(Translated) This is one of the poorest customer service I've ever experienced in a wine tasting place. We first had to wait a good 10 minutes before someone approached us. The person who finally approached us quickly explained the wines and the cheese board to us. We explained that we are vegetarians but the person did not even hear us and presented us with meat. When we got to our table, we waited another 15 minutes before they remembered we were there when there were people who had arrived well after we were already served. The owner / manager did not come to see us during our entire visit as he went to each of the tables. Finally the person who finally realized we weren't served yet came and we had to give our order back. They did not offer us water until we asked. And to top it all, our server put down our bottle and we had to open it ourselves never before ????????????. Without any explanation. Totally abherant. The wine was no worse. Nous avons d'abord dû attendre 10 bonnes minutes avant que quelqu'un ne nous approche. La personne qui nous a finalement approchés nous a rapidement expliqué les vins et le plateau de fromages. Nous avons expliqué que nous sommes vegétariens mais la personne ne nous a même pas entendus et nous a présentés de la viande. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à notre table, nous avons attendu encore 15 minutes avant qu'ils se souviennent que nous étions là alors qu' il y avait personnes qui étaient arrivés bien après nous étaient dèjá servis. Le propriétaire / gérant n 'est pas venu nous voir durant toute notre visite alors qu'il allait à chacune des tables. Enfin la personne qui a finalement réalisé que nous n'étions pas encore servis est venue et nous avons dû redonner notre commande. Ils ne nous ont pas offert d'eau jusqu à ce qu'on demande. Et pour surpasser le tout notre serveur a déposé notre bouteil et nous avons dû l' ouvrir nous même du jamais vu ????????????. Sans aucune explication. Totalement abhérant. Le vin était pas pire.

Really great tasting wines — I got the sampler of 4 for $10.50 and it didn’t disappoint! My favourites were the classic white (fruity, dry) and classic red. The location is just off the highway and there is a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The staff were also very friendly!
