My Joomla site was hit with the cloki viral infection. I attempted to get help from my ISP and from a security service I subscribe to. No luck. An online search turned up IDL Web; they appeared to be knowledgeable about cloki. Turned out they indeed are knowledgeable. After getting in touch with them, my site was back in operation and clear of the virus in less than 24 hours. I could not have asked for better service.

Every step of the way through a tedious joomla upgrade/update process, IDL kept us informed of what was happening and was able to explain everything to someone not necessarily savvy (i.e. me).
