You are just a number to this company, especially if you are an outfitter or operate a lodge or camp. As a fishing guide I am temporarily out of business due to Covid-19 and wanted to temporally post pone some of my coverage until I could operate again, and keep food on the table for my family. This was not an option and as a result I was forced to pay the full penalty. How can you continue to charge people when they have been temporarily forced out of business. When this is all over I will be shopping for a new insurance company, hopefully with one that values their customers.
