The manager of this company works harder on damage control than taking care of clients. The web department is extremely mismanaged, complaints are ignored until the final hour and problems are consistently not addressed. It's a shame that a local company can skate by without following through on what they promise clients. My suggestion, if you want a website, go elsewhere. Update: No I will not contact you directly after my experience with your company but I see you proved my 'damage control' comment with posting 3 positive comments immediately after mine and one of them accusing the negative reviews of being fake. Ummm no, not fake, just don't feel like more dealings with you. Why not just do a good job by your clients in the first place? (And oooh no but isn't at least one of your positive '5 star' reviews written by one of your very own employees? Speaking of fake... ummm)

If I had of written this review a year ago I probably would have given 1 star for the lack of service, communication and product that we were receiving. They have now got into the groove of things though and we have the AMAZING Jen helping us out. She is super informative, has amazing communication, and has done everything I've asked in an extremely timely, personable and friendly manner. If my review was just based off of Jen I would give 10+ stars! To the bad reviews; they absolutely were not wrong, but give them another chance cause they are doing great now!

InfoTel with Kim Annis delivered a website that was the epitome of what I envisioned. InfoTel has a large number of very talented people that help them help their customers. Kim Annis is a salesperson and one of the first and foremost contacts. He is always willing to provide assistance and is a really good man. Kim Annis is extremely reliable and professional and delivered every concept on time, every time, without fail. Sierra Krog the Social Media Marketing Coordinator knows her stuff well and is super fun to work with on the phone and email. Jen Boucher who is the Web Project Coordinator is extremely fast and efficient at providing great service with revisions, etc. Jason Peters is the Lead Developer and oversees the project assuring success. There are more however this is the team that helped me the most. As a business owner you feel that a large team is taking care of you because they are. All these people and more at InfoTel greatly helped me to design a website that in my opinion is a digital work of art, combining aesthetics and functionality in a much uncomplicated manner. In the last 9 years as an IT owner; I've had many occasions to engage with media companies with most promising outstanding results, returns, and exposure etc., however very few can deliver the goods. They either have an abundance of creativity but lack technical skills to execute their / your vision, or they have all the skill in the world but are sorely lacking in imagination and are unwilling or unable to hear your vision. InfoTel is different. Kim Annis took the time to really understand what it is I was trying to do. The team of people headed by Kim assists you with their expertise allowing you to feel comfortable in expanding your vision and create better results. InfoTel backs up their claim with great analytics easy to understand and the best result is a larger presence on the web and more sales. InfoTel delivered both in their promises and the finished product. With the package I chose, they provide product enhancement for up to four hours of revisions throughout the following year. A pretty good combination in my books! I am able to do these revisions at any time. That is a huge benefit for me to be able to do updates. The lower monthly cost of InfoTel is really worthwhile for a small business. It allows you to budget your web presence much more effectively than just a simple development cost and then hosting which many other companies try to market to you. Increased productivity and lower costs, a winning combination in my books. I highly recommend InfoTel with Kim Annis another truly great winning combination.

Cowardly, arrogant news reporting and rude staff who pretend to be a legitimate media company. I'm usually not one to comment or leave reviews but I feel I must in this case because I am sick of news outlets printing one sided stories and creating controversy where there is non, in order to get clicks. Maybe if enough people stand up to these bullies and boycott their services they will change their poor behavior. Luckily hardly anyone visits their site or reads their news. I initially sent an email to the managing editor Marshall Jones and reporter Rob Munro, describing my concerns, but they both refused to engage with me. (This would be the rude, arrogant staff I mentioned above) That's why I decided to write this review and bring it to the public's attention.

This is a horrible company that promises a good website and then can't deliver because they can't seem to keep staff. They just want your money with no effort. Just ignore problems until people don't pay monthly fees. Suddenly they become interested.
