Tried a bottle of there vodka. Wasn't bad, but for a 44% vodka there's not much of a kick. Came with a small bottle of Cola that was terrible. One sip of that cola, and dumped the rest out. Wouldn't recommend either. ALBERTA PURE is a far better vodka and my personal favourite.

It's always a win win going to this place. Great prices, and a spin at the wheel. I honestly don't care if the staff are grumpy or not because the good always outweighs the bad :D

The vodka seems to taste like dusty oats. I’m not sure if it was a bad batch but I have heard a few people say similar things. The price is good but it needs to be drinkable.

Fantastic service! Very friendly to customers treated almost like a friend. Tried their hard root beer which was pretty tasty! Good prices for liquor..... They threw in 2 non-alcoholic root beers for free after spinning the prize wheel. Definitely will return!

I love the NON CARBONATED ICED TEA. I will change this rating to 2 stars if they discontinue it..... why would you carbonate iced tea... dont do it! Everyone loves the original, no one likes the new carbonated cans !

Bought a bottle of whisky flavored grain neutral alcohol (Maharaja), and bottle of Tequila flavored bottle of the same. The bottle designs were awesome but the content 'awful'.

Fabulous selection and prices. Excellent service. Tasted the Peanut Butter Whiskey, strangely it was very yummy ????. Every purchase you spin a wheel to win free items. I won a bottle of Maharaja hot sauce and free tour of the Regina Distillery ????.

Really courteous staff in the saskatoon location. It's nice to be able to sample the products. Its malt liquor flavored to taste a certain way but it's really reasonably priced because of it

Bought the hard iced tea. Utterly disgusting couldn't even finish my second. Literally throwing the rest out. Why is it carbonated and why does it taste like old root beer fermented in my grandpa's basement. Chalk this up as a failure please try again. Whoever sampled needs new taste buds.

This is very cheap liquor and as such most of it tastes awful. If you want wide variety of unique items for a good price, this is for you, but do not expect something delicious to sip on. It's not that kind of place.

I'm really sorry to say that, but Minhas products don't taste and don't look as any other comparable beverage. It seems they are way too artifical. Most of the beverages taste just as water flavored drinks. The canned beer has absolutely no foam/head and they are way, way too far from tasting like beer. Even though the margarita tastes fine, it doesn't even use tequila. I'm really afraid how their products can affect our health in the long run if consumed "frequently", not by the alcohol content, but what they use to add flavor to their products.

Popped in today to pick up some peanut butter flavored whiskey(which is delicious btw) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave me a sample of the pink lemonade and it was also very tasty. I can't wait to try some of the other spirits they offer. Will definitely be a returning customer!

There is a reason its cheaper then other liquor stores. The stuff from here is gross. First time buying anything from Minhas and will never set foot in this store again. Bought the Moscow mule and their version of fake tequila.

Well I would give it a 1.5 but I can’t so it naturally goes down to a 1. Sure the liquor is cheap and I’m all about that... but the staff is sub par as well as their beer. Figure out how to pour beer , or if the equipment is not working properly... fix it or replace it, also when you say you got a few different liquors that are actually not even in production yet maybe keep it out of your advertisements. Even your staff was embarrassed to tell me that it doesn’t exists.... great ownership and business strategy bud.

The staff are not very knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I asked for a recommendation and the staff were so clueless, we just stood there in an awkward silence. I don’t know why I tipped them, but my bf enjoys the beer.

Stopped in after work today and had just asked if the store was implementing vaccine passports. All of the staff were very nice except for one lady. They told me they had to implement it due to the government restrictions. Then one of the ladies behind the counter said “well do you wear a seatbelt to drive??? And the customer beside me said yes I do but not to save others” then the worker lady said “so you don’t care about other people??” I just thought she could have handled the situation better. She didn’t need to be rude. Could have just said yes or no to the question about passports.

Tried the pina colada and mai-tai truly not a big fan of either. Bought them for a camping trip so was limited on what I could add to appreciate the flavour of them more. Pina colada with orange juice was quite good, Mai-Tai not so much. Wanted to support local, just not a big fan of these products.

Recommend them to everyone, amazing service and great product! Was super excited that their sampling is back so I could taste a few of the products! Won't go anywhere else! Even their merchandise is reasonably priced! Everyone I've recommended it to has had the same experience, plus I love that they have a list of GF drinks displayed in the store!

I was ther in saskatoon on Saturday October 5 and have never felt so mistreated. I would ask questions and the girl working seemed upset with me. she mumbled short answers. Soon as someone else walked into the store she attended to them instantly with a smile and even gave them each a drink. I willnot be returning which is sad because I heard good things about the scotch but I do not need to be treated so poorly. I will contact head office about my experience but cant find email to do so.

There are a few things I could say about Minhas... But the thing that really irks me is the out of stocks. White Rhumba specifically. They have been out of stock or only have smaller bottles in Saskatoon for over two months. This has also happened before. I'm done with it. I won't bother going to an out of the way store with short hours to not get the product I'm after. Way to drive away a previously very good customer Minhas!

Edit to add our most recent experience: We reached out to them shortly after receiving a reply. Their manager, Rose, who I spoke to on the phone and in person was very apologetic and quite sincere. We were able to experience the Saskatoon Berry Whiskey after all which we were excited about. It was pretty good although there was barely a hint of Saskatoon Berry flavor. Their beers (Grapefruit Radley, Raspbier and and Witbier) are probably still the best bang for your buck. After our last experience, all I can offer for advice is to make sure you double-check what you're given and don't trust they'll provide the right product. We had really wanted to try their Saskatoon Berry Whiskey but upon going home we discovered we had been given the Peanut Butter Whiskey instead. When asked if we could exchange it for the right one we were told a manager wasn't available and couldn't be exchanged until Monday without a receipt (which wasn't provided). Their alcohol is quite tasty and some are quite cheaper than their competitors but the service is quite the incentive to go elsewhere. There have been several other instances where their customer service has put a damper on the visit but this was one of the more upsetting ones.

Minhaus gets their base alcohol from the Unity Ethanol Plant here in sask. They just repackage it. It is made from feed grain wheat and meant for Ethanol in fuel. If they actually redistilled it......it might taste a little better.
