervice no tip. The washrooms were gross. Out of all the flying j dennys i go to brooks ab was the worst.

I was eating at Dennys a few nights ago and had the pleasure of having Jillisa as my waitress. She gave off a good vibe and was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions about the menu. The restaurant was very clean and my food was very good. Will be returning again soon.
