One of the most beautiful wineries to visit in Beamsville. I had a Birthday celebration here. Complimentary champagne and dessert. Service was excellent! Thank you!
Pretty good place. Not too many selections and good takes a long time to show up. But worth the wait.
WOW SPOT Excellent wines, magical location, knowledgeable passionate staff (Maria was great) gorgeously designed & constructed facility and amazingly landscaped ???? A must visit ❤️
My wife and I had dinner here on 4/27/19. We try to eat here a few times a year, it's always a pleasure. This evening we had there new seven course tasting menu. I had the wine pairing with my meal. I believe this is there first time with a tasting menu. They did a wonderful job. I hope they continue with such dinners. Thank you very much Kelly for the wonderful service! Visit there website for what they are currently serving as it changes base on availability. Enjoy the attach photos of the seven courses we had. First Course: Seared Scallop Celery Root, Black Truffle, Gem Lettuce Second Course: Smoked Kolapore Trout Beetroot, Apple, Horseradish, Dill Third Course: Roasted Carrot Ginger, Coriander Seed, Buttermilk, Toasted Sunflower Fourth Course: Heritage Chicken Parsnip, Coffee, Toasted Grain Jus, Nasturtium Fifth Course: Marinated Lamb Saddle Black Garlic, Pickled Onion, Rutabaga, Dried Fruit Jus Sixth Course: Koji Ice Cream Apple Kombucha, Hemp Seed, Maple Seventh Course: Brown Butter Pear Hazelnut Crème Fraiche, Black Pepper Meringue
While the wine and the food are both incredible - I have to say: the staff are the reason why we keep coming back. Everyone is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and warm. By far my favourite winery. Get to Redstone. You won't be disappointed.
Awesome staff, great food, beautiful setting. Will come back again.
Pricey but food and wine is really good????
5 stars across the board: food was delicious, stunning vistas, and outstanding bar rail/cocktails (yes, they serve more than wine!). Special "shout-out" to the amazing service. We were there recently for my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary with the family (including 6 children); now, certainly in the best of times it would have been a challenge given all of the dietary restrictions, but this was in COVID times as well, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and safe. Our server was especially thoughtful, attentive and friendly. Also huge thank-you to the Executive Chef, David, for helping to organize the meal and ensure that all dietary restrictions were met.
Service and cleaniess was excellent. Loved the picnic idea especially during COVID. Food was overpriced and portions small. Dessert was excellent loved the use of local ingredients.
I've had many amazing experiences with Redstone for both formal work functions and personal visits. They hit the mark each time. Recently, my husband and I did the picnic in the vineyards and it was such a nice way to still support a local business I love and keep a safe social distance. Great spot all around ❤️
Fantastic winery, we also had lunch, which was delicious.
I’m sorry to be in the minority here… what’s the big deal? This must be a suburb standard ???? if I’m paying 30 bucks for a burger it better have truffle in it ????????♂️ the food is ok and you pay for the ambiance… I guess people will pay given the limited options around the area. I would say you get much better value and “inspiration” in Niagara on the Lake… or in the city. Oh yea… the wine was on par… but There are better options in the vicinity.
Stopped in on a Friday night about half hour until close thinking to just have a drink. Patio was fully booked but the lovely hostess suggested that if we wanted to order takeout on OpenTable we could go sit in the vineyard where they have picnic tables set up. What a fantastic idea! So we ordered our drinks and margarita pizza and a dessert, a chocolate peanut butter brittle, and we enjoyed it while we watched the sunset. I've had a lot of Margarita pizzas in Italy, I have to say this one was right up there with those...What a beautiful place a great atmosphere fantastic service, we will definitely be back
Came for the dinner & concert! Food was good and is a pretty location. Recommend if you are in the area!
Always a fantastic time at Redstone! My first time having dinner here, and it was delicious! Love their Limestone Riesling, which paired perfectly with the Handmade Farfalle with shrimp and ricotta. Yum!
Expectations Exceeded! Just a beautiful atmosphere on the Redstone Patio! Didn't know it was opening day, you wouldn't know it as everything was so smooth! This has to be one of the nicest patios in the entire Niagara wine region! Food was fantastic, best fries ever! When in the area, be sure to treat yourself! Loved it!
Spectacular views, amazing architecture and terrific restaurant with exceptional service.
Great location. Wonderful food delivered by first rate servers. Wonderful evening on the patio.
Food was lovely, would definitely revisit next time I’m in the Niagara region. Outdoor patio is beautifully set up with a gorgeous view of the vineyard. Staff are very friendly as well.
Really enjoyed my experience here at the winery. We had great weather and were seated out in the patio. Service could’ve been a tad bit better but the food and drinks that came out were excellent! Loved the truffle fries and crispy chicken skins! You can tell some of the ingredients are definitely farm to table. I’ve never had such a juicy and sweet green tomato before! The 2013 bistro Chardonnay was buttery and paired well with our food. I ended up going back a week later to buy a case!
We just became wine club members here and same day ate at the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the wine is and the food was outstanding! We had the chef menu and it was to die for! Also fun fact, there’s a free Tesla charger in the parking lot, which we really appreciated! ????????????????
Excellent staff. Quick and friendly. we look forward to coming back.
Food was delicious. The french fries were to die for. Little disappointed we couldn't sit on the patio. Tried to reserve far in advance but the website says no patio reservations. We showed up only to be turned away due to a fully booked patio... Other than that, we sat out at the back picnic tables and enjoyed the wine and takeout food.
We we were late for our reservation due to bad weather Saturday afternoon. I called an hour ahead, (while driving on my way) to ask if they will still let us keep it if we were late 15 mins. We didn’t have any issue with the concierge on the phone. He simply said “absolutely no problem a lot of people cancelled due to the weather”. Not the case when we arrived at the restaurant after driving 2 hours. We didn’t have anybody come to us until after an hour and then some. The worst part was there were tables around us getting served within 5 mins of getting seated. Slap in the face. We have had the QR code menu memorized by the time our server came to us. I didn’t even want to stay anymore hoping to move to the next winery. The only positive is when I asked for my toddlers food ASAP before our drinks they actually delivered.
A wonderful experience on sat night 32 degree which felt like nappa Ca. Great umbrellas. Food was top notch. Wait staff cleaning tables and following the covid which was impressive. Best porch chop i have ever eaten. Berries. Nuts. Killer.
A favourite spot to come for dining, wine tasting, musical events, admire the animals kept on site or enjoy the sunset from the patio. Amazing staff always going above and beyond with experience. Fun seasonal cocktails and snacks offered that you can enjoy at the bar when walking or biking through the region. I love the Friends and Family nights offered and leave looking forward to my next visit. Oh, did I mention the wine- amazing, you can buy onsite and take home for later.
Incredible food! The food we had especially the corn chowder was to die for and dining in the vineyard really sets the stage. Will be back.
Nice place. Friendly staff. A bit pricy. I guess a tourist spot. No complaints. Food was good.
We had the chance to come to The Restaurant at Redstone this summer. They have a nice large terrace from where you can see the fields while enjoying a fresh drink. The menu wasn’t too large but, they have the bases covered for pub fare. Overall it is a good place to grab a bite and enjoy the good weather. The service was also good and very friendly.
The Restaurant is in a beautiful property, sit inside in a climate control or outside on the patio, both are amazing specially the outside landscape with the vineyard views. Our waitress Bailey was fantastic serving and providing suggestions on dishes and wines, she explained how their menu works as you ordered the different courses of your dinner. You get several delicious small portions of well prepared and nicely presented dishes. In house freshly made bread. My understanding is that your meals are locally grown. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend it. We will be back.
Excellent for wine tasting!
Ate dinner here after going to a show at the Shaw Festival. I think it's great that they pay the staff a living wage! For dinner, I ordered the duck. For dessert I had the peanut butter and chocolate praline. Everything was delicious! My dad ordered the ling cod, but while he enjoyed it he thought it wasn't hot enough (he's fussy about temperature), but I didn't even think about the temperature of my food because it was perfect for starting to eat when it arrived at the table. I definitely want to come back one day!
For what is considered slightly high end for the area, service was subpar at best. While the food was okay, it was nowhere near outstanding and memorable. The really only high point was the outdoor patio and scenery. Much of our experience was tainted by the lack of service and attention by the staff. Unfortunate really.
Fantastic experience!! Wonderful ambiance, service and exquisite cuisine
The Redstone Winery & Restaurant were easy to find on King St., in Beamsville and we went for a sole purpose to take time and learn about this gorgeous contemporary design! The Winery and Restaurant were built 5 years ago and they enjoy offering 99% organic wines. The Redstone Restaurant is exquisite and we'll be eager to book reservations for our special occasion!
Excellent outdoor patio design -fantastic use of space and design. Pride of ownership. Delicious lunch. Stage for entertainment. Wish I could experience the night lighting and dinner menu. We had a great server/manager take care of us. An emphatic recommend to wine lovers and foodies!
The atmosphere, amazing, the cleanliness and service are amazing, food is okay, nothing special but the whole experience is enjoyable.
Good experience. Cold evening on the patio but the staff was very accommodating and helpful to move us to place that was less breezy and had a heater. Food was delicious. Only complaint (all things considered) was the on-tap choices were lack luster and minimal but that may have been due to the time of year and pandemic circumstances.
Great food and atmosphere. Kaleb was awesome! Great photographer too.
Great food. Great service. Servers receive living wage. Beautiful interior, patio and grounds.
A bit pricy. The lunch there taste good. Really good service.
Staff were friendly Wine was very good Food was delicious Liked my experience here
We had a fantastic visit. The restaurant has such a gorgeous setting.
Went as a walk-in when they had dozens of empty tables. Told me to leave and book my table online as they were fully booked. Passed by an hour later and the same tables were still empty. Super unwelcoming, and unappreciative of guests. I probably won’t return!
Had lunch here with some co workers. We sat outside as it was beautiful weather. So nice outside. The food was very good. I had the steak and fries and it was cooked exactly as I like. Highly recommend this place
Great spot an very good wines. Was slightly disappointed with the tasting experience. You don’t get a lot to sample for the price, nothing to munch on and clear the taste before moving on to another wine and pretty much left on your own. We didn’t get questioned on what wines we preferred nor had a chance to have them explained to us. It also wasn’t explained that we couldn’t buy the wines from the club tasting item without signing up for the wine club. Still very much worth it for the quality of the wine.
Stopped in for a couple of flights- very clean and respectful of protocols!! Also amazing WINE ???? and service ????
excellent take out meal for a lazy sunday dinner in Lincoln. Food was fresh and hot. Chicken was perfectly spiced and very tender. Would get fries without spice next time but thats just a personal thing…they were still tasty
Amazing venue! The decor and atmosphere is contemporary and modern, but still warm and welcoming. The wine selection is never ending, and they also have some fantastic craft beer! You can get just about anything at the bar! Service was excellent. The food was delicious! We were there for an arranged event so the menu was preselected. Salads, chicken, steak, veggies, all of it was well prepared and so yummy. The desert was incredibly sweet and rich, too much to take in after all the tasty food... We will definitely return on our own to explore the menu options and take another crack at the desert! (Brownie peanut butter fudge bar);)
Great place to stop in for lunch
Wonderful experience here Vince served us the tasting menu Didn't go to the restaurant but will be coming back for sure
My father and I had a wonderful experience here with Michelle as our server. Michelle was able to recommend fantastic vegan options for me, as well as delicious omni options for my father. She was incredibly personable and really made our experience special. Michelle, you’re a rockstar!
We were absolutely amazed with our stay. The food was outstanding in flavour and presentation. The building and surrounding grounds is breathtaking. Every detail of your dining experience was thought of. We can't wait to come back in the summer for their concert series we heard of!
Fantastic food, wine is decent but definitely work visiting for their food
Had a wonderful experience on the patio. My server was very helpful and very accommodating to my food allergies.
We visited Red Stone Winery with our two children this past weekend; we opted to picnic in their vineyard. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Ordering the food was seamless and the picnic area was very spacious, with plenty of room for distancing. The umbrella provided just the right amount of shade for our us (group of 4) although for slightly larger groups, it may not provide quite enough shade on a very hot day. We ran into an issue with our burger and brought it to the attention of the manager, Samantha, who rectified the situation immediately; she was professional and warm. We would recommend this place and would definitely come back!
Drove from Oakville to have a late lunch at the winery restaurant with my mother and baby. Upon arrival, the place is beautiful. We waited for a hostess as the sign at the entrance indicated. We were asked if we had reservations. We informed the hostess we did not have reservations as we were not aware of this and were told that we would not be able to have lunch today as they are fully booked for the entire day. The restaurant appeared to be at 25% capacity or even less. We nicely asked if they could make an exception as we drove all this way with a baby - had to unpack, change the baby, put the stroller together etc and there was no sign at the side of the road or on the premises indicating that the restaurant is by reservation only. We pleaded nicely with the the hostess (who is pregnant and will soon understand the work required to go to a restaurant at such a distance from home with a baby) but she said plain out “no”. My mother went inside and used the restroom and asked another worker who stated they would see if a table would be available but the pregnant hostess right away said no again. Zero compassion and just rude. I will never return to this winery for this reason. Save your time and money as there are plenty of wineries nearby with amazing and kind customer service.
First time at Redstone. Such a beautiful winery!!! Went for Wednesday pizza night. Pizza was just awesome!!! As was the beet salad. Wonderful, attentive server named Connor. Very happy they pay their staff a living wage. Will definitely be going back soon.
The food was delicious, the service was perfect and the view was gorgeous! The wine that was recommended to us was outstanding. This is a must when visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake region. We cannot wait to come back!
This is one of the nicest restaurants/wineries to spend an afternoon in during summer or early autumn season. Their patio is lovely and very spacious, great for big groups of people, to come here with the kids or just a simple lunch for two. The food is great and high quality, I love when I see that there is effort and passion put into the food that I eat. The servers are always organized and they all know their stuff, really helpful when it comes to choosing wine.
No effort was made to give us a table so we opted to sit out front but requested some food. We were “handed” a pre made charcuterie “takeout” container and we orders 2 glasses of wine. The wine was a 5oz pour and the bill was $68 … We asked if we could order takeout and eat it at our table and we’re told NO WONT BE BACK
We had such a good time, the food was good, service excellent and the ground was beautifully landscaped, highly recommended but you need to book in advance
Good food. Friendly staff. Nice environment
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Redstone. Our server, Colin, was very informative, punctual and accommodating as we requested alternatives/substitutions for some of the items we ordered. I had the Gem lettuce salad and the Ceviche (a little bit hangry that day but I had the appetite and the stature to pull it off - took my sweet a$$ time and wasn’t rushed to do so. My wife had the Heirloom Tomato Toast with Fiore de Lattee (as opposed to the Ricotta). A Sangria was in order for a beautiful sunny afternoon and it did not disappoint. We don’t eat meat (pescatarian) so it was nice to have a variety of options. The grounds were beautiful to explore and see some of the ingredients that were on the menu. We’ll definitely be back again, perhaps this time for a twilight dinner as I’m sure the ambiance is superb. Also grabbed a bottle of Pinot Gris to go. See you again soon ... I hope.
Always great food and service
Beautiful restaurant and winery! I can't speak for the other dishes on the menu, as we only had a few of the pizza's, but they were all fantastic! The wine as well was top notch. Service was a little lacking but we arrived on short notice and at an odd time of day so maybe that is to be expected. That being said, I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area and are looking for an excellent pizza in beautiful surroundings!
Had a lovely lunch. Loved the Cumbrae burger.
Excellent views paired with smooth and tasteful wines and fabulous food. We really enjoyed this venue for lunch and particularly loved the meat pizza and calamari. The calamari was probably one of the best I've ever had with a very nice sauce and seasoning. Add a couple glasses of red wine and you're in heaven. My wife had the escargot and it wasn't really as flavourful as she would have hoped. She merely mentioned this offhand when they enquired as to why she didn't eat more than a quarter of it and that was it. They apologized and removed it from our bill. Fantastic service experience. You can tell they care. We will most certainly be back!
By far a favourite winery! Such a great choice lovely staff great atmosphere and great wines! Even for January.....
The wines at redstone are playful, robust and unique pallet experiences. They may be a young winery but there is true talent here that extends beyond the wine makers to their staff. Gold stars specifically to our server Ben who was bright lively and very knowledgeable about both the wines, vineyard and harvesting processes. Made my Mom's birthday a wonderful experience!
Hats off to David Sider & Team for their Take Out Christmas Dinner! The Best Christmas Take Out we have ever ordered. We usually do the Royal York but decided to try Redstone this year. The portions were large with several dishes just like you would have at a normal holiday feast with every dish carefully made to perfection. WOW, hoping you offer this again in the future we would definitely make this a repeat for Christmas 2022 or any special occassion (Easter, Thanksgiving...). Thanks again for helping to make our holidays special.
They cooked the food without adding spice that would leave an after taste in your mouth
Food was delicious but not alot of selection, especially meat. The patio is amazing, with a view of a small vineyard. The staff was supper friendly. Would have given 5 stars but need more meat selection lol.
We had a wonderful wine tasting over the weekend. We reserved outside on the patio ahead of time, and we were not disappointed! Isaac was a wealth of information about wine, from growing the grapes to the industry as a whole. The patio was gorgeous overlooking the vineyards. I highly recommend Redstone Winery and hope to be back soon.
We had an amazing dinner. Staff was really nice and polite Me and my parents are vegetarian. So, their chief specially came out for various options for us. Saw beautiful sunset ... had an awesome experience ????
My favorite winery on the bench! Best service during COVID times. Highly recommended
Had an amazing lunch with the best Father today at Redstone Winery. Patio chats with others..excited to be there finally..food and wine ..sunshine.. all amazing.oh and the waitress was a sweetheart!!
The food was delicious. The scenery gorgeous and our server Emily was great! All in all, a perfect lunch out.
Fabulous Night at Redstone..Unbelievable Foods by Chef David ...and What more can you say about the Wines
It has a very beautiful outdoor sitting area next to vineyard. Food options were a bit limited, everything tasted great but nothing mind blowing. A bit overpriced for its claas and chef.
Our dinners were excellent we will be back again
Beautiful place, great service by Connor, food was very tasty. We had the cremini mushroom and blue cheese pizza and it was very yummy!
Great setting, service and food. Outdoor dining in the vineyard was nice, and food tasty. Very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. Would certainly go back for a meal and the scenery.
Atmosphere is great, Service was good but totally disappointed in food. For the price they charge should be way better. 29$ for a burger that was small and bland ( I’ve had better burgers at A&W or Harvey’s) and 21$ for a Ceaser salad. Premium prices deserve Premium quality!
The winery is beautiful and has outdoor seating in the summer..on weekends , they have local artist performing songs. They give you a good idea about the wine making process if you're a newbie.. Suggest you to meet Renato for a good conversation about their wine. Also, a must try are their butter pecan tarts and goat/sheep Gouda...you need to book your tasting a week or so in advance to get a good timing for the weekend.. We love their burger blend Pinot+Riesling and the Maximum..we are sure to be back soon!!!
We've enjoyed Redstone many times - always good food and great atmosphere. Latest visit was July 2020, shortly after re-opening post the COVID shutdown. What a change, but not for the better. Food was dull, beer and wine weren't cold, service was slow and the prices have gone through the roof. No plan to return, perhaps ever. What a shame.
Amazing, what a wonderful dinner! Service was great too.
Quite a decent place. Has a very attractive ambience. The architect did a great job. Dining room overlooks the Redstone vineyards. Food good, wine great, and service friendly.
Great experience at Redstone Winery. Our waitress (Bailey), was friendly, informative and timely. The food and wine was delicious and came quickly. At first we thought the menu was over priced until we found out this restaurant offers its servers a “living wage” and therefore no tip is required. Would definitely return!
Always have been throughly impressed with the food at Redstone, however today was the first time I ordered their pizza. Couldn’t even eat it because it was sooo burnt!
The food and wine here are amazing! Their chef is excellent and very good at accommodating food restrictions while still making it delicious.
Great food and wine. Friendly service. Nice outdoor eating atmosphere. Try it - you will come back.
Really nice outdoor patio. Oysters were great. Nice place for a date but there's just nothing like going to a winery with friends and people watch the wanna be elite.
For information purpose. I know their website states this but know that the online menu was different that what is available when you dine. When presented the bill and after processing payment, I noticed there was no option for leaving a tip. I was told then that the staff are now making a "living wage" and that the prices on the menu have increased to include this. This information needs to be communicated long before presenting the bill. Prices have increased considerably. Dinner for 2 people now will run you $200 ++. I am all for supporting local business but I can do that multiple times for the same cost.
Tasty oysters paired with their own bubbly, delicious blue cheese and mushrooms pizza with a delicious Pinot Noir - the layout is nice and the view is gorgeous - stop by for lunch after starting your wine tour at Malivoire across the street
We had a great time. The food was excellent and service was amazing. Highly recommended.
Lovely first time experience to celebrate our anniversary at Redstone Winery. Food was great and staff were very friendly.
Our family favourite! Gorgeous location. Amazing staff and food and drinks is always delicious. I recommend!
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. The service with Michelle was above and beyond. I would hire her in a heartbeat with her work ethics and charisma. The only thing I would suggest is to slightly increase the volume of the music. They played great music but it was difficult to hear. That is just a preference.
Always good food, great staff. Pizza has great flavor. A great place to have a Saturday afternoon lunch.
