And we expected the same from this Bleu Moutarde restaurant in Beloeil. (Original) J'avoue que j'ai été déçue à midi (soit le 11 novembre 2016) de mon choix de restaurant. D'abord la nappe était sale. Autrement dit, mon amie et moi avons mangé sur une nappe qui avait déjà servi. Nous avons attiré l'attention au serveur sur ce fait. Il a tout simplement ri en nous précisant que leur fournisseur leur rapportait souvent des nappes tachées. À midi, elle n'était pas tachée, elle avait été plutôt déjà utilisée sans avoir été lavée. Puis nous avons commandé 2 burgers un saignant et un autre saignant moyen. On nous a servi 2 burgers super cuits. Nous n'étions même pas capables de les couper avec nos couteaux. Nous en avons fait part à notre serveur, et à nouveau il a ri en nous signalant que c'était le sous-chef qui les avait préparés. Mon amie et moi nous nous attentions à ce qu'une gérante ou la propriétaire vienne nous voir pour s'excuser ou pour .... etc. J'ai donc demandé si nous pouvions avoir une compensation. Le serveur nous a répondu qu'il était fort peu probable qu'une compensation nous soit accordée. Finalement, il nous est revenu en nous précisant qu'il nous apporterait des cafés cappucinos au lieu des cafés inclus dans le menu. Nous avions demandé un seul dessert et il ne nous fut pas accordé. Bref, ce n'est pas la nappe sale, ni le burger trop cuit qui nous ont dérangées. Tout est possible. Ce n'est pas si grave pendant que d'autres n'ont même pas la chance de manger sur une nappe ou tout simplement de manger. C'est plutôt le coté éthique. Nous sommes mon amie et moi toutes les deux entrepreneures, et nous avons des clients. Nous nous empressons toujours de réparer ou de compenser lorsqu'un de nos clients n'est pas satisfait. Et nous nous attendions la même chose de ce restaurant Bleu Moutarde de Beloeil.

Just plain boring. We went there on a slow day, we were the only ones there. They seated us next to a cold window, next to the entrance. Seats were hard. Place was dark. Service was slow (guy just left to chat upstairs for twenty minutes when we were done). I ordered the extra poutine with foie gras with a flank steak. The poutine was horrible. The fries are too thin for a poutine, they become wet spaghetti, the cheese was way too strong (like aged cheddar) and the foie gras just didn't taste right. I didn't eat it. J'ai bien aimée ma soirée mais je ne compte pas y retourner à ce prix là!
