This is a small cozy place with wonderful staffs. The vineyards and the lavender fields are so attractive that you would like to stay there for an extended period.
What great shop. Good ciders and wine. A great area to walk around as well.
Beautiful place, exceptional service! Nice wine and product to buy!
Bonnieheath is beautiful and has delightful wines and ciders. Its worth a trip to bonnieheath.
This breathtaking property in Norfolk County brings dream to life of sipping fresh wines and ciders, building your own charcuterie and experiencing a welcoming place to enjoy. Walk the fields, explore the property and stay as long as you wish. Cheers to the Bonnieheath experience.
Very nice estate. Great venue for pictures and the products are very potent. Thank you for the awesome lemonade.
Just a wonderful place to be. So many lavender products.
Awesome place with friendly staff. Beautiful grounds to walk and enjoy. Great ciders too!
It was really a fun day at @bonnieheathestate , lots of things to learn about French and English lavender. ????
Best apple cider ever. Very pretty shop and super unique products.
I had a wonderful experience here walking the property with a cider in hand. Lavender was in full bloom and the loud humming of bees was amazing. Wonderful dry ciders to taste. Loved the lavender dessert wine.
Great customer service today, lovely product tasting and have great Covid protocols.
Outstanding, award winning wines. Cider and lavender products. What is not to love about Bonnieheath!
Amazing people and wine
This place was a wonderful find! Abundant fields of lavender (French & English) as well as vineyards you can stroll through. Flight tasting is not available but you can try out a glass of their wines or ciders. Cherry bomb is fantastically refreshing and delightful. Lavender tea & lemonade are other options. You can also cut your own lavender.
$10 admission -great value Lovely day walking through the rows upon rows of lavender. A relaxing and enjoyable time. Sampled some great wines and hard ciders. Met Lucy their dog who came along for the informative wagon ride around the premises. Listened to beautiful music while drinking more wine in the shaded area infront of Gazebo. All the staff extremely helpful and friendly with smiles all around. Felt as if we were visiting family and friends. Live entertainment was beautiful to listen to while inhaling the fragrant lavender breezes Washrooms were very clean. Gift shop is great! Definitely will tell everyone about this gem of a place. Thank you for a wonderful day. See you next year
I love this place not only it was free, but also the staffs were nice. You could buy wine, lemonade or ice cream here and take amazing pictures
Lavender was harvested August 7th.
What a beautiful place.
Beautiful lavender farm and vineyard! Free admission is a big plus, as many lavender farms charge you just to enter and walk around. We got a glass of rose wine and a lavender lemonade (total was just under $10; very reasonable prices) and enjoyed them sitting in the gazebo overlooking the property. They have a nice store with a variety of lavender products; I got a jar of lavender-infused honey for my mom and she loves it. Look forward to returning to try their lavender ice cream!
Beautiful and different than rest of the VQA wineries. The walk around through lavender and grape plants was fun, and most important, they have one of the best Red wines I ever had, Medium body, with hint of berries and lavender. very easy to drink. S
This was our first Lavender farm experience but certainly not going to be our last. This place was so amazing away from the city hustle bustle. With acres of farm land to see fresh lavender and vineyards, this is one place to drop by in the summer to relax and smell the fresh lavender. You got to try their lavender lemonade and ice cream. That’s Something worth trying and if you like wine you sure are in for some exciting choices. Grab yourself some natural in-house products like room spray, bath bombs, scrubs etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One day before long weekend of Canada day, we went to this farm to our surprises that the admission fee jumped 66% than last year. Last year was only $6/person (now $10/person !!!), A very huge increase... We don't see any new entertainers and no better parking facilities. They are exactly the same like last year when the admission fee was $6/person. I had photos when we were there last year. All the same, except the lavender flowers are mostly missing this year. No improvement but getting worse. We was still thinking perhaps the farm has more events and has more entertainments. But we were wrong. The lavender flowers were not much growing, most of the lavender flowers were still "sleeping" or " gone". We saw some guests wandered to the lavender field to cut the flowers (not sure whether the guests has to pay or not). That's is why, there were not so many lavender flowers. What left was only young lavender without blossom flowers. Very dull. It was not possible to take memorable photos. The admission ticket can be used for wine sampling or regular lemonade drink (even they said it was lavender lemonade, but it tasted lake a cheap regular lemonade). Don't use the ticket to change for lavender lemonade drink. You will regret. The place was not busy. There were not so many items to purchase on site. It used to be a lot of different lavender products to buy, but it is not anymore now. We don't think to come to this place anymore. It is not worth to spend money there. The wagon tour was the same as last year. No improvement or new entertainers with the increased admision fees. We are really disappointed. Not recommended to visit.
Great farm with a super calm and peaceful feel. Loved the time there among the lavender flowers.
(Translated) Very friendly husband and wife ~ (Original) 很友好地夫妻老板~
Such a lovely and welcoming place. We caught the French lavender just in time and had an opportunity to walk through the vineyard. There are lots of spots to sit, sip, chat, and enjoy. The wine and cider were delicious too! They have a build your own charcuterie option. The shop is really lovely and full of amazing gifts and lavender products.
Interesting wines , great service. Visit if you are in the area
I have been there in 2014 and it was the most beautiful and interesting of the lavender farms I have been in Ontario. The owners were lovely. Their products were great! Need to go there again.
Is a very well maintained lavendar farm. Visitors are free to roam the area, which includes French and English lavendar and small vineyard. Shop has some great lavendar products, wines and hard ciders. Non-alcoholic beverages also available. Restrooms on site are clean. Picnic tables on site and they sell wine by the glass. Staff were friendly.
You'll love this place!! Anita and Steve are an amazing couple who started as tobacco farmers, then planted vineyards and added added the lavender. We had a group wagon ride throughout the farm, narrated by Steve. Then Anita did a great lavender presentation. Then we had 2 wine and a cider sampling...all were delicious! Don't forget to enjoy their lavender shop. We all loved this farm and look forward to our next trip. The drive to Waterford is nice, especially if you're from the city.
Lovely winery and lavender farm. The property here is absolutely stunning, and the cider and wine we bought is excellent. I really enjoyed our visit this past weekend, especially the walk we took around the grounds. Definitely worth the visit!
Very pleasant visit. Quite big farm. Nice shop providing lavender products, and more. Cider, wine, ice cream, lemonade and more. You can cut your lavender, with options of $10, $15, and $20 rings. They provide you with scissors ✂️. Some seating tables are available. Very clean washrooms ???????? like home clean. Will visit again ????
Wow! We spent easily 5 hours here sipping wine, walking through the property, chatting with the owner, her mother, and the amazing staff. The wines were delicious, the lavender ice cream was so creamy and delicious. And let's not forget the lavender. Stunning. Free to wander, but you'll spend money in their funny stocked store. GO NOW!
A great place to enjoy lavender in peace and solitude. Extremely beautiful and one of the best places you can find. Parking is free as well as the admission. Has a vineyard as well and wine tasting can be done for a small fee. Has some of the most picturesque views. Places is definately recommended for fellow social media buddies who are looking to get the best out of the place with people not lingering around in the background. It is about a couple hours away if you travelling from Brampton so be mindful of that. The county has a lot more to offer so your trip will definately be worth it.
Nice place to spend the afternoon walking in the fields. Great wines and ciders.
Amazing place ...amazing products ...amazing people this place is a MUST visit ????
Beautiful place. Kind people working there and more special with a 11 years old boy playing and singing beautifully!! Special day for my family!
Awesome place.
Absolutely magical place! The owners are so very friendly and knowledgeable! We are excited to hear about new additions to their activities with a B&B and gourmet dinners! We will be back soon!
Excellent, beautiful place for pictures, enjoyable and relaxing field. The lavender lemonade is a must. Afordable for all pockets.
Beautiful place, wine and cider was amazing, owner was so pleasant to speak with! Amazing variety of lavender products as well! Bought a case of wine/cider and then enjoyed a glass on the patio overlooking grounds before we left! Will definitely be back!!
It's a very nice place to go visit. Will go again for sure. :)
Stunning lavender farm, great wine, lavender ice cream and cider. Remember to walk down the graph farm to visit the little house in the back and wetland.
First time going to the lavender fest this year... Won't be the last! It was so neat! A beautiful place to go and walk the property. Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to go with friends or by yourself. The lavender was beautiful to see. You're able to go on a guided tour of the farm and vineyard. Also taste testing is available with the purchase of your ticket. And they have THE BEST lime lavender blueberry sherbet!! SO GOOD!!
We’ve been coming here for years and throughly enjoy coming! Very affordable date potion to grab a glass of cider or wine and go for walk on the grounds.
Absolutely amazing place and amazing staff. We had a great experience visiting Bonnieheath Estate.
Always a beautiful space to visit. Must come when in bloom and enjoy the snacks, drinks, and even a picnic! We love bringing the family for some beautiful picture opportunities.
This breathtaking property in Norfolk County brings dream to life of sipping fresh wines and ciders, building your own charcuterie and experiencing a welcoming place to enjoy. Walk the fields, explore the property and stay as long as you wish. Cheers to the Bonnieheath experience.

It is a nice and relaxed atmosphere here. I went early on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. The staff are friendly and there's a store that sells lavender products and wine. There are also spots setup throughout the grounds with either chairs or umbrellas so that you can relax while enjoying a drink or ice cream.
Lovely afternoon for a first time visit, sat sipping lavender lemonade amid the rows of fragrant lavender filled with butterflies and bumblebees. A young couple were getting married in the lavender gazebo while a bagpipe played the Jewish Hora. Sooo charming.???? I picked out a couple of bottles of wine and a bundle of dried lavender. The gift shop was full of delightful gifts. I settled on a package of 3 Lavender Sachets for drawer or dryer. Many thanks to my friend Joanne Ratz for the local road trip.????????????????????I really enjoyed the visit.????
Very nice staff. Very good wine to
Very beautiful and picturesque. They have a lot of lavender based products and beautiful grounds to take pictures in.
Awesome place peaceful and quiet. Great to get wine, chat and listen live music. Also you find a store with lavender and wine products.
It is an amazing place. You can have a great time and have some wine or cider
Our family just went there at the end of June 2019 (5 people), and was so disappointed. Two years ago (2017), the admission fee was $4/person. Last year was $6/person. It is now $10/person. However, with the increased admission fee, there is no better services or events. The lavender flowers were not much, and so it is not suitable to take good photos. Not so many people come. Less products to sell than last year. No additional events or attractions for increasing admission fee. The only thing they add is free Lavender Lemonade tasting, which is no difference with lemonade from Nofrills or Freshco ( no lavender taste at all), however once you choose this free regular Lavender lemonade tasting, you cannot try wine tasting anymore. The parking lot is on gravel. This place is definitely not recommended to visit. It is just a grab of guest's money. We would recommend to go somewhere else. I surely believe, this place will not be a good place anymore to visit for many family soon. Very disappointed. We are for sure not going back to this place anymore. Enough is enough.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Enjoyed the Mom market on Sunday September 27. Will return!
So beautiful and their work wine is excellent
Beautiful
Great selection of wines from not a commonly used grapes. The presentation could have been better: we had 3 samples, and had to reuse the same paper Dixie cups for all 3.
Beautiful lavender farm and lovely store!!!
Delightful place, well worth stopping by.
Festival is amazing. The staff is so friendly. All arrangements are perfect, Very enjoyable.
So glad that you were our first stop on the wine tour. An amazing warm and welcoming family run establishment. Thanks again Corry for your beautiful stories, the girls and I hope to see you again soon!
This is what agri-tourism should look and feel like. A truly pleasant place to visit on their annual lavender fest. Not overpriced, not too crowded. The grounds are lovely to walk around in, and the wagon ride is just the right duration and with great explanations along the route. Much better than the other lavender farm we visited.
Love this place so much, their so welcoming and the products are amazing!!!
Amazing products amazing ambiance, brought my friend from LA... I was very disappointed in the service. The girl behind the counter seemed like she didnt want to be there. I was hoping for more information and knowledge for sure :( maybe next time.
This property is absolutely beautiful..stunning! The fresh lavender ???? The wild flowers ???? The lavender lemon juice is definitely done to perfection.. This is a must visit * Cory....thank you soo much for of our tour... Wine ...fresh lavender, Creams ...
Great place & great ciders.
Great place & great ciders.
Very friendly staff is the best point , even the owner was very friendly. Helped with all the doubts about drying and taking care of the flower. It was much freedom in the farm , safety precautions are taken very carefully. I don’t feel to give anything less than 5 star for this
My friends and I packed a picnic lunch hoping that we could enjoy it along with a glass of Bonieheath's delicious cider among the beautiful lavender fields and vinyard. When we asked if it would be alright to have a picnic the staff said "by all means!" What a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere and the owners are some of the nicest people you could ever meet! While I was there I bought a couple bottles of wine and some pink lavender! If you haven't been, you really need to go!
Their cider is perfect, my absolute favorite. My wife and I have made a number of trips out to pick some up and enjoy the grounds.
Had a wonderful experience . Enjoyed the wine tasting experience. Staff was pleasant. Few of the gift shop items were expensive.
Amazing !! Must visit Beautiful welcoming the smell in the air is sooo Healing.Relaxing Go see with friends.have Drink. Love it.
If love wine and lavender, this is the place to go. Great experience!
This is the most beautiful lavender farm I have ever been to! You can roam the fields with a glass of their own wine/cider, enjoy lavender ice cream, shop in their store, then cut your own fresh lavender to take home. Spectacular!
Excellent cidar. Small space. Could use some real glasses.
Wonderful location and beautiful farms. Owners are polite, and happy .
Not wheelchair or walker friendly...just got back from there and would have loved to walk to see the gardens but to difficult with the walker.
Friendly staff, small, but beautiful.
Excellent!
Wonderful experience! A must see place to visit and try both wines and lavender products. Meticulous gardens and winery.
A great place to visit. Lovely people, delicious wine and all sorts of lavender extras.
Wonderful place, fantastic service, great products. Highly recommended.
Very beautiful farm - very clean and well kept. Staff was really pleasant and welcoming. Purchased some Lavender products along with some cider & lavender infused wine. Great experience overall and would definitely revisit!
Very friendly. Helpful
We where there this past Sunday for the very first time. Most amazing winery. Unbelievably well kept very nice staff and excellant wine. We spend a great deal of time in Norfolk so this will certainly not be our last visit. Mist impressed.
Beautiful. And so excited after meeting the events co-ordinator! Can't wait for all the amazing things!
Lovely location. Haven’t been in several years and was greatly surprised. We met Cory, one of the new owners and she helped us choose our wine and paired it with a few delectable nibbles from her store front. Great selection, even had some dairy friendly and gluten free choices. She told us about future developments and plans they have been making a on the farm, very exciting. My favourite is the addition of a cosy in door seating area in a quaint setting for sipping and savouring treats purchased on site. Although still under development you can see the potential! Our group enjoyed a glass of wine or two and purchased some great take away gifts and cider and maybe a bottle of wine ????. Did I say their wine is very good! Cory was a fabulous host and made our visit a special afternoon not to be forgotten.
Beautiful grounds to walk along, the Lavender Lemonade was amazing.
Friendly atmosphere, it can get busy in the tasting room with the small space but if you take your time it will be worth the wait. I was searching for all the lavander fields in Ontario and most of them have harvested most of the flowers so we choose Bonnieheath since it was also a winery and it was on our way back to the US . We got there Labour day weekend 11 am , sure enough the Main blooms from the Lavander flowers were harvested for the season but there were 4 rows left as the owner exlained, the peak blooming season is at July but we were welcome to take pictures. We walked around and took couple pictures of the vineyard and the lavander flowers before doing the wine tasting. They will waive the fee ( I think it is $3 or $5 for 3 wine tasting) for tasting if you buy a bottle of wine. Make sure to try the Apple cider ( $ 5/bottle) it's really good. We saw people buying them in the boxes. Bought the lavander infused dessert wine for myself ( no tasting for this available) and some lavander products in the store.
It's an oasis
Calming and a pleasure
Lovely atmosphere. Beautiful set up. Had a wonderful afternoon with tastings and a charcuterie. Well done Corey!
This was very well worth our drive from Scarborough! I wanted to take my parents somewhere cute to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary and ensure that it wasn’t somewhere packed due to COVID. They were very happy and the lavender field was beautiful and as purple as you’d expect. We got the opportunity to meet Anita who owns the estate with her husband; an opportunity you won’t really get at a Niagara winery. After your wine tasting experience, drive down to Turkey Point and enjoy some time at the beach :)
Great place to take whole the family, the staff are very friendly and lots of photo opportunities
Lovely little winery
Best non alcoholic cider
Excellent Wine and Lavender products
Beautiful
This place is a gem. If you have not been here you need to make a trip. The new owners Howard and Corry are warm and inviting and put their full heart into everything they do. I have sampled the Seyval Blanc, a reshreshing white wine that tastes like crisp apples and it's now one of my favs. They sell amazing products that are infused with Lavender that they grow on their farm. The face scrub is 5 out of 5. * The best part is You can grab a glass of wine, roam the property and take in the beauty. A lovely way to spend the day.
Great experience Beautiful winery ????????????
We visited for the last day of LavenderFest. It was a perfect place to spend a beautiful sunny day. The $10 admission was great value for money. It included the opportunity to sample their wine, hard cider and lavender lemonade as well as an informative wagon tour of the farm. Pick your own lavender, live musicians and a craft station round out the offerings for the special event. The owners clearly take pride in what they do and their environmental efforts are commendable. A picture- perfect day!
A nice place to be when you want to touch the nature closely. Owner/Staff pretty friendly. A lavender field to walk around and vineyard. Store also contain a beautiful variety of in house produced lavender stuff.
Amazing!!
Awesome. Helpful, good product, and lovely owners.
My family and I cannot say enough about this serene and romantic Lavender Farm and Winery! My Fiance and I decided on this peaceful and beautiful setting for our engagement photos and we were warmly greeted by Anita and Steve who are such gracious hosts. My mother found beautiful home and beauty products. Being from Toronto, Bonnieheath was well worth the drive. We will definitely be coming back and I recommend this location for beautiful pictures for any special event!! My mom also wants to mention how wonderful Anita's mom is! The whole family really knows how to make their guests feel at home!
A very nice place to visit and enjoy some desert wine!
I visited the farm with my family this Summer, very beautiful, worth the drive
(Translated) Very beautiful lavender field. Not big, but impressive. Nice shop with wine, dry lavender, decor, lavender oil and soap. You could buy lavender seedlings in pots. They tasted wine, bought a very good lavender sider. Visiting the field is free. There is a toilet, parking. I advise you to visit this place, we really liked it.
After a hugely disappointing process at another Lavender farm we ‘googled’ to find another and we found Bonnieheath! We phoned to explain we had a group of special needs adults and they didn’t even skip a beat in saying how welcome we would all be and also there would be no cost! Upon arrival we were welcomed and had a leisurely walk around the property. The lavender fields were beautiful and had fun with our group checking out the grapes! We were told we were welcome to lunch anywhere on the property. We found a fabulous gazebo to lunch under! A cool breeze in the shade all finished off with a delicious lavender lime ice cream(the only thing we had to pay for!). We can’t thank them all enough for the wonderful experience we had today!
Beautiful lavender garden like all other visitors mentioned. The full body red wine surprised me a lot, not like Ontario wine that usually tastes plain. I wonder why it doesn't come in LCBO.
What a lovely place to spend the day! We enjoyed the very informative explanations...the wine tasting...the perfect lunch...and Lucy! Do not go away without a jar of lavender honey. It is exquisite!
We stopped in to try some of their lemonade. My son said it was the best he had ever tasted. We picked up some wine to try. Beautiful property. The lavender smelled heavenly
friendly staff, knowledgeable. tasty wines
Beautiful time friendly staff and so pretty fresh lavender good lemonade and icrcream ????
Good service but very much overprised
It was awesome great staff and service
Delicious ciders and a cool place to walk around while you try something. They also had lavender ice cream which was good.
Had a wonderful time, the owners were great. Can't wait to see the farm after lavender season!
Nice place to see lavender fields and have a good glas of vine
Lovely place. Wine and cider was delicious.
Such a beautiful setting for a summer solstice❤ the lavender, the sun, the sunset....spectacular! Such a peaceful feeling when we left.
beautiful spot with the lavender and wine fields. worth a stop. red wine is decent.
Went to the lavender festival at Bonnieheath. It is all locally grown and family run! Worth checking out ????
