I put in an order for wine a couple months back and the service was really great. They helped to insure I made the right choice! I was a little confused when my wine took a bit longer than I was told it would but it was due to a change in ownership. I was happy with the service we recieved. Carson (the owner) was very nice and knowledgable. It was nice to bottle our wine! Would reccomend to friends and family!

Customer Service = 1 star Wine = 4 stars I had a kit made here during the pandemic, I informed them I live out of town and was told it would not be an issue. I was never provided a receipt for my purchase. I called the shop multiple times to set up bottling however the were very inflexible in working with me to set up a time despite their earlier reassurance; I was often rushed off the phone as they had someone on the other line or were "busy" with no return call taking place. I emailed them a month ago and am still waiting for a response. I have had very positive experiences at other Wine Kitz locations so this is clearly a location issue.

Wandered in for some minor replacement equipment I needed for making Japanese sake, and left with sake rice, koji, and an offer from the amazing helpful owner to get me anything else I needed (sake yeast, etc.). No one ever has sake rice much less koji on hand!

I've been going to her for home brewing supplies since pandemic hit and she's been nothing but helpful. There aren't as many places that have stuck around like hers and you can see why. Although primarily a home winemaking store, she has an extensive and robust store that is bursting at the seams. If she doesn't have in on site she will get it for you quickly. Place an order and Cheryl will source it for you as soon as possible, and her reach doesn't exclude much. Not only does she know everything about home brewing supplies, she's been practicing these hobbies for years and is an invaluable source for the beginner. She takes the time to enthusiastically discuss your project, helps you to consider alternatives and will coach you when necessary. Don't let the small footprint of the store confuse you: if you need something, Cheryl will source it for you! If she can't get it, it's probably not available. Wine Kitz should be your go to home wine, cider or brewing supply store in Vancouver!

I have been coming here for twenty years and every batch has been great quality. The wine is great value for the money and the service is fantastic. Easy parking right in front of the store which makes it very convenient for loading the wine into your car. Highly recommended!

Carson was very helpful with selecting a wine especially with my limited language and knowledge to describe wine. He provides a great value with the wines he offers. You can get yourself 30 bottles of wine for under $5 if your looking at economic wine prices or pick one of the more premium wines which he will give you a vast amount of options for such as boosting the alcohol content.

Fantastic service! I had a great afternoon with Carson bottling my wine. Thought I was just going to pick up my order. It was fun, the machines were easy to use. Carson was helpful with selecting a flavor profile that I liked. The wine is great, the labels were cute, it was great to mix and match the neck sleeves. One on one service was nice, and I felt safe with the appointment scheduling. Highly recommend!!
