Friends and I visited three wineries last week for wine tastings, and our experience at each varied greatly. We were so glad we finished our day at Benjamin Bridge with their tasting guide Ryan and we just can't say enough good things about him, his knowledge and the wonderful tasting tour he gave us. We also loved all three wines we tasted where the same could not be said about the others... so best wines and best customer experience hands down.
Had an amazing experience at Benjamin Bridge. We did the wine tasting and it was a great experience thanks to our amazing host Kyla. Would highly recommend to anyone who is into wine and excellent views.
Stellar location and excellent, knowledgeable staff
The wine is as beautiful as the scenery.
Great wine. Visiting from Texas!
Had the pleasure and occasion to conduct business with Ashley (VP of the winery). Ashely was attentive, professional, courteous and a refreshing delight to deal with. We truly enjoyed the wines at this winery but better yet, the customer service we received from Ashley made our experience a most memorable one. Thank you
Fantastic variety of wines, Nova 7 being my favorite, and very professional people working there. Very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!
The staff is so great. We had a great time, very small line to get in on a beautiful Saturday. The line was just to make sure everyone was abiding to Covid rules. The wine is delicious, we all learned so much about wine & the vineyard. Would 10/10 recommend.
Beautiful scenery and great times are among many reasons to visit this area
Nova 7 is a superb sparkling wine. Excellent flavours and light and fruity. Perfect for summer. Who knew Nova Scotia produces a wine this good?
The wine was excellent. The sommelier was knowledgeable and engaging. The view was unparalleled. Lovely winery.
If we didn't have other plans in the day when we visited, we could have stayed there for hours. This winery is situated in such a lovely spot with a hilly view of the vineyard and surrounding valley. It is a very peaceful and relaxing location. We loved all of the wine that we tried! And will definitely visit again! This vineyard is a must visit!
Great location, very knowledgeable staff.
Love this vineyard! They were so wonderful to deal with for my wedding, offering a variety of wines to choose from and happy to work with me to find exactly what I was looking for. The new outdoor space is gorgeous and comfortable, and makes you feel very safe during covid times with the rigorous cleaning process they implemented. What is so wonderful about this outdoor space is that you can pack a lunch to take with you for a tasting. They are all about making sure you enjoy your visit and are safe. Thank you BB!
Beautiful winery and excellent wines!
Had a barrel tasting earlier today and loved their Nova 7! This winery is a "not to be missed"!
We had a great experience at Benjamin Bridge! I recommand a visist to the vinyard for a great afternoon. The scenery is stunning and their wines were amazing. They have a well chosen selection for their tasting flights! If you love sparkling wine, you won't be desapointed! I tasted 5 of them I believe and loved them all. If you are not a fan of bubbly, their 2020 concrete riesling was also absolutely delicious. If you are just looking for refreshing glass, you can order their piquette, it's a perfect summer drink. Also, my husband was our designated driver in the group of four and they had his non-alcoholic beverage on the house. I thought is was a sweet and very much apreciated gesture. Note that there is no food served, but they do offer complementary chips. Bubbles and chips are one of my favorite pearing :)
Benjamin Bridge winery is by far one of the nicest wineries in Nova Scotia and Canada. It has a beautiful tasting bar, picnic tables and fireplace seating area. Their wines are some of the best in general but their sparkling wines are second to none in Canada. The setting is usually more private due to the fact that the larger winery tours do not stop so you don't feel like you are on a conveyer belt. Let down your hair and stay awhile, it'll be worth it.
Was not what we expected. We were greated at arrival and well received. Once inside the sampling area, the details provided were limited unless we initiated. Wish we could have sat to discuss and compare our samples.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff.
This is my special occasion wine! Nova 7 is my favourite, it is such a beautiful colour in the glass, almost a lilac. And it is delicious, a very good buy
Excellent service and info! We enjoyed a wine tasting! It was informative, delicious and relaxing! We will be back.
Gorgeous location, high priced win but very worth it. The staff are helpful and quite knowledgable. Recommended.
I always find myself reaching for their wines at a store and also love visiting the actually winery. Beautiful spot. Tidal Bay is a favourire white of mine and theirs is by far the best I've had!
Benjamin Bridge is the MUST visit winery in the Wolfville-Gaspereau area. Their wine, especially sparkling wines, are unparalleled as is their property and service. An incredible effort, care, and knowledge goes into their wine and traditional method sparkling wines. Addy, Alex, Dinky, and Erica have all given my boyfriend, friends, and I , exceptional, warm, world class service on so many occasions. They are phenomenal. You can tell that despite being a busy location, everyone is happy to be there. I recently joined the "Benjamin Bridge Club" which, among other benefits, affords you 10% off all of their product, three archived bottles of their premier, cellared wines every three months (which alone is worth more than the price of the subscription), free flights upon each visit, and much more. I could go on forever. Make sure to take a walk through the grapes down to the Gaspereau river. It's beautiful. Thanks to everyone at BB for making every trip better than the last ❤
Great wines, amazing staff, beautiful place. It's a must see and taste.
Nova 7 brought us here, but stayed for the unbelievable views and space. Very well set up, and great staff. First time visiting this weekend, and won’t be our last. Only wish there was food here, so we didn’t have to leave! Would highly recommend.
This winery was beautiful, I cant wait to see it in the fall with the leaves on the hillside in full color. The large tent area was amazing and the staff were all very knowledgeable. No food on site but we heard they are looking at incorporating small plates in the future. Definitely check this spot out on your wine tour adventures ????
My husband and I went down for a tasting/visit on a beautiful fall day. The property and renovations are absolutely stunning. Our tasting was led by Alex who was incredibly knowledgable and fun, we had a great time and learned so much. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to get back!
Amazing!
(Translated) The NV sparkling wine for which they are famous and the Nova 7 wine are delicious. I highly recommend the lively tasting under the marquee. $ 12 for a tasting of 3 wines. (Original) Le mousseux NV, qui fait leur réputation et le vin Nova 7 sont délicieux. Je recommande fortement la dégustation animé sous le chapiteau. 12$ pour une dégustation de 3 vins.
Very nice sparkling wine

We missed the hourly tasting tour, but still had a great tasting under their tent. Staff were friendly and explained all their wines in great detail. It's a really nice environment, vineyard, and view into the valley.
Wonderful experience - thank you for the tour and tasting!
Visited Benjamin Bridge with a group of 12. I was genuinely impressed with the multi-faceted arrangement. I really appreciated that the tasting room and pavillion were next to the wine preparation room - one can better admire the work required to produce fine, sparkling wine. Thank you also to the staff and tour guides who were deeply knowledgeable of their product. Your enthusiasm to produce quality local wines is exactly the transformative motivation Nova Scotia needs - proud of your accomplishments and wishing you many more record-setting achievements!
No only are their products amazing, but the customer service experience is truly best of the best. Anytime I have purchased an order, or made an inquiry, BB staff have always gone that extra mile to ensure a swift reply and true excellence in customer service. Huge kudos to this winery! Bravo!
(Translated) Their sparkling wines made using the traditional method as in Champagne, are named among the best in Canada. The wines are made by a Quebecer, Jean-Benoit Deslauriers. The company is started by a lawyer who made his fortune in the mining industry and who invested without compromise in the quality and the marketing of his products. Only Nova Scotia wines available at the SAQ. The tasting room is small but with beautiful chic-modern architecture. The sparkling wines are well made. I liked the Cabernet Franc rosé as well. The red wine lacked a bit of structure, but the bottle was nice.
Me and my wife were highly impressed by the people that run the winery and the wine it self. Thank you guys you are amazing.
Really good wines! The experience was great, they have heaters outside so you dont need to worry about being cold if you go in the fall. Love it! Would go again!
Small very stylish updated trendy Winery the wine is exceptionally good the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the experience was definitely well worth the trip
Tried a can and fell in love
(Translated) Perfect for the designated driver; a can dispenser from La Piquette. It is a light and refreshing white wine with a low alcohol content. (Original) Parfait pour le conducteur désigné; un distributeur de canette de la Piquette. C'est un vin blanc léger et rafraîchissant à bas taux d'alcool.
Had the most wonderful experience at Benjamin Bridge! Our tasting guide - Adelaide was phenomenal. She absolutely made the experience as she was so knowledgeable, provided such interesting background on the vineyard and overall was such a pleasure to talk to. The wine was also delicious!!
Great wine, atmosphere, staff and the bird noise machine is hilarious
Jane and team are awesome with Customer Service- Thanks!
My wife and I spent the Labor Day long weekend visiting wineries in the valley, and while all of them were excellent, Benjamin Bridge was exceptional. The wine bar and tasting area are located under a huge airy tent so there is lots of room and cool breezes. The wine tastings take place hourly and are well guided. This approach means that you also don't have to wade through three layers of people to get near the tasting bar. Benjamin Bridge is all about the wine, so food is not a big factor. Anyway, we tasted some great wine, drank a bit more, strolled through the vineyard, and had a wonderful time.
Stunning winery with incredible views and even better wines. Their pét-nat is killer! Recommend packing a picnic to pair with a bottle.
Gorgeous vineyard and winery, beautiful views. We did a sparkling flight and seasonal flight which each came with 3 wines. You also get a bag of chips to share. Highly recommend this place for a wine tasting!
We stopped in at Benjamin Bridge for our own mini wine tour... there was some construction going on on the property, but we went under the wine tent and had a very enjoyable time! The staff were knowledgable and friendly, and the seasonal flight was very tasty!
Local business collaborations seem to know no bounds in the Annapolis Valley. Not only do we love their wine... the people behind it are amazing. From behind the scenes tours, to spare wine tanks we're now using for compost to bring the old Horton high school grounds back to life... these are certainly some classy folks. Thanks!
We toured several vineyards today and Benjamin Bridge was our favorite. The vineyard is beautiful and the tasting area has a great vibe. We were warmly welcomed by the supervisor. The servers are very well informed on the products and vineyard history. Special thanks to Victoria and Dinky for their great service!
We booked the 90 minute 5 wine tasting and had a blast!
The best sparkling wines!! They have a beautiful patio and all the girls working were so sweet.
Cute winery, decent wine but if you’re going to serve a sparkling tasting, it needs to be cold! Can’t be serving warm sparkling wine now. Come on. Their Riesling is really good however
Great wine and stunning views! Come and check out this beautiful winery in the heart of the Nova Scotia Valley. The staff were very friendly, walking around and handling out delicious local chips to go with some of their wines. I can’t wait to come back!
Gorgeous vineyard and winery, beautiful views. We did a sparkling flight and seasonal flight which each came with 3 wines. You also get a bag of chips to share. Highly recommend this place for a wine tasting!
Lovely place to spend time with friends.
Fabulous wine, wonderful people, and a beautiful location. We've visited once and now keep a stockpile of wines in both our Nova Scotia home and our home in New Hampshire. The wines are lovely--refined, serious, and worth every penny.
