Fantastic service, put together my order and shipped it out faster than I could imagine - especially from Instagram DMs! Also pleasantly surprised with the great and diverse whiskey selection. Completely unlike the selections available in Ontario with LCBO. It’s usually near impossible to find bottles of Kavalan here in Toronto! Looking forward to trying out more whiskeys in the future!

I really like the selection. The beer. The scotch. Lots to look at. So much that I have a lot of questions about what I'm buying. When it opened, every time I would come in, I was met by friendly staff who were happy to answer my questions. Or even just make conversation. It was fantastic. The last 3 times I've gone in, I've been handled by the same staff member, and I can just see that it's an inconvenience to talk to me. I was curious about a few bottles of beer that I had purchased and he quickly evaded my questions about when it's coming in again and he wasn't even interested in talking with me. It normally wouldn't bother me... But the reason that I go to Prestige is for the service and for the different selections... Frankly, if I'm not going to be met with at least a decent level of customer service here, what's the point in going? Anyways... After 3 times of the outright Rude service, I'll never go in here again. Just based on principal. But if you're looking for a spot to buy different beers and spirits and don't want to talk about it with the staff, then this is your spot! Cheers!

I have been dealing with Prestige Wine and Spirits on line for quite a while. I have found them to provide outstanding customer service, all my orders are very well packed and arrived in great condition. There selection of Whiskey is higher than average, there prices are extremely competitive in the liquor market industry. I would personally recommend there services for large catering events such as Weddings and large gatherings.

Exceptional customer service! I'm limited to shopping online and Rishu went above and beyond to help me put my order together--even snapping and sending pictures through. Prices are fair and if the rest of the staff are as mindful as Rishu is, you probably won't find better service anywhere else. Great shop selection, and even better shopping experience! Thank you!

Been here a few times now, unique selection of products, especially all the BC drinks (NUTRL, Nudes etc.) (that are usually hard to find at liquor depots but are regulars in BC!) To add customer service and prices are also amazing! :)

Best place to buy your liquor. They are honest people and will help you get what you need! Excellent out of province shipping. They are way better than the crooks at ABC liquors.

The sign says open 11-7pm its 6:40 on Jan 4 and the place is shut down. I think I seen the worker who closed early parked out front. As soon as he seen me go to the door he took off. Inconsistency in business is a huge mistake. People like to expect a place to be open when they say they are, otherwise they will just not bother going. Just a little tip for the future.

I’ve order quite a few bottles from them and it has been nothing but an easy experience. I’ve had many questions and inquiries about certain products and they have answered my questions no matter what time I message them. If you’re are looking for a great deal, amazing prices, excellent customer service and shipping rates then reach out to them, you won’t be disappointed.
