We were there at noon and had our meals within 10 minutes. Food was delicious and service was good.

Food was good, although it did not come as it was ordered. Server was completely unattentive, and had zero interest in our table until it was time to pay. It was not busy, maybe 5 or 6 servers for about 15 tables. Not once during our meal did she attend the table. The table next to ours had issues with her too, she had a friend sitting in the other direction of us who was well served and at 1 point she sat down with. Maybe if we would have had a different server it would have been a delightful meal, but alas it was not. I asked to speak with a manager and none ever showed up.

One of those few times when the meal comes out looking as great and delicious as the picture on the specials menu! I had the chicken dill burger with salad. It was fantastic! The cook even came out to serve them to us which I think is great. Courtney B was our server and she was on top of everything. Our food only tool about 2/3s of a drink to be ready and it was decently busy when we went. I would definitely go back to this BPs.

completely sick and tired of this boston pizza location their is a montanas accross the street don’t bother wasting your time and money here. I work here regularly and it seems every time i come to boston pizza here theirs no food left no specals available i guess the food truck doesn’t make it to brooks very often. Why bother advertising specials or food you can’t serve. Everything is frozen and reheated anyways get bigger freezers or order more food its not rocket appliances.

Went for dinner to celebrate my oldest girls acceptance to University. 3 of our family members got our meals but the oldest did not. Waited 15 minutes hoping her meal would come but when it hadn't arrived went to speak to a manager. After telling the manager the issue we waited another 5 minutes only to find out the meal hadn't even been started yet because it hadn't been rang in. Do your self a favor and don't bother going in. Manager that came to the table was apologetic and said they could make something quick but clearly that's not the truth cause the couldn't get my daughters order right. Plus my wife's steak was raw when she ordered medium and the potatoes tasted like they came from the microwave.

Since my all previous order it’s not at all correct,each time some toppings missing even telling again and again it’s repeating not taking care of it,no apology no regret and not accepting their mistake and blaming that there is something wrong with online order, even when I make them see my online order they do not accept and telling we don’t know the reason, total unsatisfied answer.If they have some technical issue with online order they should address it but not doing any effort and doing same mistake again and again. And one of the manager was telling it’s not their fault and she did not know anything about online order. If this is the answer from manager then don’t know what to expect from them. I m spending my money on food clearly mentioning In special instruction column , not taking care of it. I am really looking forward to take some quick step to tech dept if there is something wrong in online order because in my email confirmation it shows all my toppings but can not see on my pizza, high time now. Ridiculous ,and pathetic service. Not at all at the level of high satisfaction.

Came in with my wife and kids, we were seated and waited forever to order food. Ordered appetizer and meals, then proceeded to wait almost an hour for our meals as people around us sat down ordered, ate and left. When we finally got the appetizers, no plates were given or napkins. It was the longest most drawn out dining experience ever. Won't go back.

Absolute worst experience ever!!! Ordered a tropical chicken with two orders of tai bites for delivery and when it arrived pizza was burnt, it wasn't even tropical chicken and on top they forgot an order of our tai bites. So we call and understand these things happen. They were more than happy to redo our order and second try our pizza was now undercooked. I could literally mold the dough. I am just so upset.

It's a Boston Pizza: Reliably good food, a good selection of beer at a reasonable price. I had a spicy chicken sandwich (who's exact name I forget, but it's the one with the jalapenos on it). It was very tasty, but also very spicy. I like hot food, but that was about an 8 out of 10 on my "still good but not painful" scale

The table service was terrible! We never got asked if we wanted refills, how the food was, then we waited for half an hour. I finally had to go find the waitress n tell her we are ready for our dessert.... Boston Pizza is usually great. But not this one. >I’d much rather give a good review than a bad one...but I also like honest reviews. I’ve been back and so I will say the service was great this time!!!! We got through in a lot less time than the last!

I called Boston pizza in brooks last night at 7:02 pm for three orders of wings they said it’s going to be 20 minutes, I showed up 7:25 pm paid for the wings and they told me that it was just getting pack up, 5 minutes later they said they gave my wings away, and the new wings would be out shortly this was at 7:35, at 745 they said it would be 5 more minutes with a big smile, the wings cane out at 7:58 Wrong wings as well

Least favourite boston pizza location I have been to, our food took over an hour, we recieved our appetizer after all of our food. The kids all got fries with their food, and they were very weirdly spicy even to adults. When they replaced with new sides, the 'steamed' veggies, were rock solid and inedible for a young child especially.

We went to this place because we always had a great experience with Boston Pizza. The lady passed out table 10 times, didn't even bother to ask if we need a refill. Finally our food arrived... Cold burger, patty was not only cold but dry. Bun on chicken sandwich was dry, crusty and meat was cold. Usually someone passes by to ask "how is everything?" But no one come... Finally we asked other lady for a cheque and left. We are not coming back.

Unfortunately we were not entirely happy with our meal. The pop needed to have the syrup changed. The waitress apologized for the pop, and let us know it had been changed out, but the new one she brought tasted the same as the last. The waitress was very friendly, but when she brought my Sangria it didn't have any way to stir it so it was tasteless until I got to the where I could swish the glass around. We ordered wings and cauliflower bites to start, but they came at the same time as our pizza. And the waitress brought us only 1 side plate, for the 2 of us to share? The cauliflower bites were not bites, they were huge, which meant that they weren't cooked all the way...some were mushy and some were crunchy raw. The wings were ok, but not alot of taste ..and only 1 thing of ranch to share between the bites and the wings. The pizza was very tasty, but the crust wasn't cooked all they way, so the middle collapsed when you picked it up...so all of your toppings fell off. Oh and for all of this finger food, we were given only 1 extra napkin. Overall, friendly staff, but not a lot of customer service.

45 min wait for take out lasagna. The restaurant was busy and very dirty, the bathroom was a mess. Waiting at the front door you have full view to the kitchen, the garbages were over flowing the stacks of pizza pans and dishes that were on the floor was disgusting. I wasn't even offered a drink for the wait or a discount.

Is the Thai chicken wrap supposed to be a hot or cold menu item? Mine was cold and soggy. The grilled chicken breast was cold even though it was burnt. 43 minutes for the food to come, pizza was way undercooked, pasta had the wrong sauce, cheese bread had no cheese but here's the kicker, my pasta was supposed to have fresh mushrooms, when I asked why it didn't the actual supervisor goes and brings me a side of UNCOOKED FRSH MUSHROOMS and when I said this isn't going to work he offered to wrap it up for me and to top it all off there wasn't a single apology for anything, the single star they get from me because I must admit the place was clean.

It seemed like everybody else was a priority except us. The waitress took forever to get our order and the other waitress kept coming around wanting to clean up our table and give us the bill when we hadn't even received our meal. Food was okay, but we had to wait 10 minutes to get somebody's attention to be able to get our pizza boxed up. Finally I got fed up and picked up the plate and took it over to the waitress and bartender. They look surprised that I was bringing a pizza to them. To make matters worse, when the waitress was putting together our bill she got into a conversation with the bartender for about 30 seconds about small talk while we were sitting there waiting. Not very impressed at all.

We went this to this Boston pizza twice since we were staying in brooks for the weekend. Both times were terrible!! First night we were there the server didn't smile, was not friendly, and was very short. They ran out of chicken fingers on the kids menu so we ordered wings. They didnt even offer a discount on them for the inconvenience. My husband ordered the skinny Sicilian and that was the worst looking and tasting pizza. Our server did not bus our table till the end so we sat infront of all of our dirty dishes.She did not ask how our meal was once, and our drinks were empty awhile before she came to our table to see if we wanted another. We tried to go in again the following day and waited 20 min before we got up and left since none of the 5 servers we saw came over to even get a drink order. We love Boston pizza, but this one was the WORST one we have even been to. I would have asked for a manager but didn't want to wait even longer while I had starving children waiting to eat.

There was barely a stitch of sauce on the pasta I received. I asked for mushrooms, and got a grand total of 5 very thinly sliced, barely present mushrooms...the pasta with LITERALLY 2 tablespoons of sauce in a huge tray of noodles. It was late, I was tired, but I gave them a call. I spoke with Colleen, the manager. Her phone etiquette, her care, her kindness and sincerity really stood out for me. She was very apologetic and gave me a few options as to how she would rectify it. I told her I didn’t want a new meal because it’s so late, but she assured me she could be there in 10 minutes to deliver it herself. This impressed me! Things don’t always go right, but how that’s handled goes a long way. The unfortunate thing was that the second meal that came was no better than the first. I guess that’s just how their food is, so I will never order Boston pizza’s pasta again, because it’s by far the worst pasta I’ve ever had. I would’ve taken canned pasta over this. The food gets zero stars, because I just threw two containers into the garbage now rather than one, but the management is great and Colleen deserves 5 stars. I will add that the delivery lady that brought the initial delivery was great. THIS PLACE WOULD BE UNREAL, IF THE FOOD WAS GOOD!

Most definitely not my go to place had to many bad things happen the 3 to 5 times going there and out of the five time only one time went smoothly. Food was always tasty but the service and wait times is what really got to me. Maybe better now since it's been over a year since that last visit.

Still a nice sit down meal, but over the last 20 years a continuous degradation in the food makes me more disappointed every time I go there. I remember my dad saying the same thing 15 years ago and thinking he was crazy, but now I see what he means. Than again I'm spoiled by a good cook at home so maybe I'm biased.
