I know the owner there from my job. I went with a coworker on December 19th and the whole bottling process was phenomenal and easy. The owner assisted us with every process and gave us incredible tips on how to best enjoy our wine which was a white Zinfandel. The owners are clearly passionate about what they do and are an encyclopedia of knowledge with wine. If you want to bottle your own wine and have never experienced the process first hand. I suggesr the Wine expert on Dunlop and Anne, next to some chicken joint nobody's heard of. Friendly, knowledgable owners who make exceptional wine.

Amazing. The staff and products are top notch. The environment is always clean and everything is well organized. The wine is always amazing. I've been making my wine here for 11 years and even though I'm moving 5 hours away I will drive here to continue to get amazing wine and service.

Went in to pick up a filter pad, and had a couple in front of me paying. Once that was done, the staff and the couple proceeded to make plans for getting together for dinner. No acknowledgement of my waiting, or any communication at all from either employee. After 5 minutes of that, I left and bought the item elsewhere. There are plenty of wine shops in Barrie, so I'm not going back there again. 1 star rating, as I can't give it 0 stars. ----------- An update - the owner called me a few days later and apologized, even offering to send me the pads I was after. While this is a nice gesture, I'm on the fence about returning.

If you're interested in bottling your own wine, look no further. Winexpert is a great place to do this, they're helpful and can explain the benefits of bottles vs. bags, and have many different varieties of reds/whites/roses to choose from, as well as flavoured wines.

We just returned from bottling 3 different kinds of wine today, my first time making wine. Lisa made it a wonderful and fun experience. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and let us sample all of the wines we made first to make sure we were happy with them. They have excellent covid procedures in place to make the whole experience clean, safe and comfortable. The wine itself was fabulous, we did a cabernet merlot , a dry rosé and a viognier.
