After having a less than enjoyable experience at the liquor store across the street we opted to give this one a try. I thought "perfect next to Macs I can grab pop and solo cups whatever I need." WRONG! It's all in the liquor depot! Good selection and prices. Staff were helpful and friendly, we'll return for our next purchase.

Everything you need in one spot. Prices are a little more reasonable here. They have everything cups, ice, Pepsi only soda. Some quick parking but is limited in Banff. For more choices go here!

I do like the selection of products, top to bottom! How do you hire for this place??? I have been in numerous times at different times of day, and have to say the service is atrocious. I have actually got a few i don't knows and whatevers.Is there anyone with product knowledge?No one asks if you need help,they let you wander without acknowledgement. Get this, today I need assistance from someone, anyone, and the staff were actually playing hacky sac with a ball of plastic wrap at the front of the store! Brutal. No management on? I have had amazing experiences at other stores across Alberta, this was unfortunately the worst.

Under new management and very much suffering it. This was our go-to liqour store for 15 years and we will NOT be returning until their head office sorts out the manager/staff issues in this location. The drama and word on the street is staff are mistreated, customers are ignored, management knows very little about products and the potential cost savings is no longer worth shopping here. Spend the extra pocket change at local stores or shop in other locations before wasting your time here. We all miss Shelley and the store has not been the same since they forced her out.

Staff are always unfriendly towards customers. Not to mention, none of the staff here ever ask for ID. My friends and I are all in our mid to late teens/early 20s and have never been ID'ed here. Not even once. Just walk a few steps up the road to Townhouse Liquor where they sell Craft Beer, Wine and Spirits from 10-midnight everyday instead.
