One of the best parts of our trip to Wolfville was sipping On The Deck white wine while sitting on the deck overlooking the vineyard. One of the owners, John was super friendly and was a delight to speak with. They serve bread and cheese while sampling some of their delicious wines. I highly recommend popping by if you are in the area.

If you are looking for an authentic and truly owner operated vineyard this is the place to visit . John is one of a kind and extremely friendly . He will not only explain every single wine and process but will gladly have you taste and sample with no rush . A must experience!

What an amazing spot. Absolutely gorgeous, great wine and great owners. Had a beautiful patio to sit and look over the vineyard and the inside space was just as nice. It was really refreshing to visit a winery that wasn't stuffy and pretentious like others in the area. We highly recommend!

Attended here for a tasting with a group of 4, and had a terrific experience! John, our tasting guide, was the best! He was so much fun to talk to, and gave us the best experience tasting his wines. The Darryl Brown wine was a favourite of the group - but everything we tasted was fantastic. Thank you for such a fun afternoon!

Stumbled upon this Winery by accident on the weekend and we were happy we did! It's a beautiful spot! Fresh bread and cheese with the wine, and the owners are lovely people. We would recommend this place to anyone! I was the DD, but the three wine drinkers in my party loved the wine and all left with a bottle from here!

Had a great wine tasting experience, John is very proud of his winery and gave us a full overview. Healthiest pours I’ve ever seen! The cheese was the best cheese I’ve ever tasted and paired well with the wine. Definitely recommend stopping by, we brought a few bottles back from our trip.

This was one of the best winery visits I have had anywhere in the world. The winery owners were engaging, knowledgeable, entertaining, and most of all, enthusiastic about wine making. They have adopted an approach to red wine of keeping the wine until it is perfect and ready to be consumed, rather than releasing it young, and hoping people keep it around until it is ready to drink. The result is some of the best reds you will find in Nova Scotia, and they ligitimately stand up to reds from more traditional growing regions.

We stumbled upon 1365 Church Street before its official opening, and had the privilege of meeting and being hosted by John. Listening to his story and plans, we were confident that this vineyard would be one to return to. Fast-forward a year or two, another visit, and we're not disappointed!! The wines are delicious, views breathtaking, and John's style will have us coming back again and again!

My first time here and it wont be my last. I took a small group of 4 to this Vineyard. Absolutely by far the best experience. Breathtaking view from the back deck. John is wonderful. He is so passionate, knowledgeable and fun. We felt like family and they make the best wines. If you like Red this is a must stop for you. Oh boy, our newest winery has quickly become our favourite! John was a gracious host who entertained us while we had several of his wines. We are not sure which one is our new local favourite! They were all so good. BUT, we definitely REGRET NOTHING in visiting this fabulous new winery. We will be back soon, John!

A delightful visit and excellent wines here. The owner, John, treated us to very generous samples of a variety of wonderful wines along with bread and cheese to snack on. Our visit was much more than a simple tasting, it turned into several enjoyable hours of learning about their wines, talking shop, and generally enjoying a remarkably relaxing afternoon. Our favorites were the Cab Franc, Eight Bicycles, and Riesling varieties, but everything we tasted was solid. You can tell this vineyard is truly a labor of love, and the care put into the grapes and varieties shines through. Would recommend this vineyard to anyone, from the wine newbie to aficionados. A must visit winery.

Visited this little gem today with friends, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff and owner were very friendly and made the experience one to rememeber. The wines were delicious and the views beautiful we will definitely visit again in the very near future. If you haven't visited we highly recommend this winery it's well worth the trip!!
