It's become an annual tradition for my family to visit this winery. We bring a picnic to their picnic area, get wine glasses to enjoy outside, and take in the view while the kids play on the lawn. The staff are very kind and helpful, and it makes for a lovely, family-friendly way for us to enjoy the winery experience without having to leave the kids at home!

Loved sitting in the two little wooden chairs where we wrapped up in a blanket and had a fab cheese plate (which was the most generous cheese plate at any winery we've visited in the Okanagan). Loved their Baccus wine most! Listened to the birds singing, enjoyed the sailboats going by. Felt truly blessed. We have our new favourite wine destination! Loved all their wines!!!

Stunning! Arrowleaf Cellers has one of the most picturesque settings. We came on a Saturday with an appt for tasting. Lots of Covid protocols in place. We were hoping for some pastries but they are only sold on Sundays. They have a lovely covered waiting area. Tasting was informative and fun. Next time we will bring a picnic lunch. And take in the view.

Delicious wine. Fantastic view from the winery! I was welcomed by some Lovely staff, located on the hill over looking the lake, the view is gorgeous. I tried the tasting flights and although very tasty wine, found the pours a bit too small. Wish they can do more generous. Would definitely come back!

This is a really top notch winery - GO!!!! I’ve been twice and each time has been excellent. First you have a tasting ($5, waived with a wine purchase) and that’s lots of fun as they tell you about the wine in good detail and I feel like I can always learn something new, but they’re very kind when chatting to relative newbs like me. Plus the pours are as generous as they are delicious. They have lots of affordable wines to choose from ranging from $16-40+. All very tasty and I must say their labels are on point. You can sit down and have a delicious charcuterie for $29, great to share as a meal for 2 or a great snack for 3 or maybe 4. Also... those cream puffs look amazing. As you sit and enjoy the summery feast you get a stunning lake view with a really nice well shaded patio. I love this place and look forward to coming here again!

Our first of 5 wineries on our tour around the area. Arrowleaf staff were friendly and accommodating, the wine was all fantastic, and the grassy picnic area looking over the lake was gorgeous. It was hard to choose just a couple bottles to take home. Their small curated store has some great cook books too. I'm not the biggest fan of the stand up bar for the tasting. In fact recent studies show standing up for even just a few minutes can substantially mute your tastebuds sensitivity which really undermines the subtleties of wine tasting. You do get the expert description of each wine as you go, and can grab extra bottles for a relaxed time at the tables outside though.

All tasting wines were really flavourful. However the Pinot Gris I thought was nicer at Ancient Hill winery. Stephanie was our host and did an amazing job of explaining and answering questions. The view and park like grounds were beautiful and worthy of spending time to lunch and enjoy a bottle of your favorite.

I have always loved Arrowleaf winery but my experience yesterday made me feel loved and welcomed. After trying to go to 3 different wineries yesterday and being told they had no room to accommodate us because of reservations and the current covid situation, Arrowleaf accommodated us as walk-ins! More of the wineries should follow Arrowleafs example and make their customers feel welcomed and leave room for flexibility with this unfortunate covid era.

We had a reservation for a tasting and I was really looking forward to it because of all the lovely reviews. However, I was pretty disappointed with the service. Another couple had a tasting at the same time as us, and I felt that the advisor spent way more time explaining about the wines to them than to us. They then purchased a bottle and I saw that the advisor gave them a stamp card of some sort, and we purchased 2 bottles and we were not offered that. I don't think we will be coming back nor would we recommend them to others to do a tasting. The wines were good though, but I'd rather give another winery my money where I feel more welcomed.

I have been here twice and on both occasions the people just seem to be unfriendly. Don't waste your time being treated like a second class citizen here. There are other wineries in lake country with better wine.

We have been visiting this winery for many years since we live in Kelowna. On a recent visit we unfortunately had a few bad experiences. While tasting the wines the gentleman poring the wine disappeared during the tasting secession and we had to ask an other lady to help us taste the wines . We had a picnic we have been planing to consume during our visit. We asked for a bottle of wine to be consumed during the picnic. We payed for the wine and realized that we have been charged an additional $ 5.00 to consume the wine on the premises. After questioning this practice I was told staff has been told by management to charge the extra $ 5.00. Disturbed by this practice I did send an e mail to the owner but did not get any answer by mail. Later I called the office and was told that all wineries in the Okanagen charging a $ 5.00 corkage fee for wines purchased and consumed at the winery. Having been to most of the wineries I just know this is not so. As a result we will no longer visit this winery or introduce our friends there.

We really enjoy Arrowleaf wines and have been going to their tasting room (the old one and new one) for years. We also take a picnic and enjoy their picnic area often. However the last time we went last summer they were no longer selling wine by the bottle to enjoy in the picnic area. They had changed to wine by the glass only. We were really disappointed. We always go with a group so going in to line up and get a 2nd glass (especially when it is busy) isn't optimum. Too bad b/c everyone always bought wine to take home and I believe the Winery benefitted from our visits while picnicking with family and friends.

This boutique style winery is located on property with an amazing view. Outdoor patio very relaxing. Bacchus wine is one of their better wines. Parking is a little limited so plan ahead. Food purchase is somewhat limited. We have enjoyed a picnic lunch outside but were not permitted to drink their wine outside. Thisis a definite must see and taste on your next lake country wine tour

Never had a chance to taste any of your wines as your tasting room was far too busy and packed, as was the deck- full. Noticed some umbrella's out on the lawn but they did not offer much shelter, not to mention one being tilted on purpose. Perhaps a "greeter" would be nice especially when you are this busy :D

They have a great system of having guests wait on a shaded patio for tasting spots inside to open up, and the tastings were a good size. All of their wine is delicious and well priced. They also have a beautiful picnic area and great snacks available.

I went to arrowleaf today. First off I would like to say the wine was great! The customer service was very poor. My group showed up half hour before our reservation, in this time we looked around and checked out the wine. It was our time for our tasting and we tasted some of the wines. We then wanted to try the one bubbly and the employee said of course. He after told us they were too busy and we could not try it. We then asked to try another wine, and he again said there was no time. This was very poor and unprofessional service. Our group bought a case of wine and spent 400.00. We visited many other wineries today that were absolutely wonderful and the customer service was amazing. I would not recommend this winery.
