Gorgeous winery with amazing staff and super delicious snacks (we got the charcuterie with cheese and duck fat fries). Great selection of wines not only local, but imported too! They do offer flights not suggested on their menu, which I highly recommend. Shout out to Leanne who just started working there, and who is an absolute gem! Came to explore the local wineries and this is definitely high up on the list!

Lovely place, excellent wine, and free visit of the wineyards. Tasting available for small fee. Personnel is nice and the boutique is full of great local products along with wines. Definitely worth stepping by!

Location? Stunning. One of the cutest estates around. That’s where the stars stop. During our tasting we were served cold seafood sandwiches that were soggy and literally dripping with liquid. One lady even got it all over her beautiful dress! As well, they were kindly served with 3 or 4 very hungry (and persistent!) flies each. When we were able to go around and buy some wine for ourselves, the wine was served in a tiny tasting glass pretty much filled to the brim. No matter the wine, this is how it was served. For a place that seems to stress so much the pairing of their wines and letting you experience their wines at their best, they honestly did a piss poor job that day. Out of the 4 vineyards we went to on the wine tour, I can honestly say this was miles behind the rest. Which is a shame, because this was touted as the BEST.

Nice place to be on a beautiful day, the wine is great and the tastings are very reasonably priced and simple. The vinyard is nice to walk around, and not too far off is the observation point for the entire grand Pre area, a great view!

Gave it 5 stars because the food is out of this world and the wines are great. Beautiful outdoor eating area. The wine staff are fantastic especially if you catch them at a quiet time like we did. Top notch all around. Try the seafood chowder, its a must.

We had the best wine tasting experience thanks jerusha (not sure how to spell her name) extreamly knowledgeable ,personable, and great local wines. Our dining experience was also extremely enjoyable with the live music, cocktails , sangrias and again excellent service provided by amee, we will definitely be returning every time we are back in nova Scotia.

The people here are friendly but I was not a fan of the wine at all. I’m not a wine snob nor an expert but we were not a fan of this wine. I’ve had wine from plenty of other emerging markets so I had no expectation of this wine matching a Napa cab. We tried several of the wines and they just didn’t work for us. If you like sweeter wines you may like some of it though. The property is nice. It’s up a hill and you can see the vineyards right there. We payed $229 to come on a tour of this and one other place and we feel it wasn’t worth it. I’ve spent less than that for better wine tours in Europe.

We had a great wine tasting experience here, as they have a wonderful tasting & sales room inside. In addition there is an excellent outdoor restaurant with great, friendly service. I'd highly recommend you check out the vineyard if you're touring around Wolfville.

Stopped in for a wine tasting and then stayed for light snack in their restaurant Le Caveau. They produce good wine which I will probably order from them online. They do provide mixed cases which is plus to mix and match. The restaurant is farm to table and local sourced and sustainable. Had the charcuterie board which was amazing and the lobster/scallop chowder which was good but not a typical east coast chowder. The winery's ground were quite beautiful as well. Well worth the hour drive out from Halifax.

Fantastic lunch of Artic Char with Fiddlehead Ferns. What a delicacy! Never had fiddleheads before, finished off with gingerbread cake drizzled with honey and blueberries and ice cream. To die for! We were then taken to high point showing us where 400 years ago the French Acadians dug out dikes that reclaimed the entire Annapolis Valley from the sea. A perfect place to start the Nova Scotia wine industry now 22 wineries strong. Booyah. Part of our Wine Tour out of Halifax we took last year when we vacationed wild and wonderful Canada! Having been involved in the US Wine Industry for 35+ years prior to retiring with the original founding and development of Virginia's largest winery as EVP, I can see there is nothing but good things happening here with Canada's Wineries of Nova Scotia. Here Here we raise our glasses to you!

They offer wine tasting in spring and summer months. Touring the winery is an eye opening experience. Learned a lot about Acadia. Le Caveau is a restaurant you will want to eat at while you are in the area.

Really enjoy this winery! The girl who did our tasting was very knowledgeable and very sweet. Since wine is so subjective, it’s nice to be able to sample the products and they had lots to choose from. I highly recommend the Ice Cider. It was VERY tasty!! The property is amazing too. I have yet to try the restaurant. Next time??

Year after year they have produced some of the most delightful Riesling, Muscat and Tidal bay. I have a chance to try their Pomme D'or and Creme Pomme D'or and was blown away and how delicious it was and immediately purchased a bottle. Take a wander through their whites or reds with a very reasonably priced tasting selection. The staff are very knowledgeable and so much fun to chat with as they show off their wines with a noticeable, and well deserved, pride in the wineries robust selection of high quality and delicious vintages.

The winery is beautifully situated. Some of the houses belonging to it belong to the time of the Acadians. Very well-kept property. The adjoining restaurant is well worth a visit. (Original) Wir haben hier eine Weinprobe gemacht. Die Weine waren gut. Die Erklärungen des Eigentümers waren sehr gut. Im Shop kann man viele Weine kaufen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Weingut ist wunderschön gelegen. Die dazugehörigen Häuser gehören zum Teil aus der Zeit der Akadier. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen. Das anliegende Restaurant ist ein Besuch wert.

Wonderful wine, wonderful accommodation. I've enjoyed Grand Pre wines for a while now. Recently, I found myself out of the province for a little while, and was delighted to find that I could receive shipment of their wine for a very reasonable rate. I even had one that I wasn't sure would arrive pre-travel, and after a few emails, the shipment was redirected to my destination without issue. The wines are delicious, and the service I've received with each interaction has been top notch. Just fantastic all around!
