Hiring Omni Studios and working with Tim has been amazing! Before switching to Omni Studios for my website needs, I already had a professionally built website (which cost me a small fortune to make). But no SEO was being done with the website and as you can imagine, sitting on the 5th page doesn't help people find your business. After my first meeting with Omni Studios, it became apparent that Tim is an SEO guru and is passionate at helping his customers. After rebuilding my website to better meet Google's algorithms, and with Tim's Google know how, in less than a year I now sit in the number one spot for a few of the services I provide and on the first page for many other services. This ranking has helped grow my business in a big way! Even though I'm not too internet savvy Tim has explained things in a way I can understand. Tim was very unprofessional and rude with us, He took forever to get any progress and when his work wasn't completed he sends a bill. Apparently Tim doesn’t understand how to do accounting or invoicing at all. Struggled mightily for the entire process just to get no where in the end. We gave him much opportunity to fix the issues we were having but refused to do so. Was a total waste of our time. I can’t in clear conscious give Tim a good review period. Update to all... Tim you are incorrect for you sent your first and only invoice to us ever was near 3 years ago in late December. This invoice however was dated for late October but we only received this from you in late December. You admitted to the accounting error and for not knowing your accounting program at all well. A web designer not understanding computer programs was our first clue we were in serious trouble with you. Even though we wrote you a cheque for the entire balance only three days later you refused to come pick up the cheque demanding we send courier over to you home or send E-transfer. You then preceded to take down the website you created for us and hold it hostage. We informed your cheque was ready and available for pickup once again once you restored the site. No product... No pay... we were t 60 days late or you would t of admitted to the mix up. Your anger and childish actions afterwards holding the website hostage was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. As you said we stole? One can’t steel what one doesn’t have Tim. We asked you many times to meet to discuss but you refused. Took us some time but we got our domain back from your grasp but the site you built you still have in your possession. Most recently near 3 years later you send your wife down to our location to cause problem and confrontation. Very very poor judgment on your behalf Tim. Extremely unprofessional... Shame on you.
