I have tried several hosting services and by far and above ( and I mean by miles and miles above ) these guys are better and more professional. I tried one company (lets call them ative ank NR) They did nothing, literally stole from me and left me without an online presence . Online Access was able to get an incredibly good website up in a flash, charges a reasonable price and keeps me compliant with my distributors requirements. I was then foolish enough to be lured away for the promise of more for less $. I didn't even make it through the on-boarding process (with ownsquare nteractive TI) when Online caught several issues. Little stuff like my site would have been down completely for several days , they weren't handling my products pages correctly, the one bad review I have being prominently displayed. You know little stuff. Online-Access rocks, take it from me, I made all the mistakes already!

Because of our success with the website we decided a year or so ago to let them handle our Facebook posts as well. Natalie does a great job and keeps our face book presence interesting and up to date. When I did it myself I was very inconsistent and it showed. Now I don't give it a thought. And we can always get someone on the phone if needed. That's something since so many of the service companies we use you have to search for the their phone number. Ask for Natalie if your FB page needs a facelift.

I don't have problem with my employer. My problem is with your companies web app. I told you on phone that I would not tell you how to make it hipaa complaint. That is your responsibility. I will give you one thing, the rest is your responsibility. You do not have a signed privacy agreement with me. There are at least 5 others thing that are required which I will not share that before you advertise and sell a product you would think you would have done research and had an attorney check your research. If you were really trying to be HIPAA complaint you would know that it is hipaa required. You are the one advertising that you are HIPAA complaint even if say your not required to be, you are claiming you are.

For several years I spent $238.00 every month to rent my website that was produced by Online Access. The website was made up almost entirely of the same identical content as all of the other several hundred HVAC contractors that Online Access produces websites for. The only thing that was unique about my site was the home page picture and verbiage and a few sentences about my business. Once that small amount of "Web Design" was completed, Online Access added pages and pages of the same boilerplate copy that every other one of their HVAC clients uses. Subsequently, I never ranked very high with organic searches on Google, because my site was practically identical to all of the other sites. The only hits that I ever got were a result of being linked to the website from my paid advertising. While there is little upfront costs, if you add up all of the rental costs over the years, you end up paying a ridiculous amount of money for a totally generic website that is shared by hundreds of other contractors.
