Beautiful property with patio and bar offering wine tasting. Wine, cheese, and other items for sale in the store, and food available on the patio. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great service.

My wife and I tried Jost wine on a trip to Nova Scotia, loved it and brought several cases back with us to share with friends who also loved it. The following summer we sought out a location specifically near the winery for a weeks vacation. We visited the Vineyards several times while there which was walking distance to the cottage we rented. We enjoyed the tour and sampled all the great wine. We even enjoyed an evening of classical music from a trio playing at the winery.We're booking another trip as I write this to go back to this region again and the Jost Vineyards. I highly recommend.

The grounds were nice and the main shop was pleasant. We had a wine tasting and purchased some wine. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the cafe was a major disappointment - host was rude, service was slow, and our food was underwhelming. Maybe today was a bad day but we didn’t have a good time.

Beautiful vineyard. Clean building with friendly staff and a good amount of room. Tastings had a variety of options and were generous. We were served by Brooke who was really nice and made the experience very enjoyable for our group! My personal favourites were the Selkie Rosé and the Jōst L’Acadie Pinot Grigio.

Got turned down for a job because Im not "vaccinated ". After I got turned down,the guy giving the interview went around town telling everyone that I ran out mad. Not only are they pro mandatory vaccines ,they are liars and gossips as well. Do not recommend this place. They are pro communism.

Very nice winery with nice tapas, and you can do samples. First three are free, $2.00 after. You can do tours of their facilities. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable regarding their products.

The cafe was delightful and everything was so tasty! Fast and a great view of some of the vineyard. The Cafe outdoors is also wonderfully dog friendly. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the wine store as we were asked to leave. This is a change over previous years as well behaved dogs were allowed while shopping. Sad as we normally buy a case or two of wine when we go. Guess the brewery will get extra purchases this time! Lol

First time visiting and tasting Jost wines. The storefront is lovely and they have free samples which really helped in knowing what to purchase. We will visit again to try out the restaurant. We were driving thru and detoured to visit and buy a gift. The grounds are lovely. We were traveling with our camper, and from what we could see, they are not set up for RV's or small campers like ours.

Selkie Rosé is our absolute favorite. I love everything about this winery, from the décor to the wine selection to the outdoor patio area. Just perfect.

We loved Jost Vineyard. When we arrived, the lady was very welcoming. She offered us 3 free tasting, after what we bought 3 more at 2$ each. Our best was defenitly Tidal Bay semi-dry white wine. She teached us this appelation was created in Nova Scotia, strict regulated, and representing local grape varieties. We had dinner after in their nice terrasse. Even though it close very early (we have to order before 5 PM because they close at 6 PM) it was good. At the end, we took a walk in their vignes fields where you can see the ocean, it was amazing.

Award winning wines based on unique and often overlooked varietals. A bit off the main road bit worth the detour if you are passing thorough Tatamagouche or sightseeing along the picturesque Route 6. On site patio restaurant is a great spot to enjoy lunch in the sunshine with a view of the vineyard. Wine room had a great selection of Jost and other local wines.

I highly recommend this destination for a wonderful summer experience! I visited today for lunch and wine sampling to celebrate my daughters 25th birthday! I arrived with a very wilted bouquet of flowers for her. Only bouquet at Pugwash co_ op The lady working there immediately asked me if I wanted her to fix it up with wild flowers from the Jost gardens and it was beautiful! The food was gourmet service excellent and the bill was reasonable! We enjoyed a bottle of Selki white wine and bought one to bring home! I can't wait to go back 5 stars! Thanks so much for making our day so wonderful!

Were there to enjoy Signal Hill on one of the hottest days of the year and it was well worth it, they were amazing! I had no idea this place existed. A local escape. Went for a bottle of wine and snacks. Charcuterie board had lots of cheese. Lobster sliders were fresh and the side salad was the bomb. The atmosphere and service were great. Come early as people were getting turned away an hour before closing

Had a very enjoyable and relaxing afternoon here listening to Mac & Hawes perform on the patio. Devoured the salmon trio which was absolutely delicious as was the wine. Enjoyed our samples of the wine inside as well!

Really disappointed in a trip to your establishment today ! Came at 4 pm and was told we had to pay $20 per person to attend your event . When we asked how long your event was on for we were told 6 pm. There were 8 of us who came to enjoy a drink or two and supper but were told they wanted us to pay $160 to get in and it was to promote a new product of yours. We tried to support local but your silly rules meant you lost out on $400 or $500 in bar and restaurant sales not including product we would have purchased in your store. Your signs said nothing about your special event and after making the trek out we were very disappointed. You sure dropped the ball Jost!!!

Beautiful surroundings, good food, friendly staff, good wine. Would be better if Great Big Friggin' Red wine was available in 5 litre boxes! Sept. 3: Made final visit to Jost this year. We're summer residents from Florida and make several visits during our stay. Every year since 2014, we've found the wine just gets better. Looking forward to seeing what next year brings. HINT: Great Big Friggin' Red in 5 litre boxes! One can only hope.

Donna and I visited Jost in April and purchased a few bottles of wine after sampling. Today Donna has a few friends in for a special lunch. I served them Jost Kellermeister (on the sweet side) before lunch while they were chatting. They loved Kellermeister! In fact, 2 of them are going to Halifax soon and plan to visit the Winery.
