I had VERY well specify the order in which I wanted my Project to be carried out during the 1st meeting at their office. I was by no means warned that the 2nd project was about to start. No place for an amicable agreement, Even if it advocates satisfaction guaranteed in their terms and conditions. They persist, this constantly contradicts and tries to make you feel as if you are the problem at the situation. They want to charge me 11 hours of work even if I have absolutely NOTHING consistent in return and that I am 110% dissatisfied. Its been more than a month that I try to have a partial refund of my deposit but without success. I should use the legal system for the rest of things. If I can give you a piece of advice DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND $ WITH THIS COMPANY (Original) PIRE expérience client jamais vu !!! Il ont écouté AUCUNE de mes demandes. J'avais demander un logo précis que j'avais même dessiner, On me dessin autre choses et me demande le double $ pour faire mes demande de base. Je demande donc l'arrêté du contract. Gros GROS manque de professionaliste quand vien le temps de trouver un terrain d'entente puisque je suis totalement insatisfaite de leur services incohérent et mal honnête. A ma demande de remboursement de dépôt sur les heure NON travailler on m'avertie que mon 2 Project a été commencer sans mon consentement et que je leur doit 7h additionnel. J'avais TRÈS bien préciser l'ordre dans le quel je voullais que mes Project soit réaliser lors de la 1er rencontre a leur bureau. Jétais en aucun cas avertie que le 2e project étais commencer. Aucune place pour une entente a l'amiable, Même si il prône la satisfaction garantie dans leur termes et conditions. Ils s'obstine, ce contredit sans cesse et essaye de vous faire sentir comme si vous étiez le problème a la situation. Ils veullent me faire payer 11h de travail même si j'ai Absolument RIEN de cohérent en retour et que je suis 110% insatisfaite. Sa fait plus d'un mois que j'essaye d avoir un remboursement partiel de mon dépôt mais sans succes. Je devrais faire recourt au système juridique pour la suite des choses. Si je peu vous donner un conseil NE PERDEZ PAS VOTRE TEMPS ET $ AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE
