Experience was very nice and pleasant. Food was very good. I wish the owner or manager was able to manage social distancing and mask wearing a little bit better. Waiting in line to pay everyone was very close to each other and not respecting distances. I wish saw a few people pulling down their mask to talk, including an employee.

Charming vineyard! The place is absolutely beautiful. It is great for a romantic picnic or a family/friends gathering. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we had booked prior to arriving. They couldn't find us on the list. We were still able to get our boxes and wine for the picnic though. The line up was not that long but we had to wait for our turn a long time. One last negative aspect: they didn't have enough parasols for the picnic tables. The ones that were available, were missing the stick to keep them opened. We still had a great time and we would go back of course!

Been here on two occasions and never disappointed. The drive up is very enjoyable outside of apple picking season which brings on heavy traffic. Giulio and the PMG group have the hospitality trade down to a science. The food is mainly terroir and makes you appreciate the fact that this province has some damn good food and chefs. The wine is young and this is naturally expected from any Quebec vineyard. Certainly very drinkable with much promise. If you are a fan of candy wines, you will be disappointed here however since most of the wines are acidic as would be expected from vineyards in Quebec. The grounds provide a laid back atmosphere that is kid friendly as well. Plenty of parking, super clean premises, great outdoor lounge areas where you can sit around the fireplaces. I went for the Valentine's day dinner with my fiancé and we loved it! The meals were to die for and the wine (served with each plate) was divine! We loved it so much we even considered going again the next night. The servers were very friendly and we even got a little story behind each wine every time we were served a new flavour. We had our engagement at La Bullerie and the venue, food and staff were extra ordinary. Every part of our experience was phenomenal. It must not be easy serving food for 150 but La Bullerie not only delivered but far surpassed our guests expectations. The wait staff was all smiles. Silvanna, the head waitress and her sister were running the show with ease. They responded to all our needs with pleasure. It was like they were part of the family. I cannot rave enough about the beauty of this location and the expertise the staff has with serving large groups of people. I highly suggest this venue. Our guests not only left happy but left feeling like they had escaped the weekend to Tuscany. The wine was also amazing and some of our guests left with cases of bottles from the gift shop! We have also gone to the venue for brunch which was amazing. Fresh, unique and delicious!

I have to admit the grounds are absolutely beautiful but if you are planning an event there be prepared to be disappointed! I chose this venue to have my wedding and I was prepared to have a few headaches given that I was planning this wedding in the midst of a pandemic. Luciana was a complete nightmare to deal with, Beyond unprofessional and filled with threats and lies. Things began to look up when we met with Fabio, he promised us certain things such as a different brand of alcohol and different plates but day of he did not deliver. NON EXISTANT WINE TASTING*** . There was no manager present during our wedding to tend to our questions and concerns and provide us the invoice at the end of the event. When we approached Fabio with our concerns they were simply brushed off as a learning experience for their staff. There was no sympathy whatsoever provided that this was my ONE and ONLY wedding day. YOU HAVE A LOT TO LEARN ABOUTCUSTOMER SERVICE PMG group!! definitely would not suggest their services or refer to anyone.

The extra charge for sparkling wine didn't bother us so much. However, the picnic advertisement on the website suggests that for the cost of the basket, $ 60, we have the choice between a bottle of traditional OR sparkling wine. Also, the images shown on the Facebook page do not represent at all what we received. When we opened our bag, at first glance, it was more like a small plastic dish compartmentalized with two small slices of brie cheese, a few slices of sausage, a handful of nuts and wet dried fruit and grapes. The many enticing images on the site meant that the two water bottles, the wine cups (cracked), the plastic plates and utensils were quite disappointing. My partner had to go back inside to ask for our pies. The employee told her that there was none with the basket. It was by talking to someone else that she ended up finding them and giving them to him. In the meantime, our friend had even ordered us one more pizza since we were sure we would still be hungry. In all fairness, we do not believe that the price of the basket is representative of its contents ... We tried to reach someone to chat and see if we had had a bad day, but got no feedback. (Original) Bien honnêtement, nous avons été terriblement déçus par le panier de pique-nique. Nous avons opté pour une bouteille de vin mousseux (le rouge) qui était délicieux! Le frais supplémentaire pour le vin mousseux ne nous a pas tant dérangé. Toutefois, l'annonce du pique-nique sur le site internet insinue que pour le coût du panier, soit de 60$, nous avons le choix entre une bouteille de vin traditionnel OU mousseux. De plus, les images montrées sur la page Facebook ne représentent pas du tout ce que nous avons reçu. En ouvrant notre sac, à première vue, c'était plutôt un petit plat de plastique compartimenté avec deux petites tranches de fromage brie, quelques tranches de saucisson, une poignée de noix et fruits séchés mouillés et des raisins. Les nombreuses images alléchantes sur le site font en sorte que les deux bouteilles d'eau, les coupes de vin (craquées), les assiettes et les ustentiles en plastique furent assez décevants. Mon conjoint a dû retourner à l'intérieur pour demander nos pâtés. L'employée lui a mentionné qu'il n'y en avait pas avec le panier. C'est en discutant avec quelqu'un d'autre qu'elle a fini par les trouver et par les lui remettre. Entre-temps, notre ami nous avait même commandé une pizza de plus puisque nous étions certains que nous serions encore affamés. En toute honnêteté, nous ne croyons pas que le prix du panier soit représentatif de son contenu... Nous avons tenté de rejoindre quelqu’un afin de discuter et de voir si nous étions tombés sur une mauvaise journée, mais n’avons reçu aucun retour.

We had my daughters wedding at La Bullerie a week ago and had a wonderful experience. There were a few challenges that came up because of the pandemic, however, we were able to discuss with the venue management and come to a mutual understanding. Nicky, our hall manager, was readily available to answer all our questions before and during the event. Our head waiter Antoinette and her team were efficient when serving the meal and accommodating to guests with special dietary requests. Compliments to the chef, the food was delicious! (especially the gnocchi) All in all it was a beautiful day, our guests loved the food, location, and ambiance We will be attending a wedding at La Bullerie Sept 2022 and cant wait!

Words can't describe the excellent experienced we had. Starting from the ambiance, continuing with the staff and ending with the food. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Di Minno. We were a group of 10 people we arrived at 12PM and left at 4PM we had brunch, did the wine tasting and had a lovely thanksgiving celebration. Staff is joyful and THE WINE SPECTACULAR. Recently attended a wedding for my sister at la Bullerie The management was difficult and unaccommodating during Covid times Multiple items in her contract were not honored such as : We were told there would be a wine tasting of 6 wines (which we paid for included in the premium package) but were only served 2 wines without any explanation. Premium liquor was supposed to be available and was not Wrong vegan dish was served and was pitiful Veggies were completely raw in the main dish No general manager was present during the event to ensure proper service Bartender had too many drinks and was sloppy If you are considering La Bullerie you know that it is not cheap but don’t expect the service to be any better Definitely not what you pay for not a premium location as they advertise Instead you can expect: poor communication with upper management (rude exchange of messages), promises and contracts to not be upheld and a subpar experience overall. Please note that this feedback was shared with the venue and they were not only not accommodating but not in the least sympathetic nor open to feedback. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

NOT WELCOMING TO TOURIST OR ANGLOPHONES I was super excited to go visit La Bullerie at first. I drove an hour and half to get there for the picnic and wine tasting to arrive to an unwelcoming staff. Luciana, the lady I spoke to on the phone to make me reservations was very nice and the man that took my order for the basket inside the restaurant was nice. The lady working the wine tasting stand however was extremely rude. I walked up to the stand and just said hello I'd like to try a few wines and she replied I do not speak English and walked away and never came back, didn't ask anyone else to come help us or anything. We were standing there for 15 minutes waiting for her to come back until we gave up and left. Was a waste of time to go there and not try any wine due to simply being English ...

Ma soeur et moi avons décidé d'essayer les ''paniers pique-nique'' pour 2 adultes. L'idée avait l'air charmante et originale. Par contre, nous avons vraiment été déçues lorsque nous avons reçu la nourriture. Pour 78$ ( + taxes et pouirboire ) je trouve que c'était très cher pour ce qu'on a eu. Le vin était très bon, mais la nourriture (pour s'être fié à ce qui était annoncé) n'en vaut pas du tout l'argent. Nous avons eu une baguette de pain, du pâté, petite quantité de fruits séchés et noix (même pas une tasse), deux tranches de fromage, 4-5 tranches de salami, dizaine d'olives et mini morceau de gâteau.... Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils chargent aussi cher.. Mais avoir su je me serais contenté de la bouffe d'IGA pour mon pique-nique.

We didn't even have water to wait ... We even ordered the food twice (two different people) because our order never made it to the right server. In total, our visit to the Bullerie lasted more than 4 hours ... We were happy to have been offered a 7th wine for the wait. However, our bad experience spanned from start to finish. And this, even for the payment of invoices! It is sad because it is a beautiful place with fabulous products. Malheureusement, ce fût une très mauvaise expérience pour moi ainsi que les gens qui m'ont accompagné. Nous avions réservé pour un groupe de 10 personnes le 8 septembre. Nous n'avions même pas d'eau pour attendre...Nous avons même commandé à deux reprises la nourriture (deux personnes différentes), car notre commande ne s'était jamais rendue au bon serveur. Au total, notre visite à la Bullerie a duré plus de 4 heures...Nous étions content de s'être fait offrir un 7e vin pour l'attente. Toutefois, notre mauvaise expérience s'est étendue du début jusqu'à la fin. Et ce, même pour le paiement des factures! C'est désolant, car c'est un endroit magnifique avec des produits fabuleux.

It's a shame La Bullerie's customer service is absolutely horrible. The view of the grounds may be nice but it is most definitely not the worth the headache the staff will give you. Expect a lot of communication issues. Not in the least bit accommodating. I would not recommend!!
