This place has no idea about customer service and the wines they carry are below average and overpriced. If you make a mistake and purchase anything from Euro Can Quality Wines and you need to complain to the owner Katherine Ziemianin, you will see the lack of customer service and the rudeness she represents. I had a complaint and she basically yelled at me and stated that what I think is not important. This is very interesting behavior from a business owner. I was told by a friend of mine that this his how she reacts to complaints but didn't believe it. My suggestion is to stay away as far as possible from this Winery unless you want to be yelled at by an arrogant owner. I will never go back there even it its free.
