Our Staples is a great place to shop for technology and they support the products they sell. I have always had prompt service, problems resolved by Cathy, the manager including replacing items covered by warranty. The staff are helpful and friendly - the copy and print person who helped me with Christmas card photos was endlessly patient. Thanks!

I was there yesterday for parcel to ship USA. First of all it took half an hour for them to give my package and pay the service fee although there was not anybody waiting when I was there. Next day, I get a call for asking details of items although I had described when I was there. It was not shipped and off course not going to reach on time. Terrible experience.
