The location is amazing, close to town with a great view! The outdoor seating area was comfortable and serene. The staff are chill, knowledgeable and fast. Highly recommend this as your first stop on a tour.

Nice array of Pinot noirs and a really enjoyable Syrah at $14 a pour. Relaxing patio that receives the breeze off of Lake Ontario. For the combination of setting and wines this could be the top spot in the county. Oh yeah, the girls serving at the tasting bar are very informative and gracious.

Good new winery. They have a nice 2019 Portage Rose. Their reds are also pretty good. The vineyard has a beautiful view of Lake Ontario, makes for a nice nice visit.

Laura was an awesome host. Place was packed and wines were good. I wish the formula would lead to more tastings though( it was really good wine) we had three choices out of 7. I would of have them all. The only critic I would make is for more story telling about the wine. Explanations were quick and we understand the place was packed, still would have taken some more. I have to give big thumbs up to wine served in Riedel glasses to optimise drinking experience. Experience was great and the view was absolutely gorgeous. This place has potentiel to bring even better experience. I hope to come back in a few years and to see something even better. Thanks laura for the great tastings.

My friend and I did not experience a great time at the Keint-He Winery on Saturday afternoon. The staff seemed rushed and stressed. Nothing was mentioned about the wines we chose. I had not quite finished my wine tasting when the glass was wisked away and when I mentioned that I was not finished the server didn't apologize. Another staff member took away another glass of mine when it barely hit the counter. They did say they had a very busy day, but still. And it wasn't even closing time. Maybe it was an off day for the staff and we happened to arrive on that day.

Stopped by for a tasting after sampling other brands. By far this was the best. Shared a charcuterie board and bought 2 bottles for later occasions. Great location with fantastic view. Friendly informative staff as well. A must do.

Do yourself a favour and make a stop here. The wines were lovely, the staff were fun and knowledgeable, and we had an amazing lunch there too! Try the fried tofu sandwich ... trust me :) we bought several bottles of wine and are currently sitting and enjoying their Portage Pinot right now.

Beautiful winery! It has the most gorgeous views from the patio! Huge mansions and the lake! They have also planted many flowers around the patio, which improves the relaxing, happy mood, one enters into, during the tasting. The wine tasting is done on the patio, during the pandemic, which is good to know.

I’ve loved this winery for many years. In particular I love the Syrah- it’s phenomenal. I do not appreciate the poorly updated website, which said it was available but when I showed up to purchase was then sold to a local restaurant. The website should be more accurate. The girl work was quite rude when questioned and unapologetic considering that I’m from out of town. Thoroughly unimpressed with the whole experience.

Had a great time here as a stop on a wine tour with friends. The tasting room was really busy so we got to have our tasting outside at a really cute plank table. Enjoyed all the wines we tried, and couldn't go home without the Portage Rose and the Portage Pinot Noir.

I don't know what happened during our visit today, but we all left with quizzical looks and laughed in disbelief. Yes, it was busy, but I have never seen such disinterested, stand off-ish staff. We asked someone where to go for a tasting and she said "Here," then just stared at us. She did not smile, ask how we were, nor explain the wines at all. No recommendations, no selling, nothing. It was like pulling teeth. We all had tastings and had to ask the most basic of questions to get any kind of engagement out of her. And hey, I understand how stressful it can get when busy, but this was unacceptable.
