A lovely place to spend some time. John the owner is a delight. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff add to the experience. Wines are delicious and the cider is excellent. Give it a try you won't regret it, they have a wine for everyone.

A friendly rustic Hidden Gem. Definitely worth a visit, knowledgeable and friendly staff are always a pleasure to deal with. If you are lucky enough you will get to meet John (the owner) who is always willing to take the time to talk and educate people on the process of fruit wine making. Local artisans have artwork inside for purchase, and FREE WINE TASTINGS! What could be better!?

What a great little place, we've driven past it for years always thinking about stopping in. If this is you, stop procrastinating and do it. Super friendly, locally crafted wine, cider, jams and jellys and lots of items. Lets not forget the free wine tasting! Pet friendly! Bought a bottle of apple social about 2 weeks ago. Tried it last night and couldn’t even drink it. Tasted like a sparkling wine when it isn’t suppose to be carbonated & tasted like rotten apples. The wine almost has a musty smell. Was very disappointed & had to dump the bottle.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and most importantly they make amazing fruit wines and ciders. They have a lot of seasonal flavours and there's always something new to try. Just note we visited today and thought it was open until 6pm (as per Google hours) but they had closed at 5pm today.

Incredible! The free (and generous) wine tastings, banter with owner and staff, warm country feel, rustic outdoor setting and casual connection with fellow guests all fused together to facilitate an unforgettable experience in wine-less country. Couldn't have done better in the Finger Lakes, Niagara or even Napa Valley. If you live in the area you should be a regular - if simply to kick back and have a good time. If you're visiting the area you should be a supporter - if simply to treat yourself to feelings you'll long a lifetime to re-capture.

Nice place to visit,their wine selections are pretty tasty by the way. The Pizza are custom make right on the spot with fresh ingredients baked on wood, I just wish he didnt burn ???? the edgest of the 3 pizza we bough. It was good tasty as well.

My friend and I visited for the first time and were new to fruit wine but eager to try. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming! The owner sat us down and took us through a tour of the different categories of their fruit wine, describing the process in which they are made and the differences in the flavour. It was absolutely incredible! We must have tasted 10+ wines and enjoyed every one. As the owner kept stressing fruit wines are so much better to do tastings with because the differences are readily noticeable instead of subtle (or imagined) in grape wine. Wonderful experience and can't wait to go back!

Stopped in on way home from the cottage. First visit but definitely not my last!!! Mango and strawberry rhubarb jams are both amazing! Have not tried the wine yet. Tried sample in the store it was wonderful. So glad we stopped to buy a souvenir wine to celebrate our wonderful trip. Such great specialty store could have shopped longer.

Wonderful place. Stopped in here with my gf. We bought wine for both of our mothers. The 2 gentlemen behind the bar were so nice and knowledgeable. We were able to taste whatever wines that tickled our fancy. They explained how the wines were made etc. It was a very fun experience and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you were getting. We liked it so much that the next weekend we came back with our mothers and bought more wine. Great place

Great selection of fruit wines. My favorites were Rhubarb, Black Currant, Raspberry and Peach. All of mine are sweet but they do have dry fruit wines as well. Plus they will ship wine to you which is great. Call first for tastings.

Great selection of fruit wines. Every flavour you can think of. Strawberry Rhubarb is really pie in a glass. They will let you try alot of samples. Make sure you get some of their garlic bread dip.

Amazing wines and even better staff. I've had a few of their wines previously but had no idea how many different options they have. The facility is very quaint and the new one, to be opened sometime in the not too distant future, will be fantastic with the large entertaining space. Oh, and they are (very) dog friendly, as you can see from the photos :) I highly recommend stopping in, even if it's a bit of a detour.

We stopped in for a pizza lunch and to shop in their wonderful country store , as well as for some tasting samples of wine. It was unfortunate that they stopped doing pizza as of last weekend. But we had a great time tasting some superb fruit wines ( and bought some!) Also the sheer variety of products they feature had us thinking of the Christmas season. (Bought lots of yummy products like flavored honey, inspired sauces, etc and handcrafted soaps that sounded good enough to eat!) The two people running the shop, Amanda and her sidekick, Donovan, were really nice and helpful.We will definitely return there next trip to the Kawartha region .

Was happy to see they were open in early March. Walked in to the wrong building and luckily ran in to John the owner who didn't mind and took us on a tour of the new building and showed us around. Had a great tasting after and went home with quite a few bottles. Price is a little high but the quality certainly is worth what you pay. long way from home and i'm almost out of cider. Wish I had bought more than 6 bottles.
