I find the staff very friendly and thoughtful. If I buy a bottle of wine and they have a cold one of the brand in their fridge they give switch it for me.

all staff have good knowledge and I always try to support the local business over the LCBO. It would be good however if we got email notifications about upcoming wine tastings Etc and promotions

Staff here are pushy and want you to decide quickly. Samples are very small compared to other locations. Not much to taste to know if you'd like it or not. Staff not as knowledgable about product as in other locations.

I burst into the store at 9:45pm looking to replace a box of wine. Tamyka was very knowledgeable and found the type of wine I needed to replace. I ended up having a tear occur while opening the box and being in a hurry, I did not take my receipt despite Tamyka offering it to me. She however, remembered me when I called the next day. Thanks to her I was able to communicate my situation to the manager Manisha. Manisha fulfilled the requirements to replace the torn box and totally saved me from a family dinner with no wine! Manisha was very kind and helpful and took care of the issue very quickly. Navreet was present and was very kind and helped her team mates by continuing stocking the shelves while they addressed my situation. Huge thanks to Tamyka for recognizing a stranger in a mask the next day! Thank you Tamyka and thanks again to everyone who helped! What a gem team, I just love this wine rack cause every person who works there, that I've met over the years has been great. Great team culture :) !!

Great to have this wine rack. It's open till late and conviniently inside Walmart. Great selection if great Ontario wines and wine products. Some of the great wines I hind in this store didn't find in LCBO. Often there is tasting so I can taste the products. Great selection. I find there also cider-like beverages and IrishCream- like liquor. The personal is very knowledgeable and I often count on their suggestions for the type of wine I need. Great wine store!????????????????????

Unprofessional and uncourteous cashier. She gossiped to other customers rudely about the customers who had just purchased !!! Very unprofessional attitude and appearance, not very knowledgable about the different wines. Worth it to shop at a different store. Will not be returning. They've just lost a few good customers.

Glad that they've moved into the grocery store aisles, it's more convenient than their own store and a separate purchase (plus now I can buy wine even if I'm there after their regular hours). Very friendly + knowledgable staff, and I appreciate the samples. ????????

This Wine Rack is located in the Longo's Grocery store. It carries both the usual fare of wines you see at a Wine Rack but also some higher end wines of domestic producers.. including reserves and collections running $50 a bottle. They seem to always offer some tastings which is a good chance to try before you buy. Historically I found them over eager in their hope to help you select a wine, but lately they have backed off somewhat, which I appreciate. The Longo's it is in also sells beer, so having a nice wine store in it makes it a one stop for beer /wine needs.
