Terrible customer service at this location, my wife and i have been buying coffee at this location for years, we started a loyalty stamp program with this establishment for every 25 cartons of large coffees bought you would receive one free, we finally got to 25 on our first card, took it in to the location to be told that it did not apply to the Starbucks brand??? I bought Starbucks every week why would this not be communicated somehow or somewhere.. Very disappointing this establishment has lost my business for life.... Customer beware if i could i would rate this with no stars

This was my first experience with Positano (Ben) and it couldn’t have been any better. We purchased two kits (for a friends wedding) which we were doing ourselves at home. We prepared them as per instructions and then waited the two weeks. Upon opening them two weeks later, we discovered that the white batch had mold on the top, the yeast didn’t dissolve as it should have. We took some pictures and continued on with the red. I called Ben the next day, sent the pics and he replaced it no problem. He not only replaced the kit, he did the batch for us. That’s not all though, he also included the labels and seals at n/c. We were able to do everything at Positano and it was a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment, he has made a permanent customer in me. Trust me that I will be passing the word on to all my friends who make or drink wine (and there’s a few) to visit and see for themselves what great service and hospitality is present at Positano’s. Ben and his team are “Awesome “. Thanks Ben.

Also he has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you don’t like it you can return it. It’s a win-win, wine at less than half the price of the LCBO. Also this wine has less chemicals added than the wines you buy from LCBO. Definitely the place to go!
